Verve Coffee is inside Capital one bank. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very nice coffee place, lots of space to play games, sit, do work with light music background.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Had Verve coffee, caramel latte and a drip. Good coffee not too sweet and right temperature, not too hot to drink. Service is good. Quick service and quality coffee.

The Capital One Cafe is not unique to Seattle. I personally frequent the Roseville Galleria location when I am in the area. However, I wanted to check out another location as a cardholder, and this place did not disappoint! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is absolutely massive and was mostly empty on our visit. It was super clean with two floors of workspace and lounge space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If I lived in this part of Seattle and were a Capital One cardholder, I could see this being a great place to work from. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Quiet, modern, clean, and cheap.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They serve Verve coffee here and a small selection of food. The coffee is good, but it does not hold a candle to the real Seattle stuff. However, for 50% beverages for Capital One cardholders, the prices can't be beat! The pastries weren't very good. The chocolate croissant we had was chewy and not very buttery or rich. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, it was cool to check out another location of the Capital One Cafe. I probably wouldn't waste my time on this place for coffee in a city filled with great coffee, but still a 5-star experience for a clean, modern, and inexpensive spot to have a drink and get some work done or chill out in their spacious lounge areas.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Really good matcha! I was glad to see I arrived before it was sold out! It wasn't too sweet and had great flavor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The garage windows were open with a breeze, and the service was quick.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] No complaints here!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]As a work/study/lounge space, this cafe is fantastic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]So spacious with cozy vibes on its 2nd floor and work rooms for silence.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Capital One cardholders get half off their drinks, which is a huge plus. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sure, there are more traditional coffee shops all throughout the city, but I'm glad to know this very spacious one exists.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Would be a great spot to relax at after checking out if a hotel but before heading to the airport.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a great spot in SLU. The café has two floors with plenty of seating, outlets, and a relaxed vibe - perfect if you are working or just hanging out[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I tried the honey lavender latte (so good!) and the service was friendly. The manager mentioned their photo policy (no staff in pics), which I appreciated since I was taking a few shots for the review. If you have a Capital One or Discover card, drinks are 50% off - a nice benefit!

Capital One Cafes are great options if you're traveling for work or are on workations! As a Capital One or Discover cardholder, you get 50% off drinks, and can reserve a private nook to take calls through the app. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've been to a few, but this one was nice and quiet and had plenty of seating available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's a second floor with community rooms as well as restrooms.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I really enjoy the Capital One cafes. They have a discount for Capital One customers and the service is friendly. We got a Chai to share which was great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior was large with lots of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A good cafe to go to.

Is it a bank, cafe, or coworking space? It's all three in one place. Capital One partners with Verve to provide a space for coffee/tea, banking, and coworking within local communities. Prior to their cafes, Capital One was an internet bank that provided all of their services online and over the phone with no physical branches unlike traditional banks. The introduction to their cafes are pseudo branches that triples up as a cafe and coworking space that creates a local community, which can be a cool way to get away from your office. Their spaces has a modern feel that consists of exposed brick walls, lots of windows/natural lighting, hardwood floors, glass doors, wooden furniture, interesting shaped coaches, and some games (Connect Four, Chess, Corn Hole). It's open to everyone, so you don't need to Capital One customer to utilize the space or have coffee. However, if you are there's a 50% discount on your drinks. Now being the critic, I would say the following: - Coffee/Tea: 5/10 Pretty standard, but with the 50% Capital One customer discount it can be a better option than other cafes. - [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance: 10/10 Great space overall for the reasons I mentioned above.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] - Functionality: 8/10 Reliable Wi‑Fi and abundant outlets make it a solid remote‑work option. The layout supports both casual socializing and focused work, though ambient music and foot traffic can make it louder than a traditional quiet coworking spot. - Customer Service: 9/10 The staff are always friendly and hospitable. Sometimes the pleasantries is a bit repetitive and can create some awkwardness. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This hybrid space is a thoughtful blend of cafe, coworking area, and bank branch. It's ideal if you want a lively, well-designed spot to work, meet, or take care of banking without a stuffy branch environment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The coffee won't top specialty shops, but the friendly staff, solid amenities, and the 50% Capital One drink discount make it an appealing, practical option for remote workers and locals alike.

This place has beautiful seating! I got the honey lavender latte, which I believe is available year-round. They use Verve beans. The location of this store is beautiful! I am usually impressed with Capital One cafe decor, but this store is wonderfully decorated! There is ample seating on the first and second floors. I like the variety of table sizes. There are circular, square, and long rectangle (like fancy cafeteria). There are also funky chairs you can relax in. Bathrooms are on the second floor and are very clean.

I needed thousands of dollars in cash to buy a used car and had to drive all the way to Seattle from Tacoma. But you know what? It wasn't so bad. The service was really great. I felt welcomed and assisted and really appreciated the help -- plus they offered me a drink on the house. Unfortunately, I didn't much like my Ginger Turmeric latte (I think it tasted like cinnamon Big Red Gum) but [[HIGHLIGHT]]I did like going upstairs and lounging on one of the sofas up stairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is really cool and it's also a co-working spot in addition to a bank and a cafe -- kind of a strange combination. But it works.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

One of the last few Capital One Cafes in the Seattle area. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a cozy vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Serving up Verve coffee, it's a great spot to get work done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Spacious with tons of room to spread out and be productive.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Coffee is good, but the price with a Capital One card makes it better.

    Grace K.

Coffee is medium roast which is not my style. There are very friendly Capital One personals. I love chatting with them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambience is great. It's the best third place in Seattle.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very comfortable couches and chairs available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]You can find more space in upstairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Totally recommend here!

I got the Matcha latte with strawberry foam and it was OK, I got it because of their summer deal. Strawberry was just like food coloring and did not taste like strawberry whatsoever. However, the Matcha wasn't too bad, it was very milky though. Overall great study spot and I would possibly come back

Yes. They have 2 ATMs in the lobby that are 24 hours.

    Is there parking?

No private parking for CapOneCafe but there is public parking at 320 Westlake just a few doors down...

Can I pay my bill at a Cap one cafe?

Only if you can do it in an ATM- the store staff are marketing employees not bankers

They clearly care about their image as they offer a free mug for first-time customers with an email sign-up. The drinks here are ok, but they average between $8-$10 each. I think the pricing is just much too high. You're paying for the vibes, not for a great cup of coffee. The matcha we tried was mediocre. There are so many other great places for coffee in Seattle, for just a fraction of the price. I think Storyville is preying on tourists visiting the market. They probably have to charge that much to keep the 8 employees milling about behind the counter employed. The space does have lots of seating, but it was nearly full during our early afternoon visit. Save your money, find another great local coffee spot!

I did come back to try their matcha matcha drink only to find it gone from their current menu as of May 2026. Instead, their turon matcha immediately caught my eye, as it has banana and I've been obsessed with banana-flavored toppings and puree on my matcha lately. It has matcha and house banana puree, both of which work well together. The tiny layer of house banana puree has all the flavor, especially when you mix the whole drink together. Very refreshing, and their ceremonial matcha's grassy tones still came out despite the banana puree being just as strong in the drink. Their matcha here comes pretty close to making it to the highest spots on my list of my most favorite matcha places in Seattle. The hojicha ginger tofu was a bit more adventurous in flavor. The ginger and tofu messed with my brain and made it feel like I was drinking a savory asian sauce/soup, but the drink was still sweet. I kept sipping, but the strange savory/sweet limbo never really balanced correctly to truly enjoy the drink. On the plus side, the silken tofu was fun to sip through the straw and added some protein.
