    Higher prices, lower quality.

Been coming for years. Quality has really gone down. Prices are higher. Beans had a very odd smell. Sad this was the best Spanish restaurant around. I would go faithfully at least once a week. I'm down to once every few months. May not go again now.

Great resturant , 2nd time here and it was just as great as the first. Super clean, fast and friendly service, and they give you giant portions . More than enough to take home and have a second meal from it. I got penne alla vodka pasta the first time and then got pernil/ricebeans/maduros the second time . both were fresh and really good . The Drinks are strong. My one pina colada had me chatty . Honestly I have No complaints at all as far as the food and service But The ambience is so weird. they have these awful flashing lights outside that make the place look trashy. it kind of looks like a corner deli. I would be embarrassed to take a date here. Please get a proper awning.? and then inside they have these bright ass lunch room florescent lights that would make anyone look bad. Not a calming atmosphere. It's beautiful inside with updated decorations but they need to think about dimming the lights and adding some candles to the tables if they want it to be a NICE resturant. The menu is very ridiculous too. It's just endless text and overwhelming and again it just looks like a trashy deli menu. Not a nice resturant menu. There's just ways to do these things and make it nice but they haven't tapped in. Otherwise it's a really great place to eat and I will be back.

Disgusting. If I was able to give zero stars I would've .Food containing maggots. Traumatizing and disgusting are both understatements. Will never order take out again. To add insult to injury when called restaurant was literally hung up on rudely

Amazing food and great customer service over the phone! Packaging was great and they gave me plates just like I asked for! I enjoyed the food so much I ended up ordering the very next day. Definitely recommend their skirt steak & their beans!

I've been coming here for a long time on and off I have seen many employees come and go with my years this place has change. I have ordered four and I took almost an hour and a half take out food. I understand certain things takes long, but not that long I even notice certain pork chops that I had ordered was giving out to other customers not a happy customer. my worst experience ever hear. 9/29/2022:(:(:(

It turned out to be one of the best recommendations we've received. My mom, my daughter, and I absolutely loved our experience. The food was outstanding, the wine was excellent, and every dish was full of authentic Italian flavor. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, but the staff welcomed us with a smile and never made us feel rushed. Instead, they took the time to recommend some of their favorite dishes, and every suggestion was delicious. What made the evening even more special was how kind and attentive they were to my daughter. Their hospitality was exceptional and made us feel truly welcome. If you're visiting Arthur Avenue and looking for authentic Italian cuisine with outstanding service, Zero Otto Nove is a restaurant I highly recommend. Great food, excellent wine, warm hospitality, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. We'll definitely be coming back!

We started with the Patate Salsiccia e Provola, and I immediately understood why Italians talk with their hands my mouth was too busy eating to say anything. Crispy potatoes, savory sausage, and gooey provola cheese... comfort food at its finest. For my main course, I had the Pollo Capriccio with a glass of red wine. The chicken was so tender I barely needed a knife, and the wine had me looking around for a Vespa to ride back to the Bronx. The service was fantastic friendly, attentive, and patient enough to let me butcher every Italian word on the menu without judging me. At least not out loud. If this isn't what Italy feels like, don't tell me. I'm happy living in this delicious fantasy. Now excuse me while I search for affordable flights to Rome... or just uback to Arthur Avenue.

Adorable cozy light up front entrance, host/waiter greeted us by the front door and seated us right away. We tried the brussel sprouts (can't remember the name on the menu) aw man it was delicious! It had so much flavor and the perfect amount of crunch without it tasting burnt. We also had the baked clams, sadly that had zero flavor. I even dipped it into the sauce and yeah that didn't help much at all. I've had better. Now the GNOCCHI was interesting since it was in red sauce rather than the typical pesto cheesy sauce. I'm not too sure if it goes well together? I had a few pieces and the texture was great but I felt like I needed that cheesy flavor? Might just be my taste buds searching for something similar. Which btw my portion was half of the dish. Our waiter was nice enough to split the dish into 2 portions. That was def appreciated as many don't do that. Dude.. the creme brûlée?! I could have licked the plate clean! Def not my style but I was tempted! Haha it wasn't crazy sweet which is nice since you don't feel a cavity waiting to happen? It's a must try! Super curious about the other dishes. Highly recommend giving this spot a try! Btw there's a full bar so cheers!

The warm bread was soft, fresh, and nicely herby with what tasted like oregano sprinkled on top. Portions were satisfying, flavors were rich without feeling too heavy, and the quality really stood out. We ordered sparkling water and a couple of cocktails. For appetizers we had the Polpettine Di Casa (homemade beef meatballs in pomodoro sauce) and the Portuguese octopus with fava beans, cannellini beans, onions, and apple vinegar dressing. Both were flavorful and well prepared. For entrées we ordered the Pappardelle alla Bolognese with homemade pasta and meat sauce, along with the New Zealand lamb chops over broccoli rabe and mashed potatoes. The pasta tasted fresh and authentic, and the lamb was tender and cooked as requested. Unfortunately, the night ended on a disappointing note because of the service. Mario was pleasant, but another server, I believe named Alex, overheard a conversation and became argumentative and sarcastic toward the birthday woman's son. It felt very unprofessional for the setting and completely changed the mood of the dinner, causing everyone to leave earlier than planned. The 93yr old woman was shaking. People should stay in their lane. Sadly, because of that interaction, I wouldn't return.
