Service was terrible yesterday at 3:00pm. There were 4 people in the lobby and at least 4 employees. SLOW! I only ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a milkshake. It took almost 25 minutes to get my order. I ordered two combos, western burger and famous star, no cars in front or back, but still asked to pull around to the front and wait for the order. You would assume that meant the meal would be fresh, wrong. The fries were cold, and the bottom bun of the hamburger was stale. I don't mind the increasing cost of food, I want to support workers to get a better wage, but put someone in that position that has sensations in their hands, bro couldnt tell the fries were cold or the bun was hard, were they putting the food together with mittens on? Maybe they can explain the less than luke warm patty. I gave them 2 stars because the replaced my order, correcting the error from before. With a L under their belt; you think they'd even make fresh ones or even warm food? Who am I kidding. These people who demand $15 an hr, but yet they can't even treat a customer they themselves want to be treated. I didn't want to here too much in the first place but my boyfriend really wanted to and then I remember all over again why I dislike the chain in the first place. The staff here are really rude. The cashier kept rushing me to finish and cutting me off in the middle of my sentence to ring me up. I understand it was during lunch rush but I wasn't being slow about my order. We ordered a couple of Carl's Jr grilled chicken salads. Not the most expensive item on the menu but definitely not the cheapest. I am not a soda drinker and I asked for a cup of water and she said they don't give out any cups for water, I would have to buy the dasani water bottle which is way over priced. Last week my husband and some friends when to have breakfast there, all of them are in the trucking industry and as you may know there's couple stores for truck divers, the decided to go and get stuff for their trucks and the others went home, my husband left the car in the restaurant parking lot and when he came back they had already towed his car, that is fuck up, he consume there and you tow the car, is not like the had customers waiting for a parking space, that place was empty. I have been to many Carl's Jr. And I have to say, this is the worst one I have been to. The customer service is horrible and they basically want you in and out as soon as possible. I've had so many orders come out wrong. The biggest one is ordering something without cheese, and receiving it with cheese. Even when I would ask them at the end of the order "that's without cheese right?" And receive a "yes, no cheese" and still some how receive my burger with cheese. I wouldn't mind having cheese if I weren't lactose intolerant. I would go back to correct the order, but being on lunch break, I don't have much time to spare to go back and deal with it. So I end up just trying to take off as much cheese as possible. Another reason why this is the worst Carl's Jr. I've been to, the drive thru is so unorganized! 8 out of 10 times that I have driven through the drive thru, I was asked to park on the side and they would bring my order out. The two times they didn't ask me to do that because there was no cars in the drive thru besides mine. So peace of advice, if you're going through the drive thru and see another car behind you; be prepared to asked to move and park on the side of the restaurant to wait. I hope things here change, but looking at other reviews, seems unlikely. read more

I don't normally do a lot of fast food reviews, but the dollar burgers from Carl's are one hell of a deal. They blow the Jack in the Box dollar burgers out of the water. They make them just the way I like them: raw onion with ketchup and mustard, no cheese, no lettuce, no tomato. I've been eating my burgers like that for decades. I had a couple the other night on a whim. Excellent item. The chocolate shake kind of sucked though. The fried zucc was perfect as always, although one mediocre-sized order of that item will run you 25 cents more than both the burgers will. Oh well. Try the zucc my way just once: squeeze some fresh lemon juice over them, then sprinkle them with grated Parmesan. So much better than the nasty ranch dressing everyone else puts on. I had an awful experience here on 7/13/18. Me and another customer walked in to recieve service and When we got to the counter we had enough time to look at thit menu to see what we wanted. Then Kevin told us to get out we are closed. I told him the door was opened and it was not my fault we were able to walk in. Then he said yes it was my fualt and i need to learn how to read. So he refused service to 3 customers. He said the lobby closed at 11pm but it was 11:40 when we walked in. Kevin blamed me the customer for wanting service. This is horrible. I am not sure what kind of restaurant they are running here he gave me so much attitude and was rude to all of us. Can't expect to much from fast food employees these days unfortunately especially when visiting this particular Carl's Jr. I think it's great that the company hires people with disabilities but i don't agree with having them in a position where they have to deal with customers and have their emotional disabilities hinder the task of taking a simple food order or request to the point to where they're even confused to where they are working. My poor cashier stated to me several times how they do things at McDonald's and I had to remind her she was at Carl's Jr. All I simply requested was to purchase 2 extra bbq sauces with my chicken star order. Aside from the rudeness and complete ego trip she decided to have while telling me I cannot buy anymore because they're running low. she also proceeded to tell me how McDonalds wouldn't sell Me Anymore so she can't either. I really hope she can learn to just take a simple food order or request without losing it mentally so she can one day do much better in life than just working at a fast food place.
