Instead of checking the connectors first, they jumped straight into a calibration. After a long wait they said they couldn't finish because something else was wrong under the seat and wanted another $188 just to take the seat out and diagnose. I took the van back, found a second plug that wasn't fully connected, plugged it in, and the airbag light went off. No calibration needed. While they were hooked up they started a calibration they didn't finish, which turned on the VSC and TRAC lights that were not on when I arrived. I called to have those cleared since they created them. The owner interrupted me, yelled, put his hands in my face, and told me not to come back after it was fixed. Either they missed a simple unplugged connector or they were trying to sell a $188 diagnosis for a plug. Terrible communication and worse attitude. I fixed the original problem myself in minutes after they spent hours and still wanted more money.
