On installation day Christian and Esteban came out and started the two day process. They were professional and let me know exactly what they were doing. The second day was install and again very professional and communicative. They ran into a small issue (not their doing) and stayed late to fix it. Their supervisor Gabriel came out to assist and they stayed until 9pm (with my consent) to get me up and running. They left my house immaculate and my new system is AMAZING! They do need to come back out for a quick follow up because 9pm was late enough. If I have any different experience with that I will follow up my review, but at this point, I cannot say enough great things about J&M. If I don't buy a new system, suddenly I'm outside their service area? I called their number that I found on Facebook, and their own AI assistant CONFIRMED that they DO service that area. I asked to speak to a person; explained the entire situation and then the lady told me that the AI assistant was wrong. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Watch out for these people as all they want to do is upsell people what they do not want or need and failure to agree to a replacement visit will likely end with "we don't service your area" or some other lame excuse. All this did was waste a day and set me back in terms of getting my system fixed. Bad business practices like this ... NOT COOL!
