I took my car to Car Spa for the first time today. The service was amazing! I paid for the full service option, as my car had not been detailed in a long time. While waiting, I was assisted by Carley, the cashier. Because my car needed a deep cleaning which would take time, she checked on me and updated me on my car's status. I didn't feel forgotten, and that made my experience even better. When my car was finished, I walked outside and had to look twice at my car. The exterior looked better than it did when I bought it! I was even more excited when I saw the interior! My car looked amazing! I was informed that all of this was due to the hard work of Tre and Aaron! First I didn't understand why three people were standing behind the counter and no one said anything until I said, "excuse me" and then they just looked at me. Came here for the first time. Was initially pleased with the service until I discovered someone opened a sealed thank you card I had in my car. The manager, seen through a two way window, would not come out to address the situation instead leaving it to a staff member who could only apologize and say he wished there was more he could do. Will never visit here again. Update: The response from the business is appreciated , however the card was sealed when I went to the carwash. CarSpa is great for me when I'm on my lunch break and need a "quickie wash" (Ivan is the greatest...hilarious), but its definately not a place I would recommend others to go to who really need a good thorough car wash and has the time to get one. They do a rushed job here. They threw everything under my car seats onto the back seat, including my glasses which I had in my sun visor, but all my money was there! My windows were still water beaded (paid to have them dried), and yes there is a manager that inspects the car after its done. For $24 I got a decent car wash really quick (15-20 mins). The only real reason I go is I'm trying to get my free car wash. After the 10th full service wash, you get one free. All CarSpa locations are not like this one either. This location is just closest to my job. Try others if this location does not meet your liking. Most tend to give better washes than this location. They also have a nice indoor waiting area with a beautiful view of Cobb Pkwy/Windy Hill traffic zone. No for real, it is a nice waiting area! read more

What in THE WORLD possessed this establishment to CHANGE the service model into THIS MESS. I've been coming here since 2001. The flow was meticulous. You pull up, choose your wash, exit your vehicle, go in lobby, pay and wait. Now! You pull up, the girl doesn't even have the menu in hand, you choose your wash, ride THROUGH inside your vehicle. At the end, you get to do a u-turn in a crowded parking lot, park by a fence and wait IN YOUR CAR until someone points you to a detailing hub. Then!!! Walk over vacuums, hoses, carts and who knows what else to go in the NOW destitute lobby and wait. Are you serious? What in the poor decision project management were you thinking? The efficiency is gone. The level of customer service is gone. You'd better check with your insurer, because having customers climb through the detail hubs is an accident and lawsuit waiting to happen. Well, all good things must come to and end. Sitting here for about 40 minutes now and so far 4 people have had to have there cars sent back because they weren't clean or they forgot something. I like coming here so that I can have my car waxed. But once I picked up my car, they forgot to vacuum the inside cup holders, the back of the seat, and forgot a couple places on my roof that they didn't even clean or wax. They then told me that if I had my carpets "shampooed" that would get rid of all the dog hair. I have vacuumed my car myself and have gotten all the dog hair out, so I know shampooing is not the answer. They just want me to spend more than the $60 that I already spent. Probably will not come back. They never clean my car 100% and they stand around waiting for a tip. They are not very polite and always try to get me to sign up with them to fix my windshield which does not have any cracks or chips because it is brand new as of a few days ago. Sad to see them decline, they used to be very courteous and did a great job with the car(s). read more

These guys are my heroes! I had a smoothie explode in my brand new car this morning and was very distraught. I called in to see if they could handle the mess and they asked me to bring it in so they could take a look. They were very realistic and made no guarantees, so I wasn't too hopeful that my interior could be restored to its original state. They suggested a shampoo for the floor, and the manager offered to clean out the console too where the drink had spilled at no extra charge! (I'm telling you, it was a freaking mess). They charged me $39.99 for the shampoo and it took about 45 minutes as quoted. I didn't mind waiting for quality service. There was not a speck of smoothie left! I hadn't paid for the interior detail, but it appeared they cleaned out all the places where the drink had spilled anyway. Everything was SPOTLESS. Plus they let me down all their coffee. I've gotten my car washed here a few times, and even purchased a gift card for a friend of mine. They always do a great job, especially on my car, which is usually a total wreck by the time I get it washed. I can barely even recognize the thing once its all clean and shiny. The service is always quick for what I buy - a detail package that includes fabric cleaning, vacuuming, and a leather treatment - if I drop it off at lunch, I can typically pick it up in a couple hours, or sit and wait. They have free wi-fi, so, if you bring a laptop, you won't be too bored. The price is pretty average, but, an outside wash is included in each package, and, if you check out their website, they usually have coupons available. After driving 500 miles round trip to celebrate Christmas with my family, I decided to take my car to Car Spa this morning to see if they could get rid of the dirt and grime that comes with a long trip. I decided to get the Silver Full Service Wash, which includes cleaning the inside and outside of the car. There are other packages to choose from, and you can even get your oil changed and your emissions testing done. I decided to wait in the waiting area, which offers customers plenty of seating, a large TV (set to CNN, of course), a restroom, and snacks. There are also large windows that customers can look through if you want to actually see your car go through the car wash. Anyways, it took them less than 30 minutes to finish washing my car. They did an awesome job, especially considering that I had dog hair all over the back seat and my windows looked atrocious. I think that I spent $16 bucks, but sometimes they have coupons on their website that you can print and bring in for extra savings. I will definitely be a repeat customer at Car Spa. read more

I feel like it's always something....once they "lost" my passenger all weather mat. I had to drive back days later to pick it up. This I paid 150 for oil change and car detailing because 1. I have a child, 2. My car window was smashed so there was specs of glass throughout. The pick is the 1st time they tried to give me my car I had to go back out and there was still debris and glass all over my seat. He said they vacuumed it good now knowing there was glass...my response "how can you properly condition the leather of the seats are still dirty"?! For the past four years Car Spa has been the only place I've used for my oil changes and I get them every 6k miles. The routine is always the same...they pull my Jeep right in, I sit in the waiting room for about 10 minutes, and they call me out for the old walk through and tell me I'll need a new air filter soon, and then I'm on my way. I've always declined the free car wash which comes with the oil change and after reading the car wash reviews I will coninue to do so, but the Express Lube side does a great job. read more

On each visit I have had a half washed car, cup holders and interior not wiped down, etc...I can not and will not spend another dime on half done services. I was told it would take an hour and a half. Two and a half hours later I call for an update. They tell me it will take 5 more minutes so I head that way. I get there 15 minutes later and I'm told it will be another half hour. An hour later it's going to be another 15 minutes. I haven't even seen it yet and it has already earned 1 star. I was considering getting a membership but nothing is worth dealing with the incompetence. The worst part is the staffs indifference. It took 2 complaints to even get an update. This must be a horrible place to work and I imagine the employees get paid very little to nothing, because that's what they do. I have extreme empathy for them. The following is a brief account of my experience today. I paid $70.00 for a the express polish ($44.99 minus -$10 (discount)) and interior super clean ($$44.99 -$10 (discount)) package. Now I don't know if this is the world's worst car wash simply because I haven't been to them all, but it's certainly the worst I have ever been to. After a subpar experience my last time I figured I would try them on a Thursday afternoon and spend a little extra to give them the benefit of the doubt. Silly. They didn't get the small bit of candy in my console which I quickly cleaned with soap and water when I got home. They didn't fully vacuum the car. They couldn't get the bird poop off bed cover. They couldn't get the sap off my car and seemingly gave no real attempt to do so. I did walk around the vehicle with an employee and he fixed a few issues I could see quickly, but of course I didn't catch everything. In hindsight I should have asked for the manager but I was in a rush and I wasn't confident they could quickly fix what they couldn't do right in 90 minutes. I will try to post my picture and contact them as well in the hopes they try and take care of their customers, but I'm scant on hope. Bottom line, wait for it to rain, wipe your car off with a towel, roll the windows down on 285, and spend the $70.00 on toys for your kids they'll play with once and immediately forget or lose, that will be money better spent. I paid to have my car detailed and I was told it would take and hour and a half, but it actually took two and a half hours, and there was no apology from anyone. I took my car to this place and paid for a full detail $159.99. I dropped my vehicle off at 1pm on Saturday and never got a call letting me know my vehicle was ready. I had to call them and rush up there before they closed. I get there and start looking around at my car and noticed the outside was barely touched. There was still tree sap on my window and my hood and front bumper still had bugs on it. I asked the guy who supposedly cleaned my car and he said "oh to get that stuff off you would need to goto a hand wash place"? Why did i just pay y'all that money to get my inside done and for them to give me a $5 exterior wash. This place is scam steer clear. After i told the lady at the front desk my issues and the guy who did my car he had the nerve to wait by my car like I was going to tip him. It has been 2 days now and my seats are still soaking wet and my car reeks of the stuff they used to polish everything. Worst service ever!!! This place has gotten very bad. I used to come here many years ago and they had great service then. Now, the service is horrible. They are very unprofessional. I had 6 male workers just standing around my car horse playing when I was trying to get service. The guy that ended up finally helping me was rude & kept trying to up-sell me packages but couldn't explain the difference of the more expensive package he was trying to sell. All they were concerned with was trying to get my insurance info so they could repair the very small rock chips in my windshield. I would give them zero stars if possible. I just had an oil change (that was ok) and bought an interior car cleaning. They ripped my leather seat, about a 2" tear, and the general manager, Aaron Harrell, said they couldn't accept responsibility because they "couldn't replicate it"???? I suppose not without ripping it again. What a ridiculous comment. Not only that, they stole the change out of my ashtray. Since they refused to offer to repair the damage or even replace the change they stole, I was forced to file a police report. The officer advised that the damage is not criminal but the theft was. If I cannot get satisfaction from the corp office, I will take the next step and file criminal charges for the theft. Just beware if you choose to go there. A gas station car wash does just as well and costs a lot less. You can do better, much better by going across the street. I have a Honda Civic with leather seats and they managed to up-sell but still left me with a damp-carpet, smelly car that I had to take elsewhere to get the smell out. I had to pay extra for the seats and interior after paying for the Amor All package covering the entire interior. I had to speak with the manager to get the windows washed as they still showed fingerprints and smudges after the initial run through.
