I purchased a 2024 GMC AT4 truck from Caposio and had a great experience. I came from out of town and the entire process was a great and I will definitely be recommending them to others. Only issue was that they registered my vehicle in CA without me knowing (don't know how that can even happen) and now the CA DMV is sending suspension notices to me.. I live in Las Vegas and registered my vehicle and received NV plates. I emailed Caposio 2 times to resolve this issue and haven't received a response. I am extremely disappointed with the service department regarding my 2024 Chevy Traverse. I originally brought my car in on 9/08/25 with only 7,007 miles because the steering wheel and brakes would shake at higher speeds. The dealership diagnosed the issue as stuck brake pads causing deep grooves in the rotors, and they replaced the calipers, rotors, and brake pads. Less than 3,000 miles later, the exact same issue returned. I brought the vehicle back on 3/30/26 with around 11,000 miles. The rotors again had deep grooves, the brakes would shake, and there was an extremely hot burning smell coming from the brakes after only driving a few miles. On 4/8/26, I was told the issue was simply a tire balance, which made no sense considering the visible rotor damage and overheating brakes. After declining the tire balance, I spoke with service manager Dorian and explained my concerns. He stated he would personally test drive the vehicle and get back to me. I also explained that I needed a loaner vehicle since my car had already been there for over a week, but I was told none were available and that several people were ahead of me. After that conversation, I received no updates from the dealership. Near the end of April, I finally called to ask whether my vehicle was even ready, and the employee who answered informed me it had already been ready for pick up -- yet nobody had contacted me. When I picked up the vehicle on 5/4/26, I spoke with Dorian and technician Josh. They told me it was "normal" for my semi-metallic brake pads to chip and create grooves in the rotors. They also admitted they did not remove the tires or fully inspect the brake components. During the conversation, there were multiple contradictions regarding whether they could actually feel the shaking issue during the test drive. Because I still did not feel comfortable with the diagnosis, I took the vehicle to another dealership, Mountain View Chevrolet. Their technicians immediately found grooves and heat spots on both the front and rear rotors, uneven brake pad wear, and determined that the electronic brake control module was overheating and causing the brakes to stick. They replaced the rotors, pads, calipers, and the electronic brake control module. I am frustrated that my concerns were repeatedly dismissed, my vehicle sat at Caposio for a whole month with poor communication/no voicemails, and the actual issue was overlooked despite obvious symptoms with recurring problems from prior items that they had replaced. Beware I went to this dealer after having a phone call with the internet team and they stated they had amazing incentives so I went in because I was interested working the deal with the sales team and the vehicle didn't "qualify" I was ready to leave with no deal but after they spoke to the internet manager they found the incentives very convenient so then we started working out the deal. I was ok with the deal so next step was financing this is where it gets good the finance guy first thing he said was your gonna love me after this I just saved you some money on your monthly payment so I was thrilled better then what I expected now he's offering me the extended warranty I declined he said if you get this it's like the original amount you agreed to. I said no I rather save that money thank you for saving me money on the payment but I'll take the lower payment I signed for the lower payment the whole contract then I get my first statement and boom!! I ask for a rental and was declined by the service manager there. I took in recently again and showed they video proof of the radio turning off and the transmission getting suck in 3rd now they told that they going to chance the valve body in the transmission. After complaining to them they finally agreed to give me a rental! I get it back again now the 1 and 2 gears are getting stuck on the truck . I called them to take in but the service writer Christian advise that they can't give me a rental because his service manager said that gm said no until they verified the issue! My wife and I went to this dealership on Sunday, March 30th to look at purchasing two new vehicles. My wife found two cars that she liked and the negotiations started. We were served by a young man who told us we had to pay taxes and fees on the MSRP sticker price even if we were able to negotiate a cheaper deal. I told him that what he saying is wrong and he told me it's illegal to pay less taxes and fees than whatever the sticker prices. The negotiations did not go well. Purchasing a vehicle here was a great experience, not efficient timewise like other dealerships, but not bad. They push a paint and interior warranty service that is useless and does not cover as advertised. The biggest problem here is the service department. Contacting them is a nightmare, getting service done is incredibly expensive. they replaced my oil pan under warranty and it was a crappy job that I found after the warranty on the work expired. they tried to charge me 2700$ to replace the oil pan gasket, not the entire oil pan. this gasket costs less than $100 from GMC. they tried to charge 11 hours of service for this. the only possible way 11 hours would be needed is if they are charging to let the adhesives dry. This is fraudulent and will be reported. Do not let them overcharge you for service! read more

Disrespectful of time, unorganized, inept, and I don't even know if work was done. Highly do not recommend nor will ever go there again. Where to begin? First, I've been dreaming about having another truck for quite some time now. After my first and last (at the time) truck which was back in 2008 (it was a 1997 Chevrolet S10 4.3 v6 vortec engine), I've always wanted to get another truck. For years, I've looked at both Chevrolet and GMC 1500 and 2500 models. I was interested with the GMC Sierra 2500 Denali model due to the overall looks and demeanor of it equipped with the diesel Allison engine. After some research and consideration, I realized that it is not best suited for what I needed it for since I do not have any fancy toys to haul it with. During one of my daughter's softball games, I noticed the all-blackout truck sitting in the parking lot. Out of curiosity, I went ahead and checked it out and it was a GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation model. To my surprised, I really liked it (except for the black exterior color - just not my preference). I then began my research and did some deep dive in on the model and what packages and engine options it comes with. After months of off/on reading, looking at images, and watching numerous videos, I was in a mission to finally (hopefully) make my dream come true (of course, it will have to go through the approval process from my Commander in Chief aka Wife). Upon further consideration of the overall financial situation and responsibilities I have, I proposed this idea to my wife which by the way, it was not the first time (me sounding like a broken record every time). Her feedback - if you can afford it without falling short of your responsibilities and still maintain the lifestyle that our family have, go ahead. Well, she didn't have to tell me twice about it (LOL) which then started my journey of doing more research, but this time, it's about the Elevation model with specific packages I want and their availability. I reached out to a total of "4" Buick/GMC dealership which has the highest rated customer reviews across the board within the 250 miles radius of Corona area. All 4 dealership have the similar Elevation model with the packages I was looking for except for exterior color choices (4 of 8 with black exterior color) . I emailed all 4 dealerships and received responses from all of them. But only Caposio Buick GMC dealership was able to provide a much clearer response. After some email exchanges made to all 4 dealerships, I decided to go with Caposio dealership. Internet sales director Jose Solario Jr. has been my contact since the beginning of this process. Throughout the communication stage, Jose has been prompt and was able to provide details to the questions I had. Day after Christmas, my wife asked if I would like to check out the truck. I then reached out to Jose and asked him for his availability, he responded promptly and stated that he is available that day anytime, he also included his cell number for ease of communication. Upon our arrival, the truck that I inquired for was waiting, staged, and ready for our viewing which is a plus already. Throughout the stages of this purchase process, I say that it has been the quickest and smoothest transaction I've ever experienced, and I've owned quite a bit of new vehicles in the past 2 plus decades. I did not go with the GMC financing options since I had chosen Navy Federal Credit Union to handle the vehicle financing due to their competitive interest rates and unbeatable customer service (been a member for nearly 25 years and have used them to finance most if not all my vehicles throughout the years). Jose was made aware of this in the beginning stage of our communication. He also concluded that Navy Federal is one of the best credit unions that offers a very competitive - hard to beat interest rates. Overall, Jose and his team has been awesome! The customer service and communications made before, during, and even now has been exceptional. I read negative feedbacks from some of the customers that had some experience with Caposio group, though, for near future folks looking into getting their vehicles for this business, I hope that this review serves as a useful guidance to your experience. I had to call and check the status of the car because they didn't contact us to advise the status or what was wrong with the vehicle. Overall poor follow through from the service advisor. read more
