After a play at UNLV, I decided to stop hereonm the way home for a new experience. Thanks to my friend Renee N. for her excellent review. That made this a must try. Easy off and then back on the freeway makes it convenient. I went to the order area and ordered a club supreme Mike's way. Lettuce, tomatoes, and the juice make the sub Mike's way. Subs come in three sizes--mini, regular, and giant. The couple in front of me got the giant to share. I had already decided to get the regular, half the giant size. The mini would be half of the regular. I watched as the first step was slicing the meats and cheese fresh rather than being pre-sliced and sitting in a container. Next, the sub went to the second worker who put the toppings on the sub. I got it Mike's Way and I added extra jalapeños. I also got a small size drink. You get the cup and fill it with your desired beverage--iced tea or soda. Unfortunately, they serve Pepsi so I went with iced tea. I decided to eat fresh so I ate in. I was the only person who didn't get the sandwich to go. It was fun watching the people come and go. After finishing, I washed my hands and then scanned the QR code for their app. When I got home, I downloaded the app for future orders. Service was first rate. Very tasty sandwiches that are pretty filling. Ordered a stickball special which is a provolone, ham, and salami on wheat bread with the works. The amount of meat given is quite generous. All the other toppings tasted nice and fresh. Service was great and even with a smile. Glad we stopped by because I haven't visited one of their locations in a very long time. Super positive someone had ordered a gluten-free sandwich and he was on top of all the extra measures to make sure it didn't come into contact with gluten. I don't know what's going on with this location, by my last two visits have not been positive. I've been coming here for over 8 years. I'm not sure if I keep getting someone that's new or what? I did a pick up order a month or so ago and asked for the dressing on the side. Not everyone eats the subs and salads right away, and the dressing makes it soggy. I ordered a turkey sub and a blt salad with specific notes to put it on the side. I've been doing this for years and it's never been an issue. I went to check the bag to make sure dressing was included on the side because they have forgotten it before. Well, it wasn't there so I pulled the items out and dressing already started coming out the salad bowl. I asked if they put in on there when I asked for the side. The kid working said yes, they don't know what dressing is. They call it juice. Um ok? He asked if I wanted it remade, I declined as I was already behind. He said next time put no juice in the notes. If a worker can't realize dressing is the same thing, then maybe some training? So gave it another try today. Had it delivered. My sub was fine, but I added cheese to my husbands salad for extra change, and of course the cheese was not on there. I give up. I will try another location. read more

On day of giving, (3/26/25) Jersey Mikes was willing to share their proceeds of all sales to local charities. So I wanted to help out. So what I got was a delicious sub sandwich and spent money to do my part and help out. I got a giant turkey provolone on rosemary Parmesan bread. The bread was really fresh and the rosemary was just that added touch to update my sandwich. Served 'mikes way' with onions, lettuce, tomatoes , red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, oregano and salt. The veggies were fresh and sliced just thin enough that they kept their flavor but were not too fat especially the onions. The sandwich is cut into four sections of equal size enough to share with your someone special or as I did saved for the next day. Cost is $17.56 without taxes and I rounded the order to the nearest dollar to make my gift solid. I've always enjoyed a sub sandwich and turkey provolone is my go to when I'm craving them. My request is the freshest of ingredients, occasionally toasted and always with a bag of chips! If you want your order delivered or you're close to a location you can count on freshness and a delicious sub. Jersey Mike's has a good version of a turkey provolone and which ever size you get you can expect a delicious sub sandwich. read more

So while I was waiting for my meat to be cut by a bigger African guy. and I was looking at the lettuce and it looked very old or not edible. So I asked the girl who was making my sandwich " if you guys had fresh lettuce in the back?" So the girl asked the guy who was cutting the meat for my sandwich and the guy made a comment it's 20 mins before closing. You shouldn't be making fun of your customers because you're about to close in 20 mins. Meaning he wasn't going to get me fresh lettuce. Disappointed with this location. I know it's 20 mins before closing but you had 4 customers before me so you would think they get fresh lettuce. So ended up getting number 8 without lettuce. read more

Disappointed. Our sandwich was not made correctly. We ordered a 42 with bacon and grilled peppers, cut in four. We were really disappointed and a little upset to find no bacon, no grilled peppers, and the sandwich was only cut in half. I have been going to this Jersey Mike's store for over 17 years and have always loved every experience: this most recent experience was a very negative one. I came in and wanted to try the new Italian sub however I don't eat ham. I offered to pay for a substition or extra meet and the associate was very rude and declined as they were busy. I happily waited 20 minutes to order my food because obviously the preference I wanted was not available to order of the app and the lack of effort when I was willing to pay extra was very disheartening and I don't know if I will be coming back anytime soon. They don't pre slice their deli meats, they slice them fresh per order in front of the customer. Which every sub shop should do, because it tastes better when it's fresh. Staff is quick & they always give EXCELLENT service! The sandwiches are always worth the price. I am so glad that the rewards points don't expire. I cashed them in and got a giant big kahuna chicken cheese steak sandwich (so delicious), valued at $17.92, the other night, saturday night. I placed an APP order for pickup. So many times I have been timed out of an APP, but not here. All clear here. Yay! Pickup was easy. 15 minute parking space. The cheesesteak sandwich was delicious. Cheesy, heavily flavored with mushrooms, and jalapeno peppers, and the chicken was really good, too, on the soft sub bread, mmm. It's such a tasty sandwich. This is by far my favorite location for picking up a delicious sandwich. My go to is the #7 on Rosemary Parmesan bread. I discovered Jersey Mike's a couple years ago as I used to go to a competitor but I was tired of their sandwiches. Once I tasted my first sandwich at Jersey Mike's I never went back. The service here is always top notch. Friendly help and sandwiches are made just the way you like them. Atmosphere is chill. Plenty of tables here for you to dine in or you can take your sandwich to go. Today I learned that each day all the produce is looked at carefully each morning to make sure it's good. I'm so happy with Jersey Mikes on Flamingo. I had made an order for 2 sandwiches with added ingredients. When I went to pick it up I discovered that the order was sent to the Warm Springs location the young men in the Flamingo store said that I could cancel it and get a refund. It took forever for them to respond at the Warm Springs store when they did the young man there said no they couldn't cancel the order and no they couldn't refund my money that I would have to call corporate and get them to take care of it. Wouldn't help me at all. Allen and Guy said don't you worry they each had a free sandwich which they had earned. That was the nicest thing. I will never go to the Warm Springs one EVER. I've had their sandwiches before but I forgot what I ordered at the time. The food is delicious don't get me wrong but their service can be up and down at times. I understand it's busy but sometimes priorities has to be straighten out when it comes to people picking up mobile, doordash or uber eats. Two times I had to wait a long time to just puck up orders. I see other delievery drivers at those times getting frustrated while waiting. One time I had to wait 30 mins and another time 20 mins at this same location.
