I was blown away by the customer service I received. My family and I went to look at Mazda cars, Mazda CX5, and the treatement we got was phenomenal, professional and the knowledge we received about every detail on the cars were amazing. I signed up for an appointment of interest online. Before reaching the dealer, I was contacted through the dealership if I wanted a Starbucks Drink. I came with 4. This did not discourage them and they went and retrieved our wishes. I was impressed for the service. They went over and beyond with their service. My family got a very courteous sales person , named Christian G.E., no pressure at all, he proposed to do a test drive, and in no way I told him, I came to buy a car at that time. He showed us all the cars we wanted to see, gave us time to inspect the cars, professionally answered us all the questions, and brought water for everyone who was with me and Starbuck drinks of our choices, too. We drove several cars. We liked the cars, the service, and we found the car we had in mind. BUT we decided to go home and come back later..to think about it. No problem. They gave us the space. No sales pressure. Before coming here, we had checked out Carmax in Henderson..and it was a terrible to no service there at all. We waited 30 min and noone attended to us. Then we went to Toyota Finlay, sales agents were pushing us around from one to another one, who the last one was very friendly and knowledgeable. Then we went to Mazda Finlay in Henderson, experience there was ok too..but then Earhardt Mazda in Centennial, which was a very bad to no customer service..almost right behind Carmax. Choosing CardinaleWay Mazda at Sahara was the best thing we did. Also the Salesmanager David K, and Finance Manager Ram R. were going beyond my expectations, when comparing all my previous experiences. Again no sales pressure. It was late, we found the car,it was past closing hours, we got a great deal, and when I said, I can come back tomorrow to pick up the car, it was 9:30 pm, they encouraged me, to wait, they have still people here, and I can take the car home. Amazing I rang the bell, the car came with a bow next to red carpet.. i was blown away with my car shopping experience. After over 2 years as a service writer--and nearly 10 years connected to this dealership as an employee, vendor, and even a customer--I finally walked out. This wasn't a sudden decision. It was the result of ongoing dysfunction, broken processes, and a complete lack of accountability from management. The biggest issue: the workload consistently falls on the few employees who actually care. If you're commission-based and take pride in your work, you will carry the team. Meanwhile, others openly avoid responsibility, do the bare minimum, and face zero consequences. I repeatedly brought these issues to management. Nothing changed. My final straw was being asked--yet again--to cover for an employee who refuses to do her job, while management enables it. When I pushed back, instead of support, I was met with hostility and completely unprofessional behavior from leadership. That moment made it clear: hard work is not respected here--it's taken advantage of. Beyond internal issues, my experience as a customer was just as concerning. I was involved in a trade situation that raised serious red flags in terms of transparency and ethics, and it completely eroded any trust I had left. They sold a vehicle that was literally submerged under water & passed off the burden to the new owner! Incredible work... This dealership has a culture problem from the top down. There are good people here--but they are overworked, unsupported, and ultimately set up to burn out. I can't recommend working here or doing business here based on my experience. read more

this review is based on the experience had with Francisco Tarulo in the finance department. We leased a new car through CardinaleWay Mazda and had a great experience with our sales rep, Mark, but have had a disheartening and discouraging experience through Francisco. As we were signing, he would get visibly frustrated with my cousin (who the car is for) when he would ask questions related to the contract and even uttered the phrase "business is business" (his exact words) when we were discussing how leases work and back up contracts for payments. After the signing, we were supposed to remain in contact with francisco due to a trade in vehicle that we have. Unfortunately, Francisco does not answer the phones (ever) and even when we came down to the dealership on multiple occasions, he would never take the time to speak to us about the vehicle. He, on multiple occasions, has redirected other people to speak to us, people who we never worked with or met during the intial purchase of the car and who are unfamiliar with our particular situation. It seems to francisco since "business is business" he doesn't care about the aftermath effects of CardinaleWay Mazda's customers. I have purchased a car with mazda before and worked with other finance employees, specifically Rambutin and Joe (who no longer work there), and had a great experience. This time, however, was anything less than helpful and I can say that I am thoroughly disappointed in francisco and the cardinaleway mazda team for their handling of our situation. read more

I was lucky enough to have stumbled into the right dealership with CardinaleWay. I bought one next door and my girlfriend bought from here a week after me. It was a great experience at both stores with Scott, and Anna, who had coffees ready for us when we got there, had the vehicle ready for my girlfriend with the keys ready to go. A little more information up front goes a long way apparently. I highly recommend doing your research up front because it's evident just from us having a good idea of what they had at the dealership, they were able to cater Much better up front. This made the difference with how long we were there, Scott being able to deliver on what he said was possible and then we made the deal and headed to finance. Ram was very helpful in finance and we didn't feel like it was the run around that I had years ago at a different dealership. It was all very fair, great service and we literally just did a Google search and landed on their site. So it's definitely lucky we were able to find stand up salesmen and managers who cater to their drivers. I just hope it stays this way but it seems management knows what they're doing. I Leased my cx5 in May 2018 and had a great experience. Estevan was our salesman and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He respected my knowledge and didn't throw any ridiculous numbers at me. I told Estevan what I wanted and he worked w his managers to accommodate. Literally the most difficult part of this experience was choosing the color of the vehicle! I chose silver and I love it. It never looks dirty and stays so cool in the summer. Even when going to finance to sign the papers, Isaac made it very quick and easy. He showed different warranty options that were available, but wasn't pushy about it like most arrogant finance guys at other dealerships. Since I had such a positive experience, I brought my son there in July for a cx5 and my daughter earlier this month for a Mazda 3 hatchback. They also received great service and excellent deals. I went in stressed about dealing with salesmen, as most do when buying a car. I was surprised how much time we were given to look around without being harassed. Everyone was respectful and let us know to come to them if we had any questions, no hovering. When I was ready I was taken to Stephanie Mendizabal to start my car buying process. She is the best person ever, she made sure to inform us on everything and made sure to answer all our questions. She made sure to find everything that was best for you. She made the paperwork process smooth and painless. She's not only there for you at the moment of purchase, but is always willing to help even after the purchase has been done. Excellent service, i was trading in a car with almost 8k negative equity, got denied in some other dealers went to Cardinale Mazda at 9am and the first person to say hi to me is Oswaldo Hernandez who asked how he could help me, i explained the situation and he went above and beyond to give me new wheels him and Carlos the manager and Isaac the fincance manager helped me with the process, less than 2 hours later i was already driving out the lot with my new car, happy and satisfied know i was driving a car i liked. I went to CardinaleWay Mazda with my family. Jose Rodrigues sales man showed me all the models of the cars that pretty much fit what I was looking for. He gave me plenty information of what I was looking at and what I was getting ready to buy. Explained and walked me thru all the features of the vehicle safety performance and Mazda skyactiv performance feature. We test drove the Mazda CX-5 and the suv was great my twins and my wife fit perfectly fine perfect room in the back for the stroller. Overall experience was great I seriously recommend check these guys out they mean business when you go in for your brand new car. Earlier in the week, we had gone to a different Mazda dealer in the area and they could not figure out the paperwork on how to process the lease the way we wanted. Robert was our sales associate, he was extremely helpful throughout the process of coming to a deal we felt comfortable with. I usually find buying a car a very stressful process. This was not the case at Cardinale Way Mazda. My salesman, Robert Chong was wonderful. Not pushy, nice, mellow, knowledgeable, friendly. He really worked with me to find a car and a price that worked for me. Even after the sale he was wonderful. I was referred to Ram by a family friend of mine and have bought two cars from him since then. Honestly it's been the easiest process I've ever had. Hard Sell. Rude. Misogynist. Don't go there. Kept telling (not asking) us to go on a test drive. The regular sales guy couldn't force us to test drive, so they sent out the 'big gun' Mo Debs. Mo quoted a price that seemed high. I countered with something lower. He asked if I wanted half a car. Could have been taken as a joke, except that he was rude. He only wanted to talk to my husband. Found out later the offer he was making was not even close to what Mazda was advertising on their website. I wouldn't trust them at all. If you're female, expect to be talked down-to and marginalized. read more
