3.5 stars, didn't vacuum up the mess and even thought they knew the service being done they don't carry a vacuum or broom. i understand we get busy and run late but i had to reach out because they didn't make it on time twice that same day. Didn't have more time to reschedule so I had to get it done so I waited. Price wise maybe I missed the 2 small windows my fault but I think it was overpriced and I think I got the price mistaken as well.
