The other ingredients like the cheese and pepperoni and mushrooms were good and fresh. The pizza dough/bread fell a little short on taste but passed muster. I usually will order a basic pizza and will add my own ingredients from home such as more sauce if needed and other items like cut bell peppers, blanched onions and sometimes fresh jalapeños. I ordered $65 worth of food, part of it being a 20pc wing, and while placing my order with the employee, I specifically made sure to ask if there would be ranch that came with the wings. I also asked for plates and utensils to be delivered. An hour later, my order was delivered with no plates or ranch. I called to make them aware. I was told I'd have to wait 30+ additional minutes to have the ranch and plates delivered or I could opt for a $1 credit (the price of the ranch). When customers are standing waiting for you to knowledge them for 5-10 minutes and lack of customer service on table service of the pizza and needing to ask for basic items. Ordered a 14" build your own pizza with Alfredo sauce, several toppings and an order of cheese bread. Paid over $46 with credit card. When it arrived (80 minutes later) we were told we owed $46. I had to open my bank app to prove it was already paid for. Even with doing that the delivery driver STILL had to call to get approval to give me THE FOOD I ALREADY PAID FOR. After the phone call I was given the food and told they were "having problems with their website". When the food was opened I found very gross and soggy cheese bread and a pizza with RED sauce. I called to explain the error and WITHOUT LOOKING IT UP the person that answered the phone told me I must've been mistaken and I had to have ordered red sauce. She puts me on hold and gets manager Valerie on the phone who actually bothers to look up my order and confirm I DID ORDER ALFREDO SAUCE. She then offers to make it again (which would result in a minimum 1 hour wait again) or credit back my $46. I asked to credit it back then I was hung up on. I had to call back just to get her name and a time frame for my credit. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not recommend this place to a homeless person if they were giving out free food. I'll say the pizza was better the first time, however the menu on slice was slightly different, so they didn't have the pizza that we had ordered. Total was ~$38 the pizza was fresh and the wings were crispy (ask I asked) and all cold glasses for the beer!
