My one very minor piece of feedback is I wish some rolls were sweet rolls (i.e. skip the cinnamon). Fruity Pebble is a little overpowered by cinnamon but I'd still get it. I got a half loaf of semolina and the spices on the outside are adjacent to Side Door Bagel's everything bagel seasoning.
