Staff is very rude try to charge you for anything ,I had only asked about pricing for an exam and when I came out of the doctors room I am being charged $200 for a test I only asked prices about and never confirmed . Cheap glasses the legs snapped off less than 3 months just due to the quality of the glasses,To get new ones they said i had to replace the whole frames even with medical .Better of anywhere else have never experienced such bad service !! read more

I don't know how to feel about this place to begin with there customer service needs a lot of improvement the girls that work on Saturday don't seem welcoming at all. The doctor she is ok I guess nothing too special, I got my eyes dilated and left with them forgetting to do what they needed to do with the dilation. They called me to go back and i asked for 10mins as I was buying something same shopping center a minute later the doctor was not available she had an emergency. They never called to let me know glasses where ready for pick up I called them and they were ready. Def not the vibes of an office you would like to go back. read more

This place has the worst service, the receptionist who answers the phone is friendly, however the person in charge of helping you find the glasses you want is quite rude and has a terrible attitude when you ask her for more lens options or different styles she gets bored easily. you feel under pressure and end up going somewhere else. read more

I got glasses here two years ago in 2020 (with a prescription obtained from Costco) they were a bit so-so, a little thicker than what I'm used too but overall they were fine, and since some time has passed I decided to get new glasses. I brought my old prescription along with my glasses to my optometrist, and she looks at me quizzically and said my glasses were a stronger prescription than what was on the paper, and were in fact overcorrected for astigmatism! Not only that but the lenses were incredibly warped, which she says happens when glasses are left in hot places but I've never done that as they're always on my face 14-16 hours a day. Not to mention sometimes when I stare at something my vision goes slightly blurry which is where the over correction comes into play. Will never come here again as obviously the quality of e lenses this place uses is subpar and they can't even match a prescription on a piece of paper. read more

Initially I had a great experience when I walked in my first time to my exam. It was a Monday morning 2 young lady's helped me and were very helpful. When I moved to Los Angeles, I needed a place to go. They were happy to take me on as a client despite my Coke bottle bottom glasses and despite my old eye doctor being retired and unable to be reached for consult. I have an astigmatism combined with eyesight that is described as being so near-sighted that it makes me far-sighted; basically, without corrective lenses, I can't see at all. When the lenses came back for my first new pair of glasses with Canyon Vision, something was way off, but it was hard to describe what was happening because the new lenses were making me motion sick. After several attempts to fix the solution, they kept problem solving with me! They didn't give up. They made sure to redo the lenses, making adjustments to try to fix it, until I finally got a pair that is amazing! Seriously, if you need eye care, go here. read more

Front desk customer service is horrible. I don't recommend them. I went Laurel Canyon and Roscoe facility. They are not helpful at all. I felt like I did not go to see dr. , I went to begging them to ask money. If they don't know how to talk to the patient or client, they should work at wear-house or housekeeping job. I could not be happier with my experience! I visited Canyon Vision Center after my previous optometrist could not provide me with alternative brands for contact lenses. As soon as I walked in the office I was greeted by the front desk and quickly had my in the exam room. Dr. Yazdanmehr was very professional, efficient and thorough with my eye exam. I told her what my issues were and she made sure she tried her best to correct the problem with a different contact lens brand that suited me best. I've been a loyal customer here for over five years. The optometrists here are friendly and patient; when you're taking an eye exam, they give you time to answer their questions. They have a nice range of frames to choose from, and they are happy to help you find what you're looking for. I'm a picky person myself, and when I couldn't decide between two pairs, they didn't pressure me to make a choice. Ultimately I choose a classic black frame and they called me when my glasses were ready to be picked up. The ladies here are all lovely, they greet you when you come in and they are very helpful. The service here is so-so. You make an appointment yet your appointment time rolls arounds and you're still waiting. They take you into a room and you wait. You get out to try on glasses, and surprise surprise you wait yet again. I got my glasses here, and when I inquired about getting a prescription for my contact lenses they informed me that I had to tell them BEFOREHAND if I wanted an eye exam for contacts. So I asked them how much another eye exam would be and they said around $179! I had just had an eye exam and they weren't even willing to take that into account. So intead I went to the Costco in Pacoima. Walked right in (NO APPOINTMENT), filled out one page of paperwork, was seen, and fitted for contacts in less than half an hour. Dr. Shad Saremi was super nice as was his staff. Plus he gave me enough trial contacts to last me for three weeks, a free solution, and a page of rebates. And candy to boot. All in all a pretty sweet deal for $89. Yes, that's right $89 bucks. So if you don't have insurance skip this place and head to Costco. You can always take your prescription back here to buy the glasses. read more

Love this office. They are a friendly staff who knows their patients well. They have a decent selection of frames and are very patient. They welcome whole families and work well with kids too. i got a prescription for progressive lenses with transitions coloring. dr. yazdanmehr was extremely friendly & helpful. she told me that i might need a week or so to adjust to my new lenses. i got the prescription filled out at a local optics lab. when i tried on my new glasses, i saw clearly for the first time in 5/6 years. her prescription was spot-on. it was the first time i tried on new glasses & didn't get a headache from them. i will definitely return for future optical needs. much thanks to the doctor & staff here. read more

Do not come here for glasses! Sure they have nice frames but thats about all they have! Everything is WAY overpriced, the lenses are crazy overpriced and dont even come with a coating or anything. They offer no sort of returns. And the buisness hours are a joke, they are never open it seems like, maybe 3 days out of the week. Dont waste your time or money here. I've only had good experiences here at Canyon Vision Center, but today was not the case. My wife went to go pick up our glasses that we ordered to find out that they had closed the office 20 minutes early. My wife was furious due to the fact that they closed earlier than what's stated on their website and yelp, but to top it all off she knocked at the door and there was people still inside and they did nothing to help. The workers just looked at my wife and ignored her and for me that is just horrible work ethics. They should've at least opened the door and advised her they where closed or they should've came up with some sort of solution but instead they did nothing. I write this because I am upset because now I need to waste my time and sit in traffic for who knows how long just to pick up our glasses another day and this could've been resolved today, but they had to close early. Thank you for your service Canyon Vision, but let me tell you this won't ever happen again and one last thing update your business hours if your not going to help customers/patients if they arrive within your company's work hours. read more

I visited this location on Saturday, 1/13/18; 12:24 pm to repair the left side of the frame that had broken off. Maria asked me to take a seat, because the repair would require more. Dr. Shuham, Irene & Jessica was in process of trying to locate a patient's information and/or appointment. The issue was resolved & then Maria walked over to a male looking at glasses to check if he had found anything yet, he said no. Maria went back to her desk. A new customer walked in the door and Maria greeted him & asked how she could help him, he replied he was there regarding his contacts. Maria started to assist him, I had to speak up asking I was there first and he just walked in the door. Maria apologized, however, she continued to help and totally ignoring me. I got up asked for my glasses and a card and the names of everyone in the front office. Maria stated, I could send an email on the card, that email is a contact only for an appointment. I left and then came back and asked to speak to someone in charge. Dr. Shuham was in the front office then and all she did was apologize for the oversight. Not once, did Dr. Shuham offer any assistance to resolve the solution. read more
