Capone's is a dang good spot. The service is always Great. The food is hot and tastes really good. There are TV's everywhere so there isn't a bad seat in the entire place. Typically we enjoy Capone's but our last few visits to the post falls location have lacked service levels. We have experienced wrong orders on 2 occasions. (Hamburger instead of chicken sandwich twice), inconstant cocktails (some too much alcohol others hardly any). Our last visit, we were seated and waited almost 15 minute before finally getting someone to help us after being seated. The reason was, "I was replacing the kegs so sorry". We were on a tight schedule so we had to get it to go. I know it's a sports bar so not expecting 5 star, but I feel like the service team is slipping. Management may need run tighten things up a bit. read more

The Pub & Grill is such a threat to the other bars in the area, a jealous competitor once torched the Post Falls location many years ago. They rebuilt and have been serving up delicious dishes and beverages ever since. Tonight I took the recommendation from our server and got to enjoy a scrumptious Philly Cheesesteak with shoestring fries. My husband and I have been here maybe half a dozen times over the last year. Staff is so nice and top notch, food is really good and prices are decent. My favorite is the meatball sub, the wings are excellent, and pizza is very good. The pastrami sandwich is good, it was very neat and lean good quality meat, mustard and pickles, however I grew up with with a smidge of the fat and pieces of the peppery crust mixed in. I guess that's a "dirty" sandwich and if that is what you are looking for, this isn't it. That being said we still love the place. Good local beer selection too. read more

Went to Capones Pub & Grill for dinner and it was Crowded!! Popular place.. that's a good thing... the wait for a table wasn't long and the waitresses were super nice! I made the mistake of eating a bunch of cookies a couple hours before we left so I wasn't that hungry and ordered a soup and salad.. then low and behold the soup of the day was clam chowder!! Me favorito!! The clam cuts were big and tons of potatoes too... good soup especially for land locked clams... The salad was ample their blue cheese dressing was so so.... I also had some potato skins for an appetizer ... needless to say I was stuffed ... wrecked ... down for the count!! I polished off a couple potato skins and rocked the bowl of chowder and topped it off with a few stabs of lettuce before I had to throw in the towel... super good great place for eats I'm going back! read more

The place is pretty good, but it's not getting a 5 star because it has declined in quality a lot. My first trip here was in 2018 and the wings and fries were great. My most recent trip was last week and they were just average. Not sure what's going on if there's some supply issue with the wing chain or what. They do have a policy of only hiring the best and most polite servers possible, which is a plus. read more

We met friends for dinner while traveling through Idaho on a road trip. Small group of 8. We were seated right away while waiting for the last couple. The server gathered our drink orders while we waited. We ordered an appetizer once the whole group was together. Our choice was the Idaho Nachos. We ordered it with the bacon on the side (one person has pork allergies). We added ground beef and sour cream. It came to the table pretty quick. The waffle fries were crisp and hot with the cheddar-jack cheese melting on top. Plenty of them for everyone to have a serving. I decided upon the Pizza Blanco. When ordering the server stated that they had a special on 2 medium pizzas. The combination of the creamy garlic sauce and the artichoke hearts, black olives, cheeses and fresh herbs was like a symphony of flavors. The group chose a variety of menu items. Service was excellent and the place was clean. The pizzas were hot and tasty but extremely messy to eat. The crust underneath was paper thin and became saturated as the pizza sat on the pan. Then, when I tried to pick up a slice the toppings slid off! I had to eat it with a fork, which is not how it should be. I mentioned this to our waitress, who said that this is what happens when a crust is homemade like theirs. Wrong! It happens when there is too much sauce, cheese and toppings on a thin crust. My wife and I ate dinner here for the first time today. This place has a classic pub look and feel, very busy and noisy. We were greeted by friendly staff and our drink order taken. We started with an order of potato skins; russet potatoes, green onions, cheddar cheese, bacon and ranch dressing, these were very tasty. We shared their world-famous Tommy Pastrami, the house specialty, the bread is baked fresh daily in house, pastrami, pickles, brown mustard and provolone. I love the staff and the soups are always delicious. Their homemade bread is also excellent. I've never explored the menu to far beyond the soups because they are so satisfying. I always order soup of the day and have never once been disappointed. Even when I am hesitant because the description didn't sound appealing to me, like the lemon ginger chicken, it never disappoints. Someone really knows how to put these flavors together. The lemon ginger chicken soup I almost didn't order was one of the best things I ever put into my mouth. read more

"I'm a fan." is the perfect label for Capone's! We made this location our go-to for watching Packers games because they do a killer job for watching NFL games, have great food, and an awesome beer list. Game Watching: They show EVERY NFL game! The place is plastered with TVs everywhere, and on Sundays, they open early and place little pennants of the teams that will be shown on a particular TV. Early games on the bottom left side of the TV and late games on the bottom right. All TVs are assigned ahead of time. So no asking to change, no fussing with remotes. They've got this awesome system that they can change all the TVs ASAP after the early game. Seriously, they are a well oiled machine. Clearly been doing this for a while. Beer: HUGE list. One of the largest in the Inland Northwest, maybe the largest. And well varied, including sours and such. Whatever you drink, they've got something to satisfy. Stuff you won't see elsewhere except maybe the brewery. Lots of WA, OR, and ID beers but others as well. Solid prices too. Food: For early Sunday games, they offer a limited breakfast menu which is actually really good. The breakfast burrito was huge and DELICIOUS. But our favorite are their boneless wings. Big but not too big, juicy, and tender. And their sauces are soooo good! The sweet hot is the best, but you can't go wrong. Pizzas have been hit and miss, as we weren't impressed with their famous Roasted Garlic Chicken Pizza. But they do special pizzas of the month, along with monthly special wing sauces and cheesecakes, which are fun to try. Oh, and their side mac 'n' cheese is a total sleeper - nice and creamy mac. Get it with wings and it's a lovely pairing. Place: Clearly a sports bar and well accented as such. Cards, news clippings, etc line the whole place - really cool. And the servers are fantastic and fun. Clearly not their first rodeo, as they are on it on busy Sundays during the games. Rarely does my glass go empty. So as you can see, "fans" we are! The menu prices are incorrect. According to a waitress, she said everything was a dollar more than what is stated. Adding that it was expensive to change the menu prices. Went to Cappone's for lunch and hoping to see Guy Fiery. He wasn't there. . Dorothy waited on us and had a blast. Food was great. We ordered the Laua pizza and a salad. Service was amazing. Kept joking around about seeing Guy Fiery. I definitely would recommend this place. read more

Disappointed. First, the good... the servers were excellent, so this isn't on them. It's rather about quality of the food... complete crap. The French Dip chefs style was a letdown... roast beef was completely dry--I've had jerky that was moister than it. Also the side Thai pasta was a letdown. As far as bar food goes has a nice selection from chicken wings to build your own pizza and burgers. soup of the day- steak stew. It was heavy on the seasoning, lots of flavors Build your own pizza - BBQ chicken. Sauce has a nice kick, better than expected and something I would recommend. "World famous" pastrami grinder - I would remove the world famous as it doesn't compare to what's out there, however your Restaurant selection in the area is limited. I would stick with the pizza instead Garlic fries - no Gilroy fries but it did have a nice kick. Can't go wrong with Idaho potatoes Draft selection - variety of craft beer that's domestic. Absolutely loved my visit to Capone's. After a wonderful round of golf at Highlands belly was in need of fuel. With pizza, grinders, soups and salads and multiple beers on tap, Capone's was exactly what we were looking for. The service was fast and friendly and as much as I wanted pizza I could not get my eye off of the "World Famous Tommy's Pastrami" Grinder. Loaded with perfectly salty pastrami, pickle, brown mustard and smothered in provolone this is a knife and fork sandwich. Just massive!! Half went home in a to go box. We split an app of "Idaho Nachos". They are wedge cut potato covered in cheddar and Monterey Jack, tomato, green onion, bacon and sour cream and served on a pizza pan. You won't finish that either. Gluttonous. Overall, this is is a place that I would frequent at least weekly if I lived close due to the tasty grub, friendly service and rotating taps. read more

I like this place! I'm new to the area and found it by accident. I looked it up on Yelp and reviewers mentioned a great place to watch football games; exactly what I was looking for. This is an awesome place to watch a game. They have so many TV's, there's a good chance of finding your team. Service is great. Servers are very friendly and efficient. Food comes at a very reasonable time. Pizza was very tasty, I had a combo, but a little bit watery. Made the crust flimsy and hard to eat. But really good flavor. I had a good drink as well, a mixed cocktail called Sanders beach. I'm coming back for sure! I'll try other food items which looked great. read more

We went to Capones in Post Falls tonight for the first time and the food and atmosphere was excellent. I would have no problem with this place but I ordered their "Tammys pastrami sandwich" and 9 peice potato skins. Both were on the menu as 13 dollars but we were charged 14 for each. When we pointed that out we were told they are changing their prices on some items and would not adjust our bill. Very disapointing and rather dishonest. read more

Love their salads and their pizza is good,but it's hit or miss with the pizzas .Sometimes they are burned and doughy at the same time other times sooooo good.If you get a good one you will LOVE their Thai pizza it is awesome.
