I needed to replace my radio receiver after getting some water damage. The Chevy dealer charged me almost $200 just to diagnose what I already knew had occurred. BJ replaced the receiver and programmed it for nearly two-thirds less than what the dealer wanted. His total price with the part was less than the dealers charge to program it alone. No wait! Let get these cars fixed! I haven't known him a full 24 hours! I went ahead and schedule. He totally over looked my late status and helped me out 100% I took it to at the dealership they suggested a 800 bill to just switch my ecm. Actually they said the knock sensor could be a engine issue which would have to switch it out. My partner replaced the ecm but we came into this shop with all types of issues. On my end I scheduled and meet with BJ . He did the work before the end of the day after lunch hour! He is a honest and Hard working service man! I am so very glad to have met him. After my last repair shop was sold, and subsequently suffered quality problems, I was not optimistic about finding another good exotic car repair place in Vegas. Fortunately, I found this place. It's everything you want - a guy who really knows older European cars (which is essential for me and my two fussy Rolls Royces), quick turnaround, and good results. It's a small, mostly one-guy operation, so don't expect lush landscaping and spa treatment. Do expect your car to get repaired properly, and fast. Good honest mechanics are hard to find but BJ is one of them!! Had to replace my radiator on my Infiniti and dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for repair. So I brought my s class Mercedes here for breaks and rotors, and was ripped off 100%. BJ charged me a little less than what Mercedes-Benz dealership would have but only because he put after market breaks from a 2003 Mercedes. When he lied to me the whole time and told me that he got my brakes and rotors from the Mercedes dealership. He then left my original rotors on my car and didn't even replace the ones he charged me for. My car was squeaking so loud every day after he worked on my car. I brought it back to him two times for the squeaking, all he did was put some goo to stop the squeaking that would be used on a Honda. I then brought it to the Mercedes dealership in Henderson, and they made a report and took pictures of all the car parts that he fraudulently put in my car , and seen myself that he used my original rotors and did not replace the original that I've paid him for. Someone like him will easily take advantage of someone that does not know anything about cars. So I would highly recommend NOT taking any high maintenance car to this shop! I am new to Las Vegas and travel a lot with my car. I was going to mobile stations for quick oil changes to keep my baby rolling safely. I met BJ and decided to give him a try. Not only did he find that faults of mobile stations using icky oil and wrong filters on my car he educated me on the importance on using quality oil that lasts longer which keeps me in his shop less. Had an appointment to replace the HID Xenon lamps on my Audi Q7. I was greeted very professionally, all the staff was very friendly and the work was done within 30 minutes. I was given an estimate before starting the repairs. BJ gave me the old parts when the job was finished, and tested the new lamps with me before letting me go. Great job. Waiting room has Amazon TV, coffee, fresh water and other free goodies if you need a snack. Prices were more than reasonable. Will return for sure. It is so stressful when you are being taken for a spin by dishonest or incompetent repairmen, at least, with BJ, I know that won't be the case. Gives you peace of mind. read more

Had a severe short suddenly occur on my 64 cadillac that kept blowing the body fuse, being that the car decided to do this right before my work week was to begin and its depended on, I needed it fixed asap and I had no time to look at it. Found Carfixr on google and very glad I did! I know a great deal of customs shops throughout las vegas and boulder city and guys that excel at wiring diagnosis is not an easy thing to come by! Heres what typically happens... you being in your car and they get to it when they get to it and then charge you far more hours than they should have and the issue is bandaided at best AND you get the car back, in one way or another, in worse shape than when it went in. Not the case bringing it to this shop! 3 hrs labor later and not only was the short handled but so was 2 other wiring issues that were affecting other varying things like the gauges not reading accurately and even a power draw happening through the horn. Im not a fan of paying someone to learn while you are treated like you're a wallet, which is the norm with shops. Its a relief to find one that you leave knowing you will return if you have any issues down the road. If you have wiring issues, this is the place to bring your car. read more
