Very good customer service. I highly recommend the soup packages, take a look at the salt percentage but the majority are on the low to moderate. It felt like pulling teeth to have the drive-thru employee accommodate the request, even though it has been done many times before. After some back and forth, she finally agreed. However, when I got home and opened the sandwich, it barely had any peanut butter or jelly on it, and the spread didn't even cover the entire piece of toast. Usually, the sandwich is generously and evenly spread. I can't say for certain, but because the employee seemed unhappy about accommodating the request, it left me wondering whether that may have contributed to the quality of the sandwich. Whether it was prepared by the employee or someone in the kitchen, it was noticeably different from what we normally receive. My family and I have always enjoyed coming to Kneaders, so it makes me sad to have had such a disappointing customer service experience. I hope this feedback can be shared with the team, as experiences like this make loyal customers question whether they want to return.

All the other ingredients (bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese) were fresh and thankfully, enabled me to eat most of the sandwich. We rarely saw our server and both me and my husband ran out of drinks (we even finished off both waters) before she showed up for a refill. We didn't leave there until almost 8pm.
