I was just there to have my front rim and bent tie rod replaced on my semi new 2025 Genesis. To not hit a dog I turned away from it and slid into the curb and damaged my rim and bent the tie rod. Killian did a great job, but Genesis was faulty on the tie rod. They sent the wrong part due to a wrong part number that they acknowledged. All in all was a great experience, and they did not charge for their loaner car.

The fix did not last long and it was leaking again. They said that they just needed to torque the bolt and it would be good. A few months later it started leaking in the same place. Since they could not fix it within 2 tries I was not going back. I took it to a place in Kennesaw where they looked at it and said that it looked like it had been torqued too much and had bent the cover. Now I had to pay for the full job again and a new cover and this only cost me $460 where as Chrisitan Brothers charged me $980 and messed up my truck. I contacted them and they told me that since I took it somewhere else to get fixed there is nothing that they would do for me. I think that they owe me the full amount that I paid them or at least the difference of what I paid at the Kennesaw repair shop and the amount that they over charged me. I will never go to any Christian Brothers again because I have now had another person that has said she went in for one thing and now they want to charge her over $10,000. STAY AWAY

They also scheduled me for the first appointment for the next morning. For reference, nearby shops quoted oil changes for my truck ranging from $120 to $165. Chuck's completed the service for just over $80, using full-synthetic oil. The management was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful as I explained the issue with my brakes. They even provided a courtesy shuttle to take me home. After inspecting and testing the brake components, they determined that no issues were found. I genuinely believe other shops might have completed unnecessary repairs anyway. I am extremely happy with Chuck's and highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be a returning customer.
