Out of state visitor and stopped in for a quick dinner at Jersey Mikes . 2of 3 employees were cordial as girl who made my sandwich couldn't be bothered by a smile, eye contact or responding "your welcome" to my multiple "thank you's". Sandwich was made hastily and sloppy even though there was no other people or back orders evident. The kicker: No diet soda on fountain so asked can I grab a bottle which was no problem but she confiscated my cup with ice telling me I couldn't have that cup that I already filled with ice that was going to be thrown away anyway. Bewildered I walked away because this happens at my location all the time and they just give me the regular cup for ice. Only until another employee who looked confused at her response told her to give me a water cup for ice. Usually every Mikes no matter what state you're in gives you the warm wanted feeling but not tonight. read more

I eat at Jersey Mike's all the time. I think they have the best sandwich. But this particular location I ordered a number eight the big sandwich I like to share it with my mother lettuce was wilted tomatoes were green no meat no bacon took it home was starving. I added baloney to it very disappointed won't eat there again. read more

Bowl was about half full and had a couple pieces of tomatoe. Had to break up the bacon. In the picture shown it does look appetizing. But, NOT what I received for $10.But, at least TRY to make it look appealing not just throw it in a bowl. Hopefully just this location or preparer and it's not the standard. Doing reviews for chain restaurants isn't something I usually do, but the squeeze and I were out running errands and we got hungry. We'd never tried Mike's before. We split the chicken cheesesteak samminch with a small bag of chips and medium drink. The samminch was pretty decent with a good amount of peppers, onions and chicken on it. Great flavor. Price is a little steep but so is every other place nowadays. The medium sandwich and bag of chips is plenty for a light lunch for two. read more

Great place to grab a yummy sub sandwich! The parking lot is pretty small could use a bigger one but I think you can park on the other side of the building and walk. I got there right when they opened so the service was quick and the girls were helpful and nice. read more

My husband & I ate lunch here today. He had the Philly steak sandwich & i had the club sandwich Mike's way. We both finished our lunch & said "that was really good!." The bread was fresh & delicious. The teamwork of the employees seamless. It's a pleasure to find a business that has their act together. Excellent food, great service & and clean restaurant. Plenty of seating outdoors as well inside. Parking in front on the location is limited but more spaces available around the back. I've been to Jersey Mikes before but this one is top notch. read more

So happy Nampa has Jersey Mike's! We've been to this location several time and I've had sandwiches delivered for lunch via Uber Eats. Always excellent! Hubby loves the Philly cheesesteak and my favorite is the Original Italian, add pepper relish. These two are so good so we haven't tried much else on the menu. Sliced/cooked to order so it takes a few extra minutes, but I think it's totally worth it. This location's staff has always been friendly and helpful. And they almost always have someone cleaning off tables or sweeping up the lobby/eating area. The only downside is their parking. Around the business there is plenty of parking if you don't mind walking a little. But their actual parking lot has maybe 4 spots and is very hard to get in and out of, especially when busy and people double park. Best chain sub sandwiches so far! read more

I went to Jersey Mike's in Nampa last night for a couple sandwiches as my fiancé's job gave him a lot of coupons for buy one get one free sandwiches. It had been years since I had stepped foot in a jersey Mike's. I had been to A location in Washington State a few times before when I used to live there. I remember it being okay but it was never my first choice for sandwiches and I mainly went there when my parents wanted sandwiches from Jersey Mike's as they really like Jersey Mike's. I will say overall I was pleasantly surprised this experience. I was assisted immediately by an employee and he was very polite. I ordered 2 of the regular sized chipotle turkey subs to have one for dinner and another for lunch today since my fiancé didn't want a sub. They were very good and I was able to redeem my coupon without any issues ! The reason I took a couple stars off is that not all of the employees gave amazing service. The young gentleman who greeted me, took my order and also assisted ringing me up at the register was outstanding. He was working with 3 blonde young ladies. One of them I noticed in the background slicing meats. One packaging sandwiches for customers and handling any online to go orders and then there was one awkwardly standing around until the male employee asked her to add the toppings to my subs. She looks at me and says "you want it Mike's way, right?" Mind you, I'm not a regular customer of Jersey Mike's and I just started listing what I could see in front of me that I wanted on the subs much like you do at Subway and the like. She looked so confused and didn't start adding any of my toppings right away and said "oh so you don't want lettuce or onion on it?" Which I thought was kind of funny cause the lettuce container was completely empty .. I mean, I'm sure she could get some fresh lettuce from the back, but she was acting like it was right in front of her, and really, there's no need to grab any of that for me. It's just iceberg lettuce, which is the worst lettuce In my opinion- it has no actual nutrients and is just bland compared to darker lettuce like romaine and spinach. I really just wanted very minimal onions, some tomatoes, jalapeños, the cherry pepper relish, and avocado on it which is exactly what I told her and she put the toppings on but gave me a weird look for asking for those toppings of my choosing. What can I say, I like spicy and NO I don't want it Mike's way- I want it MY way! Like i said before, the sandwiches were very good, but perhaps i should just go to Burger King next time to have it my way with no judgmental looks for something as simple as sandwich topping choices. read more

Went to the new jersey mikes in Nampa the other day. Food wise was excellent as expected. The staff was great and we're working on all cylinders to keep up with the online orders and the full lobby of people. The only downside to this location was the parking. It is way too small. It only has like five spots so people were double stacked in there. Also there is only one way in so you have to back up into traffic to get out. No space to turn Ron there. I'd suggest if you go, park down the road and walk. read more

This location is awful!!! Every time we come here we have an issue. Today I went in and ordered a club sandwich which comes with ham, turkey and bacon and the price on the menu says around $9.50. I can't have ham, so I asked for no ham, just turkey and bacon. I was told they couldn't do that and I would have to order the turkey sandwich and add bacon and it would be over $12. That's ridiculous and they were extremely rude about it! I order the same sandwich at other locations all the time and it has never been an issue. read more

Disappointing Allergy Experience Today: A month ago I went to Jersey Mike's and they had a great allergen free set up. I have a gluten and dairy allergy, and they prepared my entire sandwich back in the designated allergy-free section which was so exciting. I expected a similar experience today. Today when I went two hours before closing, they had already begun to close up the allergy free section. They got me my gluten free bun and cut the ham back on the allergy free slicer, but then brought the sandwich to the front section for the toppings. I asked about the toppings in the allergen free section (as there's less chance of cross contamination there) but they said most of the safe toppings were gone because they put all of the toppings together since it was a slow night. The toppings left for me to choose from were the front ones where there's high chance of cross contamination from all the crumbs. They had lettuce from the back, but everything else that I had planned to get had been mixed with the other toppings and was most likely cross contaminated. I was definitely disappointed because I thought Jersey Mikes was a new allergen safe place for me, sad to know it's not reliably available for me to eat at. read more

First time here and there are 5-6 staff staring at their shoes. My daughter and I walk in and not one person acknowledges us, 5 minutes later they ask what we want. We order bacon chicken ranch and they will not add ham or add BBQ sauce BUT they can add picks. Smh. We sand off to the side. They were super happy to collect out money however the men behind us got their food first. So I inform them of this and the girl states "they ordered a cold sandwich, did you?" Rude AF.
