They didn't have ube the day I went. So I just got a regular matcha latte. The drink was okay, nothing special. There was definitely no seating and the store was super busy.

If you have a Capital One Credit Card drinks are 50% off. They have ample comfortable seating and outlets. Great location, across from the southwest corner of Central Park.

I am liking these Capital One Cafes. They are giving Internet cafe vibes from the early 2000 minus although they don't offer you any computers or WiFi to rent, instead you have to bring your own. Today I stopped by because it was a bit chilly on this spring day in April and so I wanted to buy a Turmeric Ginger Latte, that I experienced from another location and feeling a bit hungry I also brought me a ham and cheese croissant. When ordering I was greeted by a lovely young man and he made a suggestion that I try the Iced cherry vanilla matcha drink because it was his favorite and I was interested in buying in buying it. Since he said the cold brew was better I decided instead to try it when the weather gets warmer. Today I wanted something hot. My latte again was so good, so warming, just a nice hug for my insides. The croissant was delicious. It was meaty, flaky, and had a touch of sweetness but with a taste of gourmet mustard. It was really good and I didn't expect that. I see the pricey tag of $10, was worth it. I would definitely recommend it. If you can find a table or a place to sit, you can get much needed work done if that's why you're there. My experience has shown me that most if not all had some kind of a laptop and a drink with them. It may be most people's work from home office space lol. I don't know if they have a time limit, but if you are a Capital One member you get better benefits, so I've been told. I am happy that you can still visit here and not be a customer, and for that I'm giving this location a thumb up, I would definitely be visiting again. Happy Yelping!

This particular experience has to do with the capital one bank which is a part of the cafe . I walked in here after entering a td bank and no one was at the customer service desk. If they were I would've been able to ask my question and leave . When I walked in capital one cafe/bank there were at least 4 agents at the door. One of them escorted me inside and began customer service. Unfortunately I don't have a account with capital one or my issue would've been solved. But there were smilies and I was able to get in and out quickly!

Popped in last night. I was a single female looking for a safe place for a drink and to watch news, sports for a bit. Lively and pleasant as always. The bartender had his hands full dealing with a rowdy, fighting couple then an entitled birthday group demanding free drinks "or else." Regardless, he didn't miss a beat with service. I ordered the quesadilla (sp), which was quite tasty. I would absolutely go back.

Take care of your everyday banking. Very bright and airy, quiet, with comfortable space and tables for doing catching-up work.

Capital One Café Columbus Circle NYC 1843 Broadway, New York, NY 10023 Take care of your everyday banking. Very bright and airy, quiet, with comfortable space and tables for doing catching-up work, low-key chatting with friends, or reading, studying homework. The coffee menu is extensive, with a limited pastry menu of food. There are security personnel on site. And also, for those who haven't heard, Capital One Cafe gives you 50% off on drinks if you use your Capital One card to pay. Do get in-person help if you need it, and enjoy your favorite beverage in a comfortable area for working or taking a break.

This is such a big location with lots of things to do here. Renting rooms, seating space, the cafe and banking. I personally did not like it so much because the employees were really rude and back when MLB Mondays and this would be packed they weren't well prepared to deal with the masses of people. I asked for a topping and got rejected although it had not closed yet. They also closed an entrance down and we had to go around to exit when our car was parked by that entrance/exit.

Staff is nice and honored a coupon for a free coffee that was expiring. You can reserve the work rooms by scanning a QR code. Nice and clean work space to get some mobile work done. 50% discount with Capital One card!

It's a cool and hip venue but prices are outrageously expensive. I paid $4 for a cup of coffee that was the size of a thimble.

BUT, my husband and I recently took a trip to Paris and I also love pain aux raisins. To our delight, Cafe Bilboquet has those too, so my friend and I each had a small coffee and a pain aux raisins. The pastry was as good as any that my husband and I had in Paris! I've also had lunch here with a couple of other friends in recent months. They have a good variety of pretty authentic French sandwiches and some quiches, eggs, etc. Not inexpensive, but the food is top-notch. You order at the counter, then move up to the cashier, tell them what your order is and pay for it. If you're lucky, as we were around 9:45 this morning, you'll get one of the little round tables where you can sit and chat and relax; in good weather there are some tables outside as well; a lovely boulangerie or patisserie experience!

Upon getting closer to the door, I learned it's part of Le Bilboquet restaurant on the same block. It wasn't too crowded when I visited on a Tuesday mid-afternoon. Every table except 1 was full, but most people were heading outside on such a beautiful day with their drinks and pastries. The cafe is very cute and French. They have so many pastries I couldn't decide, so I ordered a pain au chocolat and tea. They serve Harney & Sons teas. This is a lovely spot, and I'll return to try more.

We started with a bottle of the Alsace wine, which perfectly complemented our food and the Parisian vibe. I opted for the omelette with Gruyère which was delicious, although I found myself very full by the end, as it came with two sides. The fries were a must-have -- so crispy, salty & fresh. I'd recommend that at least one person at the table order them, but the portion is pretty generous. :) The service was nice, albeit a bit slow at times. However, the staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere is chill -- we weren't in a rush at all! Sitting at a booth in the back, we had the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy our meal, making for a lovely brunch with friends or family.
