I would highly recommend staying away from this place. They called me on two separate occasions to reschedule my appt. They just call and say the doctor is requesting to reschedule. So each time i was flexible and said i understand and no problem took the updated appt day and time they offered. After doing this twice to me the day of my appt i had a child with a fever that had to stay home at school. I called and let them know that i couldn't make it because of my sick child. Their response was since you are cancelling on the same day we are going to charge you 50 dollars. I have called twice to speak with them and each time they refuse to waive the 50 dollars. Even though they rescheduled my appt twice and my sick child was out of my control. After all of this i would highly recommend not dealing with this type of customer service if you can avoid it. read more

Good experience here, I only had one appointment with Dr. Shah but we scheduled a tonsillectomy after explaining to him my issue. He is a more rushed doctor but he never made me feel like I wasn't important. He just gets straight to the point and knows what he's doing. I had seen a previous ENT who wasn't giving me helpful answers and Dr. Shah knew right away and said we could get my tonsils out for my ear pain and tonsil stones. He did the procedure 1/14/2021 (yesterday) and I'm at home recovering now. Everything went smoothly and his office checked in on me often before my surgery and even today to see if I had questions. Just asking for a schedule for when is the next appointment that I can make it in to see the Dr as my ear has a need for non-life threatening but immediate concerns for seeking some medical attention. The office staff began asking for all of my information so I presumed the appointment was within a short period of time. You know it's one thing to be busy and it's another when they take all of your personal information only to inform you AFTERWARDS there are no available appointments for at least 2 months! That practice of taking all of your information to provide a SCHEDULE that is not immediate should be reconsidered!! YOU DO NOT NEED someone's medical information to provide a schedule! I do not know who these people are in the office! What the hell!! You asked for my information, you knew I needed a sooner rather than later appointment, you knew I didn't have medicare because I told you and you still took my information! There are lots of ENT specialists in the valley. So, when my primary sent me to Chandler, I was surprised. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted, checked in very quickly and taken back to a room within 10 minutes. Surprising treatment for a new patient. Let's face it, you can find an ENT doctor in all cities and most are good. BUT, I got something from Dr. Shah that you cannot teach someone and cannot pay for, compassion! This was my first time with a chronic problem, that someone actually, understood and showed real compassion and cared about my pain! He paid close attention to my concerns and wanted to help. Dr Maulik Shah has been my ENT for two years. I was diagnosed back in 2016 with blocked sinuses. It was a horrible time for me. I was literally not able to breath out the left side of my nose for 4 months. I was sent to Dr Shah who tried several things treating me for this problem and I finally had to have sinus surgery. Praise God since the surgery I've been completely able to breath again with no complications for the past two years. Thank you Dr Shah for giving me back my ability to breath again.
