I didn't like how I was approached by the workers, I get it you were closed, I didn't know. No cone was out on one side saying closed. The manager disputed me saying I went around the cone as I told him there was no cone out on the side I came in. He told me no refund. I kind of hurt me as he disputed with me as if I was lying. If there was a cone saying closed, trust and believe I would not have spent my money at this place. I explained to him that I drove here because I thought they were open until 9. He then sympathized with me. I still didn't get my money back. He then wrote something down, I guess for a courtesy wash but I guess he switched it because I walked out with a blank flyer nothing on it, I guess he switched it but it's cool. Bad business from a store manager. Blame your workers not a customer. Tell me, who would spend money knowingly that a business is closed? I would never drive around a notice stating closed, no service and spend my money. I was going to give an A for effort only to be let down in the end. Pretty straight forward. $5.00 wash when I'm in a hurry or wanna do my own interior but I have gotten other packages and they have always done a good job. I've even got a windshield chip repaired here years ago and its still holding strong. Come early on Saturdays as this place can get packed out. Oh yea, and your receipt gives you a 48 hr guarantee. Sweet... I have to revise and say that 5 stars still stanod for an exterior wash. However, now more than once I've noticed a shabby job on my interior. Most recently, it doesn't even appear that they vacuumed my seats (but vacuumed my mats? Dumb) Also my door jam and cup holders are still dirty. This is a great place for a quick run through car wash. But don't waste your money on interior. My car looked almost the same on the inside as when I gave it to them. They cleaned the mats, but not the dash or cup holders or steering. I used cleaner wipes when I got home after buying interior cleaning. Would not recommend. Apparently the wash across the street has way better reviews and prices. I'll try them next time! read more

I "used" to be a regular here and with little time travel someplace else; I noticed I was just one detail away from my tenth, so here I am RIGHT NOW (live) STILL WAITING for a car brought in at 3:20 pm!! I went out to inspect the car and it basically needed to be REWASHED!! Water spots all over it. They did a shabby job of interior cleaning. Things had to be wiped out that we're not even attended to the first time. My rear carpet didn't even smell like soap and still smelled like the sour juice I spilled in it just yesterday, which is why I came in the first place!! After the guy began getting the water spots off MANUALLY he says "we need to pass this through again". I should've stayed away, tenth wash or not, because EVERY TIME" I am thoroughly DISSATISFIED & DISAPPOINTED!! I will finish this post with the actual time, when they call my car out "again".... I had my car detailed, I didnt realize the watch was Missing till later on, but the manager said the employees dont have recollection of this problem. I don't think anyone would come Forward and say they took the Apple Watch. It saddens me that I can't even trust someone to detail my car. And now if I do I have to take all my belongings out of the car. They left the change in the middle console and also my wedding right. But stole my watch. I'm very disappointed about this. I have a loose change holder in my car where I purposely took a picture of it before the car wash. After the car wash, unfortunately I was not shocked to find that ALL of the quarters that were in it were GONE. In fact, there was nothing but nickels and pennies left in it. I have no idea what else they probably took but be cautious and take pictures before and after and compare. If any anomalies then inform management. If it happens again to me then I'm going to complain to management and have the thieves fired. I've used this service a few times, primarily to save time. My last two experiences were not pleasant due to the quality of service. I paid 50$ for the interior super clean and my seats still had crumbs and the windows had dirt on them. Today with a different vehicle I paid for the platinum plus which was 30$ and my back seats were not vacuumed my dash still has dust and dirt and my panels on my door were not wiped down because it was still sticky from a coffee spill. Both previous times I was in the lobby for over an hour waiting. That's just unsat to wait that long and have poor service. I don't plan on going back after this. You're better off doing self-wash service. read more

This car wash was just around the corner from my office, I pulled in to get gas, swiping my credit card a car wash option came up for Platinium, $14.00 seemed kind of high, only $12 by my house, but was going to wash my car anyway. After I got gas pulled around to go through the drive-thru car wash. As I exited the vacuum was to my right. At my car wash by my house, you pull in and vacuum your self, so I pulled in, took the driver's floor mat out, and started vacuuming. A couple of minutes later a guy came over and said "vacuuming isn't free". I turned around and said what. He said "This isn't free vacuuming, if you want to vacuum it's an additional $12.00). I was stunned, put the vacuum hose away, put my floor mat back and left. That would make the car wash $36, for a drive-thru car wash, that you do yourself. This has to be the worst car wash in Atlanta, will never go there again. Think twice before you get exposed to this bait and switch. read more

My car was dirtier coming out than going in. They wiped down my tan leather interior with a dirty rag leaving behind dark smudges all over my leather. They left all the leaves and pine needles around the front and rear windows and all glossy surfaces had dirty rag smudge marks. I went here because the German hand car wash was packed, I'll never make that mistake again. They unscrewed my dash cam from the mount which isn't supposed to even be possible it has a little wheel you loosen, or you can unclip it easily from the window. They didn't wipe down the area by the dash came so no clue why they felt the need to touch it. Also most of the workers I was watching were moving slower than molasses. Like they'd just stare off into the distance slowly wiping the same circle on a window for 10 minutes. I paid $47 for my car to be dirtier than it went in!! They even charged me to clean my seats and condition them and again, they were dirtier than they were going in and the one little dirt mark that was there wasn't removed. Does it get worse? I agreed to come in to have Car Spa correct the issue on wednesday. I called Car Spa to notify them when I arrived and that I would like to have a manager inspect my car for the problems When I arrived I found a manager I found him to be stoic and blunt He was definately not skilled in dealing with customers He drove my car through the car wash. As my car was being vacuumed I went inside and asked the manager his name. He answered me then asked if there was a problem and I said that I found him to not have the skills to deal with customers. He started using a low voice to tell me he handled my problem. I turned to walk away and he kept talking in a low voice. I said read my review. After I contacted them on Yelp, I send them a new email to the email provided here and they argued that too much time have passed. So, I guess I will have to repair this by myself. Don't ever go to this car wash. They use an actual broom before washing your car as sort of a "pre wash" which causes paint damage (my car is also brand new). When I caught the young lady doing this to my car she stopped but when my car went into the wash she proceeded to do it again to the back of my car!! So disrespectful. Told the cashier and she just said "that's what we do". Didn't even pretend to care. Take your money over to South Cobb Dr and go to the gas station. It's all done by hand. This place has horrendous employees and they are so disrespectful to the customers. Edited: No but thank you. I would much rather prefer to be treated right the first time. Also, South Cobb next door to Taco Bell right near 285 does not use brushes. They use sponges that go onto their hands like gloves... it's also ALL HAND. This is why they always gave a huge line all the way out to the street. It's only $15 for inside and out as well. They're very thorough as well. I've been here a couple times for an external car wash only and it's been fine, standard car wash experience. However, last time I went I decided to pay the $21 for Gold Full Service (clean inside and outside). I was truly so disappointed with how poorly they had cleaned the inside of my car. I really had my hopes up... Thoughts and Issues: - Dog hair visibly still on the floors. I could tell someone had a vacuum because some parts of my car were cleaner but decided to skip out on the back floors. - Finger prints and smudges on the inside of the doors. Not sure if cleaning the doors is not part of the package I paid for but was truly amazed how no one just rubbed a rag across the doors. - Lastly, as I stood outside I watched a kid add tire shine to my tires, then walk away and left it DRIPPING. I wish I was kidding. It looked like the glaze of a cinnamon roll, just dripping. Thankfully, one of the outdoor supervisors noticed what the kid had done and corrected him. The supervisor has to grab a rag himself and show him how to rub the tire shine. I'm giving this place a 3 stars because I feel like this is the average rating of all my visits to Car Spa thus far. My conclusion is the inexperienced kid is to blame for how unclean my car was, because other reviews seem to indicate this place can provide a good service. I hope the management here does a better job training new hires on how to do these simple tasks. I could've paid 5 bucks some where else, cleaned my own car thoroughly, and not waste 1 hour. They charged my card twice, the wash took FOREVER, they didn't vacuum the back seat at all, and they washed my windshield with a wet rag...and left it. Thursday, I FORGOT about the first time and went back. The wash took forever AGAIN, but the car came out dirtier than it went in. Black spots on the hood (my car is white), the grill still had bugs and black dust on it, back seat not vacuumed still, and this time they swiped at the windshield AND the rearview mirror with a wet rag, so streaky bubbles everywhere. Something like a manager came out and vacuumed half the back seat then asked if I needed anything else. WTF? Yeah, I NEED MY WHOLE BACK SEAT VACUUMED. When she opened the passenger door to vacuum the other side, we BOTH saw black spots and chipped paint on the roof of the car. I looked at her with the deepest side eye my ancestors could send me . She said "would you like a refund? I'm so sorry about this." She was nice and did process my refund. Unless you wanna micro manage the cleaning yourself, spend your money at S M Y R N A Auto Spa instead. I like the proximity to our place and the fact that it was indeed a fast service. However, I dont like the fact that they dont have the free vacuums. 5 bucks for a regular drive through wash, and the service was fast and friendly. TLDR: The WORST service I have ever received anywhere in my life. I will NEVER come back here or recommend anyone to come here. I have never been so furious in my life over a service. I wish I could leave a 0 star review because my experience was awful. At the end I was trembling with rage. I checked in at various times. I was never provided an updated eta. Or given any sort of apology The Timeline 4:30 entered my car into the wash 5:30 Asked for an update and was told "They are still working on it" 6:15 BF (who came in at the same time) asked for an update on his car. Same BS response of "They are still working on it" 7pm Asked for an update and was told 10 minutes. 7:20 I am very very upset. I have a dog waiting at home who needs to be taken out. The room is hot because the AC isn't working. I can see that other cars are being serviced by 2-3 people and mine has only 1 person. So I ask for them to just stop working on it because I want to leave. They send out my BF's car instead. He had additional services on it, and they still manage to finish his faster. Someone (I think the manager) is talking to my BF and his excuse, not apology, is that they had 5-6 of the Total Spa services in front of us and they just didn't expect it. So.....it never occured to you to communicate to me that it would be a long wait? Because I would have just come back another day. And you are just making excuses, not even a real excuse, without apologizing for wasting my time? And then they made me wait an additional 20 minutes for them to finish up my car when I EXPLICITLY asked for them to stop working so I could leave. On top of ALL OF THIS, I drive home to see that there are still dirty marks. I had paid for the air compression service where they blow out dust from my air conditioning vents. STILL DUSTY. I found a live beetle in my cup holder that was certainly not there when I dropped the car off. 3/4 of my tire air caps are missing. And apparently you need to ask for them to do your trunk as well. This was not listed on the sheet anywhere or communicated when I requested the service. And I know they tell you to bring your belongings in so this is on me but my umbrella is missing as well. read more

I have to say, a long time ago when I lived in Smyrna I used to take my car to this Car Spa all the time, and each time they did a great job. The service wasn't always the fastest and occasionally I'd have to point out one or two "misses" at the end, but for the money I was always able to get solid service. It's been years since I've gone to Car Spa and in that time I've gotten better cars. After a mishap with a classic exotic car that I now own and only having moved back to the Marietta area a few months ago, I immediately took the car to Car Spa first thing this morning to get it sorted. I got the interior detail and ozone service and while it took a really long time for them to do the work, I chalk that up to the extensiveness of the work that required and not at all to the lack of skill or efficiency of the technician performing the work. As expected, the end result was quite good for the money despite the misses that were immediately corrected as soon as I pointed them out. The only thing that annoyed me was that the manager INSISTED on taking my keys. I told him that if the car needed to be moved I would prefer to move it (as it's a classic), but he did not allow that at all and required securing my keys. In the end it wasn't a big deal, but that does make me uncomfortable. read more

I had to get an emissions test for the first time in my life yesterday so I could get a Fulton county tag, since I'm about to be a metro citizen and can no longer claim poor lil' ol' country boy status where emissions aren't required. I've lived here for 9 years without a test and really don't see where they do much good, judging by a lot of the cars that I see driving around on the roads in Atlanta. Anyway, I picked Car Spa since they offer a free wash with their emission check. It really isn't free since the car wash they offer is only $5 and they charge $25 for the emissions check ($5 more than other places). I was pleased that emissions check went pretty fast, almost like they just gave me a piece of paper and didn't really do anything. I was however displeased with the free car wash. I pulled up to the machine that drags your car though a series of different sprays, then pulled out for one of the guys to towel dry my car. I should have just left after it was washed as the towels the guy used were pretty dirty and made my car actually look dirtier than it was when I first got there. I think next year I'll just get my emissions done for $20 elsewhere and wash my car myself. read more

My first time visiting this location. I was impressed with the price for the services on the menu I was handed. However, all of these services were not performed on my vehicle. Bug guts were all over the front of the bumper and hood, unwashed spots on the passenger side door, they didn't wipe out the door seals, the back windshield was streaky, the floor mats were just thrown in the floor board and not fastened back in, the interior was not dusted. A waste of $22.99. I should have just paid $7 for the express exterior wash which is basically what I got. I won't be back and won't recommend it.
