I love this place. I've ordered delivery on grub hub, I've picked up to go, and I've sat in and ate at the mall. It's never been a bad experience. Their lemon pepper wings and strips are always so crunchy. The cajun combo work garlic noodles is a larger portion than you think and you can really have it got two sittings. Took the seafood boil to go to eat at home with friends and adding extra sausage corn and potatoes makes it even more flavorful! Especially if you eat it with the white rice. Impressed!!! I finally got a chance to come try this out and I have to say I had pretty standard expectations because not that it's in a food court because I had awesome mall food elsewhere but because it's Auburn Mall, a mall that may share the same fate as Greendale Mall in the future... Anyways, I am just in awe at how great the food here is! Hours later, I'm still having the flavor in my mouth and honestly it makes me wanna come back for more! I chose the Cajun Combo, Little Neck Clams, Louisiana Flavor (extra spicy) on Garlic Noodles, with corn and potato. Soooo good! Seasonings are great, sweet, spicy, garlicky, salty, buttery, it's everything you crave at kind of seafood boil and they done it well. Clams were so fresh, sweet, still very tender & juicy, not over cooked or rubbery at all and although some clams didn't open, I had a good time getting my hands dirty, but I did wish they offer bibs. Next up is the Cajun Fries, which were nice, and then the Double Fried Korean Chicken Wings! Blew my mind at how delicious they were and I have to say they may be better than Bonchon!!! My sister and absolutely loved the crispiness and the addicting sweet sticky spicy shell that also came with fresh coleslaw. Very pleased with my experience and I'm truly grateful for them to open up shop here at this little mall because they serve delicious and fresh Cajun style seafood with Korean inspired flavors. I found out they are a franchise with a handful of locations in MA. I hope they have success here because I'm not too sure the people here understand this kind of food besides the younger generation. They didn't skimp on the shrimp, but I'm interested in knowing what a serving size for shrimp is if we're not charged by weight. I was given a delicious piece of corn and about two bites of potatoes. I would've been more satisfied with less garlic noodles made up for by more potatoes and potentially more shrimp. Tried it for the first time and I must say it's worth every penny for the price. I had the Cajun combo, shrimp and garlic noodles with potatoes and corn while my girl had the mussels with garlic noodles with corn and potatoes. We both had the Louisiana sauce and we loved it soo much , the food was tasty with the perfect amount of seasoning and spice. Shrimp was huge and juicy and the portions are huge. This is my third time picking up food from here, and I have to say it gets more delicious every time I come back. While they have a standard Cajun boil menu, they also have a fried chicken menu. The garlic noodles are very garlicky and a great combination with the Louisiana spices. Not too spicy IMO, but I tend to like spicier food. The best thing they have on their menu is their Korean Style Double Fried Chicken. That crispy crunch is perfect. This place is the only reason why I would ever go to the Auburn Mall! Just be prepared to wait around 15 mins for the chicken. Perfection takes time. read more

Just tried for the first time today and I enjoyed it more than I expected. The current menu is small but understandable since this is their first food court style spot so they're testing the waters and only just opened 4 days ago. When asked, they said they plan to add more to the menu in the future so that's something to look forward to. I know some people have been complaining that this location isn't the same as the others and that they don't offer seafood broil etc but what do you expect? This spot is located at a mall food court- it's small and is meant to be fast food. I personally can't imagine people going to the mall wanting to sit down at the food court to eat 2-3 lbs of crawfish/seafood broil... don't get me wrong, I love seafood broil but it does get pretty messy and it's not an ideal setting. And I mean, I can't say I'm not disappointed that this wasn't an actual mall restaurant but as it is, this is what I'd expect from a food court counter joint. So moving on to the food- I got the Cajun Combo with Shrimp, Garlic noodles with Louisiana sauce that includes 2 potatoes and a corn for $10.95, which is very reasonable. They give a good amount of noodles and weren't cheap with the shrimp either. I also got a cup of Jambalaya cause it's one of my favorite soups and I almost always get it when available. I liked it, everything was good and satisfying. I would def eat it again. The Louisiana sauce especially was tasty and flavorful. The front counter person was professional and friendly so no complaints on service either. This was an easy quick eat, no hassle. This definitely won't be my last visit and hopefully next time they will have added more to the menu. read more

The man at the register was very nice. I noticed he was searching for my friend and I when our food was ready which I liked. Unfortunately my order was incorrect, I ordered the Cajun boil with Mussels but instead got shrimp. There was an excess of oil and the garlic seasoning seems to separate itself from the noodles refusing to mix. I was so excited to finally try out this place as I'm always going to the Loui Loui in Allston (which i absolutely love) and i can actually say that I'd prefer this seafood place over any other seafood place in Worcester. You can't beat it! A combination of the seafood of your choice, garlic noodles, corn, potatoes (or whatever you choose) for only $11, are you kidding! I got a side of their Cajun fries and they were so good, reminded me of McDonald's thin cut fries. They also give you such a hugeeee amount (basically a box) for $4? I got the clam combo with Louisiana sauce (recommended) and I was super impressed. It wasn't too salty or too plain, just right! The owner of the franchise also came out later on to ask me how it was and what I thought of it and I gave him my honest opinion that it's actually really good for MALL food! Loui Loui has always been my favorite place to get seafood, to the point where I would drive from Worcester to Allston JUST for seafood, I'm so glad that this is literally right next door. I thought this place was interesting in many ways, the fact that it's in a mall, the Auburn Mall, I thought it was a must try just because it was so random of them to place a Cap't Loui inside this location. My boyfriend & I experienced it together, we had the cajun combo with a side of cajun fries. He got the shrimp combo with garlic noodles and louisiana sauce. He thought it was very good. He recommended me to try it next time. I got the mussel combo with garlic noodles and louisiana sauce, it was decent. I thought the sauce was a bit salty for my liking, but I feel like others think otherwise since I'm not a saucy person. I thought the garlic noodles were very good. I ordered the chicken tenders (they're called boneless ghost chicken) and I must say, for a place that is mainly serving seafood they have some incredible chicken. Found out this place on my friends instagram story. Was surprise and curious about them being there so took a trip across the street from where I work and tried it out. Owner is friendly and understand! People have complained that this isn't the best location or their food and service is not the same as Boston, but hey what do you expect? It's in a mall that is decreasing but having them there will make an impact of people to come into the mall much more. It's make the convenient of someone craving seafood but don't want to take the drive to boston and something quick. Overall, it might be a little bland at first but just get extra sauce and it's golden. I've been there twice already and the staff are great, from the own to the cook to the front end. I live in Lowell and visit the Cap't Loui location in Stoneham at least once a week; each time ordering a pick 4 boil combination each time. My friends and I have also recommended them to multiple friends who have become regulars. When I realized that there was one in Auburn, I decided to give it a try. As usual, I ordered a "pick 4 boil combination of snow crab legs, shrimp, and lobster. When I arrived to pick my order, I repeated the contents of the bag and the server confirmed. I then drove home to Lowell. Excited to devour my food, I was extremely disappointed to find crawfish instead of snow crab legs which are my favorite. While ordering, I also confirmed that the bag would come with corn on the cob inside the bag. The person agreed yet I received corn kernels in cups outside the bag. I immediately called the restaurant and informed them of the mistake. They stated that I could pick the snow crab legs up or get a refund. I asked if it would be a full refund and the person said yes. They then took down my name and number and stated that someone would call me to process the refund. I received a call 30 minutes later and the person (who was extremely rude) stated that I had two options; get a refund on the crawfish or pick the crab legs. I explained what the person I had previously spoken to had said about the full refund. He disregarded me and stated the two options again. Upset and unwilling to drive back to Auburn, I chose the partial refund option. I still have yet to receive it! I will never return to this location again! I recommend people check their orders physically before leaving the restaurant. read more
