Customer service sucks, they are making fun of people ordering when customers are present.

Three strikes and you're out!! I keep giving them another chance and it seems they just don't care. I walked in this morning to order the Breakfast Pork Chop, and the manager takes my order and after 10 minutes says "we haven't defrosted any yet"... What! You just realized this because you have no idea what is happening in your store! So tired of this...can Diamond Bar get something else there to replace them? I hope so! read more

If I can give zero stars I can. Ive ordered here so many times and they just cant follow the order. When I say extra sauce to them it means no sauce. When I saw well done to them it means overoverover cook. Anyways this store is just horrible, my bun wasnt even hot enough and lastly to the grave yard people, stop hiding and do your job correctly. read more

Got there around 9pm the cashier spent the majority of the time at the drive thur. Finally she took my friends and mine orders, all my friends got there and the customer after me got theres also, I still had to wait 15 mins more until my food arrived. They still messed up my ordered and had to go back in for them to fix it. They gave me attitude when I wanted them to change the order. read more

I am an early riser...going to Carl's early at 5am the sausage buscuits are suppose to be ready to roll...they were not...this has happened a few times..this time the poor girl who was working there was having to do everything, while the "trainee" cook did nothing....It took 7 minutes to get waited on. I was unable to get my breakfast there as the wait for the buscuits would be another 10 minutes or so. Add that to the 7 minutes I waited to give my order...I suggest that they train their cooks during a time when "others" are there, so that he can do what he's supposed to do when he works the morning shift. read more

This Carl's Jr sucks. My husband had a burger there 2 nights ago and got food poisoning. He reported it to the Carl's Jr. staff the following day and the staff told him there has to be 3 or 4 more people to conplain about food poisoning for anything to be done. Awesome. Way to go Carl's. read more

Took my brother here to grab a quick bite to eat last night and he ended up extremely sick all night! He spent the night uncomfortable and locked in the bathroom. For a grown man to be hurting all night into mid morning this is unacceptable!! Called the this am to talk to a manager and was given the run around, he had to call out of work this morning all because of a burrito from this location! Don't come here unless you want to wait 30+ minutes for your food. There was literally 5 people who were eating here, but it took so long just to get my food. They were not short on staff, so I don't understand why it is taking so long. I'm writing this while I'm waiting for my food. Honestly it's a shame that I can't give this entire experience 0 stars because trust me if I could I would. The trouble started when me and three friends pulled up to the drive through window to place our order: 2 western bacon burger meals with sprites, 1 famous star meal with a doctor pepper and one large sprite. Pretty simple right? No apparently not. Our server, Andreas, had to go over this order with us over 6 times before he figured it out and got I correct. The next issue was how long it took us to even get our food, with only 2 cars i front of us it seems just absurd that it would take over 20 minutes to get to the next window. When we finally did get to the window the cashier proceeds to read our order back to us, HE GOT IT WRONG AGAIN!!! And if that wasn't enough he then decides to go on a rant about how terrible the customers in front of us were trying to make it out as some excuse from his lack of competence. And finally we get to the food. As the cashier, Andreas, handed us our bags he states "there I hope those our right!" As if it's a joke but was at this point was clearly a concern of ours. We do a quick scan and everything seems correct, just ready to get out of the situation but of course we should of known to be more thorough. The famous stars bum was practically stale, the patties were cold as were the fries and there was NO BBQ sauce on either of the western burgers. The entire situation was just a bit mind blowing. After this experience I literally went onto my phone and created a yelp account just to post this, my first yelp review. Service was awful and the food was even worse. Across the street McDonald drive thru there are lot of car so I went to Carl's Jr. drive thru instead order breakfast there. I order steak cheese egg burrito combo I got orange juice and hash brown for $7.39. I think she charge it wrong it should be $6.49 for the combo. It didn't taste good at all. The burrito have this after taste I don't like make me lose my appetite. The hash brown taste plain. The ice coffee I order there was awful too. I prefer go to McDonald next time. read more

Went there at night. Amazing customer service. Good turkery burger. Went there this morning. Worst customer service: order was wrong; manager laughing with some older guy copped an attitude when I asked if anyone was working the front counter. So disgusted I asked for a refund rather than a corrected order. Politely suggested to the manager that she treat customers better. Fast food is fast food.. The different Carl's always taste the same so no complaints on the food. Workers are super nice but it is so SLOWWWWW. To the point if I were only to see one customer in line I wouldn't go there. I may order one meal and it takes like 15 minutes in the drive-thru. I have lived in Diamond Bar for over 20 years and would go to this Carl's Jr frequently. Used to love the $6 burger, but the last few years they are terrible from this location. The meat has been pre-cooked, is dry and cold. I have asked on numerous occasions to please cook my burger fresh and it does not happen. The last time about 6 months ago I asked for a fresh cooked burger, got home with it and more of the same. I called the manager she said I could come get another burger. Did that that next day and more of the same. Because of this I just never go to any Carl's and as a side note I am turned off my their promiscuous commercials - they are really pathetic. I guess their food is so bad now they have to use this type of advertising to get customers. Hope it's working to attract male customers as it's a big turn off to most women and yes many of us have stopped going to Carl's since Paris Hilton's burger eating commercial on a car....really disgusting. read more

carls is carls anywhere you go, not complaining about the food. i love carls jr. one of my favorite fast food joints. but the workers here are dumb as a brick. never get my order right and when i ask for house dressing they give me buttermilk ranch . . . and when i correct them they say its the same thing. if you dont know the stuff at your own work . . . theres a reason why you're working at a fast food joint when your 30 years old. after asking for the house dressing again after explaining to them its not the same thing. they tell me they dont have any when i clearly see in plain view. and when i point to it and say its right there they end up giving me attitude because their obese butts dont want to walk 2 steps to grab it. fail customer service read more

Wish I could give this a zero. Wow! Just had the crappiest service ever! I have never had to leave a drive thru in my life but today's interaction was a first. So we pull up and order 2 of their Jalapeno combo which was on promo for $4.99. "Would you like to go large?" Ok sure. "So your total is $26." What!? Uhhh...no I think you have that wrong. "No sir, you went large so the combo came out to $14." Really it costs $10 to go large? "Yes sir. That is what you ordered. One second. No that is correct." We said forget it and got stuck in the drive thru. We pull up and ask to talk to a manager. The gal apologized and said the first girl had it wrong and thats why she took over. We said she was incredibly rude. All the while the idiot who messed up is trying to chime in back of her as the other girl tells her to go away. The car in front of us asked for a refund as well. With burger combos topping over $10 you can use that price increase to teach your employees some class. I wouldn't put up with that behavior in a sit down restaurant with more affordable pricing let alone a fast food joint! read more
