They are overpriced, when we were about to leave, they called us back and keeps changing the numbers. They are not sincere. The finance manager is someone you have to be very careful. I got my car serviced today under the fall special - rotate tires, full inspection, and an oil change. I read a bunch of reviews prior saying their car wasn't washed, and Mazda saying it was because they were under construction and couldn't. Understandable. But when I went in today and got all of that done, they did not wash my car either (even though the construction is done.) The service is good and fast, but if I'm paying for these things, I just wish they would get done. read more

They started by saying, she "wasn't going to qualify," and ignored her, to pitch me. Then they came back to her, and offered an entry level Sorento, FOR $47,000+!!! Are you freaking kidding me. We immediately walked out. We saw two other dealerships, completely different story. Auto Nation Nissan, and Cardinaleway Mazda. They treated with respect. JoJo at Cardinaleway Mazda, made sure to have Starbuck's waiting, for not just me...but my 7 year old daughter too(no, not coffee, a refresher). After due diligence, we went with a CX-9, for almost $10k less than the Sorento, at 3+%. Was a base model CX-9, you ask? No. Leather seats, AWD TOURING MODEL! I was in contact with Rambo, who by the way is amazing! He explained everything about the car I was interested in great detail. I came in knowing that I was NOT going to leave with a new car because I am horribly upside down and I knew this, I just wanted to set a plan in motion to see how long of a wait it would be for me. Rambo understood and went to get my car key and I was approached by sales manager I think Ram or Ron, very hyper and throwing suggestions at me so he could get the deal today. This is where the rating of 1 comes into plat. I have been buying and selling and trading my cars since I was 16 that gives me 40 years experience! All that being said I knew there wasn't going to be a deal but here are the suggestions this clown had for me...and I think one of them may be illegal (still researching). How about you don't try to trade in the car and just buy this car today? OH, why didn't I think of that??? Have 2 cars with 2 payments and double the insurance....genius! I laughed and asked for me key. Here's another idea...how close can you get to $18,000 down payment? LOL, ok if I had that wouldn't need new car would pay off this one...where's my key? Ok he says...and this is the one that made me know I will have nothing to do with Cardinale and try to report them...why don't you stop paying on the Rogue let them repo it and buy this car? You mean default on my loan so you can make a sale??? So I guess the hard work I do on my credit doesn't mean shit to this guy. I told him he was out of his mind that I will NOT have my car repo'd so you can "CLOSE" WE'RE DONE HERE, WHERE'S MY KEY???? If you're in the market for a pre-owned vehicle, without the games, I cannot recommend this place enough based solely on my interactions with Silvia. My salesperson, Silvia, made my first car buying experience relatively easy and personal. She is by no means pushy nor sketchy like most car dealers. Of course every new car purchase is a giant headache with the back and forth. In this case though, if your saleswoman is Silvia, you have an ally, and your battling the banks. I walked in with a bottom line of what I would settle for. Naturally I tried to get a MUCH better deal but with my credit that wasn't happening. Silvia was not pushy (we exchanged emails for a couple weeks and once I said I wasn't interested she backed off. However when I reached back out she was right there ready to help.) Anyways, I have a good sense of people and never did I feel like she was trying to pull one over on me. Of course she did her job and tried to sell the car but when I made my stance clear she respected it and made the deal work for me. If you're new to car buying (my first finance) or if you're just tired of dealing with games and snakes, go see Silvia and she will be your ally. I can't say that I am ecstatic with the terms I received however I didn't go over my expectations and hopes that I started with. The only issue I had was that the finance department overcharged my card which inconvenienced me for a few days but they reversed the charge immediately, provided documentation, and agreed to reimburse all my overdraft fees (however I'd expect no less.) Bought a car off the showroom floor from this place, one year ago (3/30/18.) Have waited to put my review up in hopes that my experience here would get better. I'm sorry to report that it has not. Everytime I go in, either for a "free lifetime carwash " or an oil change, the staff are either rude or incompetent. Every carwash I've received has been given begrudgingly and the quality of work is not worth the attitude it comes with. I came in today, requesting my third free carwash in a years time, and since I requested the wheels receive attention, I was told to expect to be here for two hours. I will never purchase another vehicle from here. Findlay Lincoln in Henderson is hands down the best dealer in all Nevada. I would've purchased from them again but they didn't have the mazda 3 I wanted. I've certainly learned my lesson. If it's customer service you seek, don't come anywhere near this place. Go straight to Findlay Lincoln. Got my car from the carwash about 30 minutes after the 2 hour forecast. The wheels weren't cleaned, the windows were horribly streaked and there was still dirt under the door jams as well as bird crap on the hood. When I inquired about this being fixed I was advised that they were "backed up" and that if I'd like, I could wait until they " finished with the others." I just left as this is a tactic they use to get rid of their customers. I'm used to it and I'm sure many others are as well. If you're smart, you'll keep your money in your pocket and go elsewhere. I will state that the 5 stars is for the transparent outreach of a young team member by the name of Sam B. I had just happened to have gone thru some unfortunate events and his timing couldn't have been better. He reached out via phone and sent a nice video text so a face could go along with his messages. I informed him of my situation and that I was a prior customer. I did state to him that I was in a time constraint, but would be open to coming in for an appointment. He set everything up and his GM Dave even got myself and my roomie Starbucks. I'll skip the in between because I get it, they want to sell sell sell. We ended up staying until the very last minute because another sales guy came in and started giving the old sales pitch, mind you which was very annoying because a no means no. I can give you my word as a customer but don't go throwing yourself and your colleague that didn't ask for it to do you favors for a bonus. It's unprofessional and very tacky. We left, but stated we would come back. Sam made sure after the event that he would do his best to make a third experience better because it really went sour by the end of the night. I went alone this time, was met with a nice beverage, got down to the right numbers, and had a much better experience along with the GM and financing. I waited a bit, while Sam made sure to get the vehicle prepped. Unless you've made your purchases prior and have done your homework. Please don't go on your first try. Your time, and money you worked hard for. It's a negotiation on both ends. You don't go to a restaurant, wipe down your own table, cook, and serve yourself then to be later asked "Where's my tip?" This is a car dealership not the buffet across the street. Sam was very personable, not pushy, observant, and genuine. You don't have to be cut throat and fake to get by in this world even though Las Vegas is rated the worst place to try and purchase a vehicle. But if your sales pitch works for you, then all the power to you I guess. Isaac the man in finance was also very thorough and pleasant.
