I tried the Vanilla Raspado (shaved ice) and the Nachos. The shaved ice was perfectly thin, and the vanilla syrup had just the right amount of sweetness. The nachos were also a hit; warm cheese and fresh jalapeños. The shop is super clean with indoor seating. Shout out to Anahi for being so friendly and helping me navigate the menu. I am very disappointed with the service I received at this location today. When I politely pointed out that I was next in line, the representative responded with an unprofessional attitude rather than acknowledging the mistake. He seemed rather Irritated that I Spoke up and pointed out i was next. I'd like to show pictures of how he gave me my ice cream as well... Changed me and just walked away, nothing else said.
