That alone should tell you there's a serious issue with how orders are presented online. When the food arrived, the pizza was completely undercooked and soggy, and the hot honey had been baked into the entire pie, making it taste awful. The wings were also undercooked and soggy, and the garlic rolls were just as disappointing. I called to speak with a manager, but one never came to the phone. Instead, the employee spoke with the cook and came back offering a $2 discount on a $56.67 order. That was their solution for an inedible meal and a clearly misleading ordering system. To make matters worse, she admitted multiple times that: * The receipt is misleading * The website is confusing * The hot honey caused the pizza to be soggy Yet they still refused to remake the order or provide a proper refund.
