I don't know what happened to my review of this place but I'll do it again. We go here about twice a month. Once for each car. We almost always get the cheapest wash. I think it's $6. Today we got the $20 wash and interior cleaning. We're almost always happy with the $6 wash and the clean & wash at $20 does a good job (don't expect detaining). I note people have complained the management is unresponsive to complaint. I agree. A year or so ago we had a complaint and all the manager did was start making excuses and otherwise did nothing about the problem. read more

I am not one to leave bad reviews at all but this is unacceptable. I paid to have a full interior clean and my car is still disgusting. I have little kids so I purposely took the time to unhook the car seats so my back seat could be cleaned and it's absolutely filthy. I paid to have my Mats cleaned and they are filthy as well. I've been taking my cars to Car Spa for years. I appreciated dropping it off and going inside to work on my laptop. Today was the first time I was asked to stay in my car the entire time and help with the process. Where you made up in efficiency, you lost customer service and you lost this client. UPDATE - Sad to say this place has fallen off the wagon. I canceled mine and my dad's unlimited packages today. I have been complaining for over a month about my experiences and it looks like they continue to fall on deaf ears. A few issues I have had: 1. While in the car wash tunnel, an unmanned car in front of me apparently jumped the track and I hit them as my car was still on track and moving forward. I talked to the manager and he told me that it was impossible. Pretty much disregarded and ignored my complaint. What about the customer whose car got hit? We're they even notified? 2. I have AVS wind deflectors on my door's windows. The brushes in the tunnel broke my passenger rear deflector. Not their problem so I was told. 3. Was told the tunnel settings were upgraded and I could now keep my antennae installed and proceed through the wash. Antennae was extremely bent and damaged. Manager took a pliers, bent it the other way, and sent me on my way. My antennae was still wobbly. I ended up buying a new one. 4. The tunnel is never fully operational. Sometimes the brushes are not operating, sometimes the rain-x isn't spraying, most of the time the underbody wash is never operating either. It's a part of my package yet I have never seen it work. 5. My car never gets dry. Every time I exited the tunnel the dryers would wipe my truck down with wet and damp towels. They never dried my back window or my roof. My car always has drops and streaks. Plenty of times I would complain and a few times the sales staff would come out to dry it. I started feeling guilty complaining all the time. I have a black truck, so water spots are very visible. Also, my wind deflectors never get wiped down. I must remind the guys to come back and dry them. 6. While getting my car washed one time, I watched the team curse out a couple with a brand new convertible Ford Mustang, maybe had a few hundred miles on it. They bought a high end full detail, inside and out, and their car was not clean at all. Dark yellow pollen lined all crevasses and water spots were everywhere. The sales team came to the front and offered to hand wash it again, but the front staff leaders became extremely combative with the customer. I also noticed their front bumper was torn along the side near the fender. No one seemed to care that the car was damaged in the tunnel and the car was noticeably dirty. A full detail takes over an hour. I wouldn't have wanted to waste more time there either. So, after several months of poor service and lack of management compassion and concern I have decided to cancel both of my cars memberships. This used to be the hottest car wash on this side of town. Now it's become mediocre. Sad day for me as I will lose the bond I had developed with the staff that did care. We will also not be coming back here for our lube services and inspections either due to my experiences, so I feel bad for that team as they were professional, consistent, and good at their job. Call me a nagger, but this car wash isn't cheap; I pay for full price for a service that I am not receiving. A few new car wash places have opened in the Clear Lake / Nasa area. Looks like I'll be shopping around for the next business to support. Sad to see my review below. I almost can't believe this is the same place. Yes, you stay in your car through the exterior portion...but I imagine them driving your car is a liability issue for them, thus the change? I will say I do have to ask for a portion to be repeated almost every time, but minor stuff and the manager is on top of it without making me feel like a Karen! For $20 we got the gold (I think) package which included the car wash, wax, interior detail, tire clean, and a few other things. When we dropped it off, the guy said about 20 minutes, and I think it may have taken 15. You drive around to the back, tell them what you want, then take your receipt inside and pay. They have a huge waiting area with free coffee and snacks and water for purchase. You can watch your car going through the wash, then watch the guys do the detail. They are quick, and pretty efficient. It was only a $20 detail, so I didn't expect every nook and cranny cleaned. But they vacuumed, wiped down the cup holders and inside the cubby holes, wiped off the screen fr the navigation and the dash and cleaned the inside and outside of the windows, which were the biggest things. I was impressed that they did a good job in a quick amount of time for a reasonable price. I like to usually take care of my car myself, but for this price and saving my time, I think this is my new go to place! Changed whole set up. For the same price you now have to ride through the car wash and wait inside the car while they dry it. Once it's dried they then get you out of the car and march you across all the lanes to wait inside. They also collect money before the wash is complete. You may as well go across the street and get a membership at Zoom. It's alot cheaper and the manager seems to care about your business. I'll never return here. Just not worth the high price if I have to help clean the car. What they have actually done is figure out a way of eliminating two postions from their work force. The guy who drives it into the wash and the guy who drives it out. That makes you the newest employee of the car spa. Congrats on your new job! read more

Always a long wait and always have them to redo the interior or exterior. For the wait my car should be perfect. I also either have to do my wheels myself or pay a fortune to have them do them. Car wash armor all and wheels is at least $50. That's a little pricey for what you get. Honestly it's a gas station car wash with a terrible interior place added on. Go pay 9 bucks at the gas station and vacuum armor all and do your own wheels will be faster and cost a lot less be prepared to spend over an hour here and $50 if you have wheels and it's gonna be a so so result. The Dragon needed the state inspection and I wisely waited for a Sunday right before heading out of town. This place was open on Sunday. It looks like a car wash from the street but when you turn in and drive down the long driveway then there it is in the back, the inspection stuff. And of course, they hosed off the Dragon for free after they finished the inspection, so that is why you come here with the big carwash stuff rather than an oil soaked shanty off of the highway. It wasn't even that busy but I still spent a good part of the afternoon waiting to get the Dragon back, at least 40 minutes longer than was estimated. Over the course of the hours I had to go outside to check on the Dragon a few times so as to make sure nobody went all GTA on it since they somewhat haphazardly just left the keys out there in the car, in a somewhat unobserved fashion. Inside there were a lot of tiny rugrats running around. I hope you like kids if you are here waiting - plan ahead and you should probably just walk down the block for a drink at the always elegant Outback Steakhouse or somewhere else nearby. All in all I got the Dragon back inspected and undamaged, so they did what I needed them to do. The most annoying part was that they messed up the seat for no reason to drive it exactly 20 feet. I went to this car spa because my dog puked in the back seat of my car. I cleaned the puke before going, but there was still some residue of course. I got my interior clean and noticed that not only did they not clean the puke, but they rubbed it in and the stain looked 10x worse than it did before they "cleaned" it. I asked a couple employees what happened and they said that dog puke is "biohazard," and they aren't allowed to touch it. I didn't know about that, so I understood. What angered me was these two employees' triggered responses. They said "you didn't tell us about that before." I asked if they knew what I could do about it and the male employee said, "I have no idea." If they're not allowed to touch the puke, that's fine I understand and didn't know that. However, they made the stain worse then tried to make me feel bad for not knowing they weren't allowed to touch the dog vomit. They also told me the cleaning would take 35 minutes, and it took maybe 5 minutes. As you can imagine they did a subpar job in that time frame. read more

Horrible experience!!! Went to get my car washed and to clean interior and came out to my car having a large, deep scratch on my passenger door and an interior that was still dirty. I showed large scratch to manager and to person named Ahmed, who was supposed to be the GM of the location who didn't act one bit like one. They tried denying and trying to say I hit my car door. When my car was fine before they took car through their machine and people who do drying and interior. They can check the cameras around the area where I first dropped it off and see that there was no scratch prior on my door. I've only had car for 9 months purchased brand new and now an eye sore of scratch is on my door. I've called their corporate and I'm waiting for reply. Wow! Absolutely the worst experience ever! My car was filthy and damaged. When I pointed it out they took a dry rag and rubbed the dirt in with a dry dirty rag. I have had my handicap sign stolen twice. I paid for a $100 wax and had to bring the car back 3 times prior removing all of the wax (so when you include the gas wasted going back and forth, that is the most expensive wax job I've had in my life). Then when I canceled my membership due to the above mentioned issues, I was still charged and the general manager, A. Denari rather give me a store credit than my money back. Also, the general manager told me that the day I brought my car to get wax, it was very cloudy and the tech couldn't see all the leftover wax due to the over cast. They sell snacks and drinks, of course. They ha e a big window so you can see your car being washed. They hand dry the car and vacuum the car. They also cleaned our Weather Tec mats. We needed to get our car detailed so we decided to try Car Spa. We got a detail and an oil change 4 hours and 15 minutes later we finally got our car. It should not take 4 hours. They said it would take a while because it needed to dry. Seats were soaked wet and they just put plastic over the seats. They cleaned the console and did not take out trash so we had wet paper with nasty sludge. Missed places. They charged us over 200 dollars. Definitely NOT worth 200 dollars and 4 hours. read more

Went through the entire spiel about good wash, better wash, best wash. I paid nearly thirty bucks for the platinum interior and exterior ("best")wash. Now, They were PACKED. I understand that sometimes these places can get busy. But when the guy asked me if my car was to my satisfaction I didn't expect that I would have to examine every inch of the car. Here are a list of things that I noticed at the gas station down the road. -Bird poop still on the car (not fresh) -All Windows had water spots. -Parts of the exterior that had dirt swirls(which means they didn't do a proper wipe down of the car.) -Dust on the dash which means they didn't even wipe down the dash. The place down the street from my house does a WAY better job for 20 bucks. If this is the way they clean cars all the time, I'll stick to my usual spot. I have been going here for years because they always do a great job shampooing my seats and I usually buy a combination package. Today I went and he asked to see my seats? Said, oh you have dog hair. It's going to cost you a lot more? Yes, I have a dog and yes there was dog hair but I did have a seat cover that I had removed before I headed there. I didn't think it was that bad? I said, "What?" Because I usually pay quite a bit for the combination when I go and he said they were cracking down so they would have to charge me quite a bit more in addition to the regular price. Great service. I came 30 min before closing time and they said the service I was asking for would take about 45 minutes. I said I was willing to come back another day, but they were willing to do it then. My car was sparkling and they conditioned my leather seats and dash just right! Every time I come here I've had a very pleasant experience. When they got done with washing my car I went to go get my nails done and I noticed my license plate was missing. I called back and the staff was very helpful to find out if my license plate somehow came off. The general manager Ahmed was very professional and took the time to put my license plate back on my car. We soon realized that I actually was in need of a new license plate cover. He took the time to explain and show me what to ask for next time I go buy one. He then went ahead and gave me a complimentary car wash. This manager along with the staff expedited the whole process and apologized for something that wasn't truly their fault. But this is exactly what customer service is all about. I never had an issue with this location and had the unlimited plan for about 6 months. I use it about two times a month. I think the most I used it was 4 times in 1 month. I went a couple of weeks ago to get my car washed and they said they could no longer keep me on the monthly plan due to me being an uber driver. ( I had an uber sticker on my car..and had the entire time I have had my car washed there). I am a part time (if that) uber driver. I drive maybe 3 nights per month. It would have been nice to know that I'm not "allowed" to be on the monthly program due to this. There was no fine print or anything saying that I was excluded. I'm not sure what happened but I took my business elsewhere and they don't have any issues washing my car. (very small car I might add) read more
