If you want to see a bunch of employees with their pants half down and underwear showing, this is the place. They are busier talking smack than cleaning your car. A gas station car wash does just as well and costs a lot less. I had to take my car back the next day for a redo, they didn't vacuum the back at all, rims were still dirty, windshield was dirtier when I left than before I went, Unfortunately I was in a hurry to get to an appt and it took them so long I didn't check it out before I left. this is an Assembly line car wash. They don't seem to care much about the quality of the cleaning as much as they do making sure the car moves down the line to the next guy. If you're in a hurry and want a cheap wash, its a good place to go, but if you want a truly clean car, go somewhere else. read more

You can do better, much better by going across the street. I have a Honda Civic with leather seats and they managed to up-sell but still left me with a damp-carpet, smelly car that I had to take elsewhere to get the smell out. I had to pay extra for the seats and interior after paying for the Amor All package covering the entire interior. I had to speak with the manager to get the windows washed as they still showed fingerprints and smudges after the initial run through. I understand the value of reviews and was reluctant to write a negative but they did all they could to earn this review. There is a great place right across the street. read more

This place takes forever. Car wash breaks down for 20 minutes and I sat for well over an hour more to get a simple interior clean. BEWARE!! My car was returned to me with a huge gash across the navigation screen and the flip cover to the 12v outlet broken off. When I tried to file a claim, I had the exact same experience as Jonathan T. The manager Bill Carter told me it was "impossible" for the damage to occur and nothing on his lot could cause this. He was rude, argumentative, and made it clear under no responsibility would be accepted This is so much worse than a missed spot, swirls, or scratches. Seven employees were having a social gathering at the entrance when I arrived. Eventually I was noticed and given a flurry of offers and up-sells. I just wanted a car wash. I was then offered windshield chip repair. I repeated that I only wanted a basic car wash. The up-selling is very aggressive here, which I find totally annoying. Car wash was reasonably good, and waiting area is nice, but I won't be back due to bad sales staff. If they're not up-selling you, they're ignoring you. read more

I always come to this car wash because it's so close to my house but i will no longer be giving this place any more of my money. The attendant BILLY, who apparently takes the cars through the car wash was very rude and disrespectful. I heard him talking bad about me to another employee and when i asked to speak to a manager , he was of no help (His name started with an E). The staff is very friendly. However when I had my car detailed before selling my car they did a very half job and when I called back to tell them and ask if they could redo what they missed she said no problem. When I returned I was met with attitude only from a supervisor. After they redid the car again they still only did a half job. Before moving out to the burbs we frequented the infamous Cactus on a regular basis but eventually grew tired of the long wait and inflated prices but missed the over the top quality. After the move to Cobb County, we found Car Spa and initially fell in love. The service used to be divine but lately we've become completely underwhelmed with the Car Spa. The quality of service has went way down. The cleaning job is crappy (we always have to have them come back and re-clean something that should already have been polished or shined). It's disappointing to say the least and on top of that the prices have gone up. Dang it! Now, Car Spa, you want us to pay more for crappy service and quality, nope, not gonna happen. I received the worse customer service ever today ! Went on my lunch break around 1:00 pm to receive an oil change. When I arrived I was greeted very rudely it was so bad I didn't even get the guys name I wish I would have. Not only did they not have the oil that goes into my car. I had to deal with someone raising their hands up at me and being so aggressive. All I wanted to know was why they didn't have my oil but as soon as he raised his hands and told me to calm down I politely walked away. Not sure if he was gonna hit me or? I've been here twice, had the $5 car wash both times, and had an oil change once. The oil change was fine, can't complain, but I found a cheaper, quicker place up the road. The car washes were great, especially for the price. My car was clean, and a gentleman even dried it off my car afterwards! I went in the morning before work and there was no wait for the wash. I received a response from Nicole B. The response was written by Bruce Bender VP of Operations. This is the gentleman I encountered during my visit. It is disappointing for a company who has a VP who is NOT truthful with his facts regarding offering me to look at the operating equipment and I refused. His recollection is based on non-facts. Here are the facts: He rudely stated: Prove it. instead of politely listening to the customer. He didn't even offer a damage form in order to give me the respect to be heard along with alleging the scratches were there prior to me entering the wash. Well, he needs to prove the scratches were there. Does the car wash have some type of camera angle which shows the vehicle prior to entering? He needs to prove the rags they used are not dirty and have previous substances in the rags which could cause the damage when the vehicle is wiped off after leaving the wash. Keep in mind, I just purchased the NEW vehicle days before driving through Atlanta. The instances in which he states the scratches occurred did not happen. Another fact: I had an agreement with a manager who agreed to have someone try to rub out the scratches and Mr. Bender came out to escalate the situation when he stated we are near closing time and we don't have the time to deal with your alleged damages. He is calling me a liar. I understand there are some bad actors in the world but I am not one of them Another Fact: In his response, Mr. Bender stated he offered to sell me a service to buff out the scratches and I refused. This information is new to me because it was never offered. Mr. Bender again is NOT telling the truth. I urge everyone who experiences this type of unprofessionalism from a VP to make yourself heard. I choseed 29$ package+10$tip and they promissed to finish in30 mins even they ve been finish in 20 mins but when i got the car interior has a lots of dirt on the floor dash wiped but navigation screen full of dust. Trank never been opened. For exterior i had sticker on left window which is not cleaned . For my point there is a Mexican s just quarter mile behind in excon gas station they would do better job for 20$. read more

Once again I am pleased with car spa. I left a prior review about how they always do great work but had one very small complaint that was easily and flawlessly fixed by the AMAZING manager DAVID! Gosh I love that guy! He's so professional and pleasant. He invited me back for a free wash on him (which was so perfect because my car happened to be filthy that day) and my friend who was with me witnessed everything and was like "He is seriously a very nice guy!" So - I preface this by saying mistakes were made, and I didnt complain, but the oil change manager (FRANK) went above and beyond to make sure what I requested was done correctly. He is the reason I'm writing this review. He inspected my car wash when i came down to get an oil change, and sent it back because he thought they could do better (they did). He apologized to me for the hold up and made me feel very comfortable. He was very straightforward about the oil change process and kept me informed the entire time. He even gave me a free bottle of diet coke because I was waiting. All in all, it was a great experience because the people made it so! read more

The quality of the car wash and detail was very good but the rating goes down because I declined the scam of patching rock chips in my windshield. There was then a condescending comment as I pulled away "I wished that I had money that some people do to not accept something for free". Another co-worker overhead and saw the disgust overcome my face and then came to say that the first person messed up his pitch and continued to up-sell me. I am not one to complain or to write complaints, but I had a horrible experience with the car spa. If I could rate this experience a zero or negative numbers, that would actually be more realistic. This was my first time coming to Car Spa for car washes, needless to say I will not be back. Here is a brief description of the experience. Pulled up and decided to get the full service gold package (interior exterior wash) at 12pm. Paid in full and than waited for the wash to be complete. The wash took an hour and 10 minutes for a basic $19.99 car wash. Once it was finished I walked out and got into my car and noticed a scratch on the touch screen dash. I asked for a manager (Aaron Harrell) and we had a brief conversation and he stated it is "impossible" that it could be them, meanwhile there is two major scratches on the touch screen and the entire rest of the dash board is scratched up. I told him it is definitely not impossible, that someone could be using a towel with gravel in it and that would be the clear reason. He refused and walked away from me mid conversation. I grabbed him again and he stated he's not accepting responsibility. I did not like the lack of integrity that comes with walking away from a bothered customer. Anyone in customer service should know that the customer comes first and you must always be courteous to your customers. I than noticed that the exterior of the car had been half a**ed as well and there is still dirt and residue in multiple sections of the car. He tried to wipe of the residue unsuccessfully. I asked to speak with his boss and he referred me to corporate complaints. I have filed a complaint against this company and will seek full payment to replace the dash as this is a leased vehicle and I will be required to pay for the damages if they do not. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE, you are better off with a dirty car than a damaged car. read more

On Saturday, 09/09/17 my wife and I stopped in to get my 17 Dodge Ram cleaned. We paid $32.99+TAX and a $10.00 tip. In general, the location didn't seem to be a happy place. While waiting in the lobby we witnessed at least two loud arguments between staff. They also seemed to get annoyed if you didn't jump up immediately after they called out your car. After they finished our vehicle, we noticed several places on the exterior of the truck that were still obviously dirty. There wasn't a ton of explanation prior to purchase. If I would have known they were going to use a cleaner like Armor All, I would have asked them not to. It left a greasy residue all over the interior of the vehicle. It did make it easier to spot where they skipped areas or only half cleaned them. I called the location to tell them I was displeased and wouldn't be returning. The gentleman that answered the phone said hello, listened to my complaint and hung up without responding. No sorry. No thank you for making me aware. Nothing. Just hung up. His entire portion of the conversation was: "Hello." read more

I paid for the $18 wash which supposedly includes an exterior washing, interior wipe down, vacuuming, and windows cleaning. The interior looks no different than before. It looks like they just threw the vacuum in and let it flop around aimlessly. They Did not wipe down any interior surfaces either, and to no surprise left specs and streaks all over my windows. I've used Car Spa probably 15-20 times. I've never been 100% satisfied. However, today was much worse. I paid $50 to have my truck cleaned, the carpets shampooed and the console and panels cleaned. None of those things were done 100%. The hood of the truck still had drip marks on it (which I wiped off with my finger, how do you miss that?) The front bumper still had bugs and water marks on it. The cup holders and floor mats still had sand and grime in them. More over, I was the first customer in the door at 8:00am, but it took them over an hour to complete. (four customers arrived after and left before me) All of my mirrors where moved and my seat had been moved with every possible lever (reclined all the way, moved all the way back, the seat level was changed and even the pedals had been moved). I'm badgered every time I come to have the most minute dings in my windshield fixed. And I'm again stared at awkwardly upon receiving my vehicle for a tip. I only have two more washes before a free wash (out of 10), but I will not return. Do yourself a favor and heed these warnings... read more

I live in Texas but came here for the week. Decided I should get my oil changed before driving back to Texas. I was embarrassed to tell them not to put my car in park because it gets stuck but they were really nice about it. Tim was the one that worked on my car. He explained to me that all was good with my car and did not try to up sale me on anything. He also gave me tips on how to get my car out of park when its stuck! He was VERY helpful and the experience was great. I was out in less than 30 Min and had no appointment or anything. I really appreciated this experience. Usually I get the run around and pay more than was quoted. That was not the case here! . read more

I've been using this place for a while for a quick wash, everything seemed to be fine... Give them your card, they bring receipt, put it on your dash, dirty car goes in, clean car comes out, nice and easy. One time I had to pay with cash. They brought a receipt, put it on my dash, everything is the same... As I was leaving I took a look at my receipt (almost never do it, duh!). The receipt said "$5.00, -$5.00, FREE WASH" (or something like this)! Hmmmm... Wasn't free for me! Today I came there again for my regular $5.00 wash. Politely declined the offer to fix my "chiped" windshield at no cost to me. Politely declined the tire shine ($9.00 wash). Gave them my card, they put receipt on my dash, business as usual. As my car was coming out of wash an employee waived to me to pull over to him, which I did. He walked around my car with a rag wiping my windows and mirrors. It was something different from my previous experience. Something told me to look at my receipt. They charged me $9.00! I rolled down the window and asked, why? The guy said - I got the tire shine. I told him that I didn't ask for it, I declined it, and by the way, when exactly it was done? Right now, - he said. Really? Walking around my car wiping the windows makes my tires shine??? He offered to see the manager. The manager apologized and refunded me $4.00. It's not about stupid $4.00 (however it's money, too). It's about being fooled! Not going there ever again! read more

They badly scratched my antenna while trying to take it off with the wrong tool... A pair of serrated pliers. Should have used a wrench. Manager refused to fix it, threatened to call the police when I complained to him. I asked for the regional managers phone number and he told me I could call anyone I wanted because I "was the kind of person who would never be satisfied". So I called the police who convinced them to fix it and give me a written damage report. Two hours later I have an unwashed car, a damaged antenna that I have to replace myself, and on top of it all, they insulted me too. Sucks! Not only did I bring my car into get it cleaned and pay $40 for the privilege of getting it cleaned, badly and having to go back after them and clean it again myself! I also lost a $650 pair of glasses which I don't think I'll ever get back. To add insult to injury the manager came out and went for my car like I'm stupid and couldn't find the glasses for myself.
