    It keeps getting better! I scheduled an appointment online for my first oil change and received a follow up call to verify service. I'm currently awaiting my oil change at this time (in the cozy clean lobby with free water) which happened to be "free"... Can we say score!! Small gesture but mighty in impact. Saving $100 was not on my bingo card but I'm grateful. A young lady name Bree just approached me mid review and introduced her self and shared it was a pleasure to meet me. The meaningful connections at Cardinale Way have exceeded my expectations continuously! 10/10 highly recommend!

    Double check over all your paperwork. They get you in with a lower priced vehicle, than add aftermarket items to the vehicle than don't even install

    I cannot say enough good things about this location! After a rough start with other dealerships and sales people with pushy sales tactics, I had little energy and no excitement left in my tank. I was exhausted. I called this location and instantly felt a difference in the way the communication was going! During that phone call I spoke with Ana, Vlad and Isaac. They were all so helpful and instantly started researching options for me based on my criteria and monthly payments I wanted to be close to. I went in after many conversations over the phone and Ana went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. She truly listened to what I needed, patiently let me drive different cars and answered all my questions. She didn't use any cringy sales tactics and made me feel so comfortable. Andrew helped me with the financing side of things and was so professional, friendly and organized. The following week I went to pick up some weather mats and Leo carried them to my car for me. He was so nice! I am so impressed with all the staff at this dealership. They have earned a loyal customer for life. OH and my Mazda CX5 is the most amazing car I have ever had or driven. It feels like high quality luxury and I get so excited every time I see it. Drives so smooth. The Mazda app is very user friendly and a neat touch. I am a Mazda girl for life now!!

    Worst car dealership ever. Customer service is really bad. Once you signed those papers and leave their lot, you're on your own.

Aylin is knowledgeable and moves efficiently; my car was serviced, washed, and cleaned within an hour! I was given a list of helpful recommendations and even received a reminder of them in the mail later. While I was waiting, she seamlessly connected me with the finance department so I could look into moving my extended warranty from CarMax to Acura. Within that hour, I also met a salesman named Charlie and the finance manager (whose name escapes me at the moment, but he was fantastic). Charlie was so kind--we went over the numbers on a new RDX and MDX, and it made me realize I purchased my current car at the wrong dealership! They were also incredibly sweet to my grandson, who has a speech delay. Charlie even taught him the word "bumblebee," and he hasn't forgotten it yet! (I've enclosed pictures below). I truly love this dealership. They are kind and genuine. Even though my current financial situation means I can't trade in my car just yet, they treated me with the utmost respect. Usually, when a deal can't happen right away, the energy changes--but here, I was still treated as if I were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. That kind of genuine courtesy can't be taught; it comes from the heart. I now have a solid game plan and will absolutely be back in six months for my MDX, and eventually an RDX for my granddaughter. I wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else. Thank you to the whole team for being so kind and courteous to me, especially during my time of grief. It meant the world.

After 3 times attempting to contact this location, and receiving no callback I wrote a 1 star review and drove over to speak with someone personally. This is where I met my new service advisor Jonathan. He immediately heard me out, understood my frustrations and jumped to providing me some base line pricing. He went further to see if he could get me scheduled with an appointment to complete the check up and oil change. I went home and deleted my review, as I now knew I was set up with a new advisor and in good hands. I dropped my truck off the following day at 7:30am and Jonathan was there to greet me. He made sure to share a phone number with me right away that also left the window open for text messages. He contacted me around noon to let me know my truck was overall in good health but that I was going to need new front and rear breaks. He let me know that with the weight of my vehicle I should get them fixed before I head out for my road trip. We made a plan to do other recommended services in increments. We moved forward with the repairs. He contacted me within just a few hours to let me know my truck was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, Reya greeted me at the cashier department and was warm and inviting. She was able to get me processed and out the door quickly. It's important to celebrate when a company has great team members. Jonathan is a critical reason why I came back to this Toyota location and not another.

Three weeks before my appointment, I received a written offer of $19,175. Before driving to the dealership, I specifically asked the salesperson if there was any chance the offer would be reduced if the vehicle inspected exactly as I had represented it. I asked because I wanted to avoid wasting my time. I was told that if the vehicle checked out, the written offer would be honored, and I was even told that some customers receive more than their original offer. After the inspection, I was informed that the vehicle was in excellent condition and had no mechanical, cosmetic, or other issues. In other words, it was exactly as described. Despite that, the company reduced its offer by approximately 15% less. Approx. $16,300. The explanation? "The market has dropped over the last couple of weeks." That explanation made no sense to me. If a written offer can be reduced by thousands of dollars simply because the company decides the market changed before your appointment--even when your vehicle passes inspection exactly as represented--then the written offer is essentially meaningless. To make matters worse, after leaving I submitted the exact same vehicle to Carvana and immediately received an offer that was about $18,200 higher, without anyone even seeing or inspecting the car. The issue isn't that they made me a lower offer. Any company has the right to buy or not buy a vehicle. The issue is that I specifically asked whether this could happen, was assured it would not if the car checked out, and then it happened anyway. I wasted my time based on representations that simply were not honored. I will never do business with this company again, and I strongly recommend that anyone selling a vehicle obtain multiple competing offers before making the trip. Don't assume the written offer you receive is the amount you'll actually be paid, even if your vehicle is exactly as described.

I went back and forth over run flat tires (on the vehicle now) or traditional tires. Traditional tires are definitely cheaper, quieter . But I have noticed many more of friends, relatives and colleagues have been picking up all sorts of nails, screws and sharp objects probably associated with all the construction goin on. My vehicle doesn't have a spare, donut or mobility kit so I figured run flats. Next, where was I going to get the tires? Checked out the big three companies around here, various locations yadda yadda... many bad reviews (and of course some good ones) price, probably a hundred or so cheaper , but they don't know me, or me them. Figured since I have a great relationship with my service writer and the dealer in general, I'd stick to BMW. Their package price was competitive, I needed an alignment (all wheel drive vehicles should front and back aligned) since buying new tires without an alignment doesn't make sense. So my appointment was this AM , checked in and drove away after the promised time with some new pirelli's . I chose to wait even though a loaner was offered, but I used the time constructively while at the dealer. So great service, expensive, but you can't skimp on safety. Thanks Frank H. et al.
