If I can give this place 0 stars I would. - poor customer service. I've dropped off my clothes in the past from this cleaners, and have given them my number for pick up. This time, they said I needed a PHYSICAL receipt. I told them I had a pic and they didn't had the capability of searching up my number. So what's the purpose of them having my info on file and logging it in before drop off ? - lady said she didn't know how to find it when I provided a pic -she had the audacity to say "we need the paper copy, what if you're taking someone else's clothes". I responded with "I live alone Bac, TRUST ME. No one else is going to pick up my clothes" - she told me to "sign it" so I did, then she said in Vietnamese "I want you to physical WRITE on this paper here that you have picked it up". Therefore I wrote "received". She was upset that she couldn't read it, so had to run to the back to get her glasses. Even then she wasn't satisfied - MIND you, these items were already paid for prior I would not recommend a service like this that doesn't trust their customers. Got three pants hemmed here, $8 a piece. Solid deal. Wanted to alter the factory lengths from 32 to 28 inches. A day later I came back to pick up the item, really fast. Big issue was that when I came home, the inseam we agreed on was wrong. One was hemmed an inch more than what I should've been. Two came out perfect at 28 inches but one was at 29inches. The worker tried to tell me that it was never hemmed to begin with when in reality - it had their tag/call number stuck onto the pant - She claimed the pant came just like that from the factory (when clearly the tag showed 32"). - If that's the case, then that means no work was done + I shouldn't have been charged. It's only $8. The principle is definitely missing trying to cover up their mistake with a nonsense claim. read more

The tailor was extremely rude when I came in to pick up my alterations and asked a question about the difference in lengths of the pieces I got altered. She had the audacity to my face that they're the same lengths when they clearly were not. I took them to a different tailor and she fixed it... Just don't go to this place if you want things altered properly and with care. read more

I bought my Vietnamese wedding dress in VN and it was huge! I was able to get my alterations done along with some of my bridesmaids. Pricing was very fair and she did an amazing job! She also made a whole dress for my cake cutting dress, I love it. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I did have to find my own fabric with her recommendation she made it happen. Small businesses like these need some attention. Alterations and cleaners are not really showcased. However, as a Yelper it is my duty to write about my experience whether it be a popular place or not. I went to have some pants tailored here. The place is in a strip mall on Senter Rd. For those not familiar with the area, this location is very "gritty". To all you people from Saratoga, Los Gatos, or any other picture perfect neighborhoods, you may even be scared to venture here. I love that prissy people are scared to venture to this part of town. It's just amusing that we instill such fear. Anyways, the gentleman who helped us was very nice and friendly. We're not Vietnamese first of all, but this establishment as far as this entire strip mall is owned or ran by them. There seems to be a bias when it comes to attitudes when they see you are not of the same culture. Sad, but its true. Live here long enough and you just know. But this place does not pose that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We told them the length we wanted, he eyeballed it and after I took the pants off he used a ruler and it was RIGHT ON THE MONEY! Impressive. There was a 1-2 day turnaround, but we were not in a rush. It was very inexpensive and I did not have any problem with the tailoring. It doesn't even look like it was altered. Good place to get your jeans or suits tailored. The girl in the front does good quality work and turn around time is good if you aren't in a rush. Just let them know what you exactly need done and they will accommodate you. Parking is tough to find on a weekend but weekday is less busy so plenty of spots to find. Good quality work and fair pricing for what you get. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! My dress was sitting there for 2 weeks it was supposed to be done on Monday so I went to pick it up on Monday they said it wasn't ready after a week of it sitting there they tell me to come back the next day, Tuesday comes around and they tell me the same thing to come back on Wednesday I go on Wednesday they tell me if I want to wait 40 mins for someone to come to the store to "pin it " mind you I live 30 mins away with traffic even more I tell them no I'll take the dress as it is because I'm traveling for a wedding mind you they wanted to charge me $80 dollars to just make my dress a little tighter when I tell them I'll take the dress as it is I ask what was done to it they tell me NOTHING was done to it. Also they think everything is funny after the couple times of attempting to pick up dress they say it's still $70 when it's not done ! & I travel in a couple of days AVOID this place if you can!! read more

Fast, cheap, & great work! My dad got 2 jeans altered here for $20! What a deal! They have 1 changing room here so you can try on your clothes before leaving to make sure it is to your liking. They work fast here, so you can wait around or come back in an hour to pick up your clothes. I will definitely come back. read more

I had a few weeks until my anniversary dinner with my girlfriend and a whole lot to preparation to do and being me with the video games, school, and a whole lot of day dreaming I totally forgot to clean my suit! So after many failed attempts to find a local dry cleaner that would be able to clean my suit with only less than 24 hours to go I finally found one, Caribees cleaner. ---------------------------------- [Location/ Store] Big warning for lowered cars... drive with caution or you'll pay the price with scratches on your bumper. The parking could also be a little hectic and cramped as well, constantly packed by the nearby supermarket and other shops. Watch out for pedestrians! The store is nothing special, a little messy and small but you'll be in and out quickly so no worries. [Service] The service was great and very quick. This was the only shop that would even take my late notice request and I'm very pleased and happy with the cleaning quality of Caribees. I even forgot a little lucky ring I carry around in one of the side pockets. They were kind enough to let me know and held it on the side until my pick up. Thanks for not stealing it! --------------------------------- Overall, Caribees came to the rescue and got me ready for an awesome anniversary dinner! I would definitely come back. read more

They did a great job tailoring my dress for a wedding I was attending. They finished it in literally 10 minutes!

I've gone to this place for all my alterations for about 10 years. They did do a professional job but not THAT cheap. About a couple of months ago, I brought them a lacey dress that had rips in it to fix. They quoted me $55 and told me to find the replacement lace. I came back a few weeks later with the lace and was told I needed 'stretchy' lace. Ok so I go hunting for this stretchy lace and came back a few weeks later. The seamstress looked at the dress again and told me that there's no way she quoted me $55 because it's going to be a lot of work. Maybe just fix the front of the dress. WTH - what about the rips on the back?? And the lace isn't even going to match if you leave the back! After all the running around back and forth and being a loyal customer for 10 years and bringing new customers to them - they were going to go back on their word?!! If this is how they treat a long-time customer - how are they going to treat new ones? I walked out of there so furious. I was left with a ripped dress, a yard of lace and no seamstress to get the work done - and spent weeks running around. Thank goodness one of the ladies at a fabric store recommended a lady who works out of her house to do it for me. I finally got the dress done, and she did an amazing job!! Not only that, she only charged me $35! I found a new seamstress - who is good, cheap and HONEST!! read more

My family has been coming here for dry cleaning for over 15 years. Never EVER had a problem with them. The quality of the dry cleaning is superb. They also do hemming and tailoring. It's on the pricy side compared to other places but they get the job done. read more

I dropped off a few pieces for dry cleaning on Sunday afternoon. I was told they'd be ready on Thursday. Monday was a holiday, so that's 72 hours. Not the best, but not the worst, and I wasn't in a rush. She added the subtotals incorrectly and was going to charge me $10 more than the actual price. I intended to rectify that when I picked up the items. Again, not a deal breaker, things happen. The hours on yelp indicate it is open until 7:30. The business hours posted on the door indicate it is open until 6:30. I was there at 5:45, and the place was closed. That, unfortunately is a problem. So, add all 3 issues together, and it gets a one star. Unfortunate, because this place is walking distance from my house and I had hoped to continue using them. read more
