I was literally taking bites, thinking to myself about the bread, the toasting, the peppers, the crunch, the tenderness, and after a while how i would eat more. I've gotten the Cheese Steak quite regularly and I've had the Cole Turkey quite a few times, and I gotta say, as a sandwich lover, Capriottis is on top of the game. I regularly finish a sub within a few minutes. The store front I went to was in Downtown Summerlin and it had good parking, and the store front is very accessible. The location is always clean and they pay meticulous attention to all aspects of the business. Music is just right, Pepsi machine is clean of spills, sandwiches are 10/10, service is friendly and fast. I will 100% visit again! read more

This location is probably the most decent one on this side of town. At other locations my order is always a little off. When you order a hot sandwich it's made in the back so you can't see everything they're doing and it makes it tricky. You just have to hope you get what you ordered. The food is good and I like their fluffy bread. The staff here are always nice as well. It can get very busy during lunch rushes so if you can avoid those and don't have an extra 20 minutes to spare, that'll help. read more

This was first time at this Capriotti's location. I walked in and was immediately greeted upon entrance. There is no line so I made my way right up to the front. I was ordering a sandwich for myself and for a friend however, I couldn't remember how big the sandwiches were. The gentleman at the register pointed me in the direction of the diagram that they had, which was very useful. I ordered a cold turkey and a Bobby with two bags of chips. The guy that took my order was very nice. However, I remember having an account set up with Capriotti's, but I wasn't asked for a phone number or anything. (Not sure if that's still a thing but oh well.) I needed to run to Ulta so I told him I'd be right back. By the time I came back and my sandwiches were ready and he remembered me and handed me my order over-the-counter. The restaurant looked very clean and I love the aesthetic of this location. I have been coming to this specific location for 3 years. In the last 4 visits my to go order has not been ready or made prior to my arrival or has been made incorrect I don't know what this new manager is doing to this location but I used to always be greeted and treated with kindness. Now the workers are rude, talking back to customers, and telling me to order a different sandwich if I want to order that I placed because it's "too confusing" of an order. It's the same order I've been making for 3 years and I've never had an issue until the recent manager change. Dinner for four on a weeknight, we decided on sandwiches. Two of us eat a plant-based diet, so we ruled out the following alternatives for their lack of veg* options: Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's, and Port of Subs. We chose Capriotti's instead because they have a vegetarian menu with four options. Three of these can be made vegan by requesting no cheese or mayo. My go-to is Vegetarian Turkey with no cheese. This time, two of us ordered the Impossible Cheese Steak and the Vegetarian Chicken Cheese Steak, then shared them. This is easy to do because all of their sandwiches are cut in half, regardless of size. When we ordered the plant-based cheesesteak sandwiches (with no cheese), the employee taking our order did not ask if we wanted to add veggies. If ordering online, the options are fried hot peppers or fried sweet peppers. There are two reasons why I don't like this arrangement. First, I think the veggies should be opt-out rather than opt-in. Second, there is no non-fried veggie option, meaning an oil-free version. Consistent with the practice of restaurants in general, you pay extra for extra cheese, but you pay the same for no cheese. Therefore, I prefer to patronize fully vegan restaurants when feasible. read more

Grabbed a capastrami after reviewing once before giving me a free medium this time - score!! Wanted to update people on something new Capriottis has now that I personally haven't tried BUT my sons did and they said they were , they now have topped and sauced flat fries. Three choices: loaded capastrami, loaded cheese steak and naked flat fries. I will try them in the future but would recommend them now as per my sons experience. read more

I finally tried Capriotti's! I tried the Homemade Turkey and the Classic Cheesesteak. The Turkey was me making a healthier choice, and it was really good, like literally it's real turkey shredded, not deli. You can also get their pickled peppers on the side and it's really good with the sandwiches. They make delicious sandwiches, and I would come back easily. Wagyu French dip sandwich was incredibly dried out and extremely salty. The au jus was actually less salty than the meat which isn't the way it should work at all. Ordered with no mayo through the app and the employee put mayo on. Other staff member said "that's no mayo" and he said "there's not very much" so then we chimed in there was an allergy "oh. I'll fix it". For real? The lack of mayo in the past hasn't made for an extremely dry salty sandwich so I have a feeling this meat was reheated numerous times. Borderline jerky. After enjoying a special event here, if you were a lucky Yelp Elite attendee (it was a really good event- check out my review), then, you know what I am talking about. We returned here, this time, hubby was with us for lunch, yesterday. We were greeted enthusiastically upon entering. There are lolliops near the door. There is seating inside as well outside (maybe a handful of tables outside). We got there with just a few other customers were dining for lunch. When we left, there were quite a few other diners enjoying the yummy subs that Capriotti's is known for- like the Bobbie and the Capastrami (those are my favorites!). I've been a longtime fan of Capriotti's since the early 1990s. (*At work, we ordered from the Paradise store quite a few times.) Leonard took our order. He was really nice. He asked where we got our gift card, Smith's (trying to earn gas points, *tip*). Hubby and I split two small hot subs (9 in): the Capastrami (this is my #1 favorite sub sandwich here) and the Cheesesteak (beef, cheese, with sweet peppers and onions). Our son had a kids meal: ham sandwich (on white bread, untoasted), drink- apple juice box, and chips (regular size). I tried to eat slowly. Everything was delicious. The subs were perfect. (*Tip* If you get the large sub, you can cut them up and feed a few people.) I looked at the menu and saw the Choose 2 deal for $8.99 (1/2 sandwich- or soup- or salad)- this is a good choice. Have been eating at Capriotti's for a few years now and finally thought a review was in order. They have some very good signature sandwiches like the Capastrami and the Bobbie. These are not sub sandwiches but a variation on sandwiches we have made at home with leftovers after big family meals. The sandwiches are best when eaten as soon as possible but we feel they are a good reheat the next day as well. The large is huge so be sure to order by length!! Chocolate chip cookies are also pretty tasty. This is a good place to fill you up and offers a decent selection of sandwiches and soup and salads to keep most people happy.
