Worst carls jr I have ever been to!!!! Worst burgers and sodas I ever seen. Quality of food is the worst!!!!!

I went to their 24 hour drive through at about 3:15 am after work and they didnt respond to the beeping of the drive through monitor as if they are hiding or something ! I guess they were all on a break and didnt care about one measley customer ! read more

Watch out for the tweakers by the entrance begging. Food is great at this unit, but the cups they give out have the strength barely more than a sandwich bag. For $2 you would think they could provide a sturdier cup. even the free paper ones most places get from the soda companies are stronger. read more

This is a regular stop for me, and a lot of other track people, when I visit Auto Club Speedway. I particularly like that they have Poweraid as one of their drink options as the last thing I want after 1/2 a day in the sun is sugary soda. Mind you, their sodas are never mixed properly anyway so I wouldn't pay money for them. Today, on a nice hot day, AFTER placing our order, we discovered that they were out of Poweraid. How can that be? Since the employee taking our (small) order messed it up and we had to repeat it three times I decided there was a chance he could be mistaken and asked to see the manager. The manager confirmed they were out of Poweraid and would not get another shipment until Tuesday (1/2 a week away!). Judging from his body language and attitude it was clear that he didn't see this as his problem and that he was desiring for us to go away so he could get back to his office. I can think of several positive business management solutions to this Poweraid problem, but first the manager would have to care about doing his job. p.s. I have been to my more than a few Carl's and by far this is the worst one. I ordered a chicken salad thru drive simple enough so I thought. Well first of all they made me pull to the side and wait about 5 min. Once I got home the chicken salad did not very good. The chicken was stright out of the charbroiler, the cheese was all melted stuck to the chicken. Got only lettuce no carrots no purple lettuce no cucumber no crutons. gone here at night from 12-3 and the night crew is terrible with so much attitude and give no sauce and when you ask for some they say they ran out they are the worst they hide sometimes at night to not take orders read more

Terrible service, went in there and order two steak nachos, the chef forgot the steak ... so went back inside to see if they can fix the order, chef admit he forgot the steak- cashier didn't want to redo the order and told us they could just add the steak! Ugh nasty I don't want no one adding nothing just redo the order. Actually that food shouldn't be brought back to the kitchen cause it's already bad.. it's been contaminated and she want to add the steak to it...that's just not right and this was the same cashier that assist us when we ordered. And she was trying to give us a hard time about if u don't have the receipt we can refund for u since we can't redo the order. Terrible read more

It's 10:40pm and Diana not only charged and gave me the incorrect drive Thur order, but when I brought it up to her attention that something wasn't right, she started being very rude, yelling and then threw my change. I'm outraged and will not be doing business with this location again. read more

I was in yesterday from 12pm to 12:20 and I was disgusted by the poor hygiene of the General Manager and the crew. In that time period I didn't see a single person wash their hands. The worst part was the G.M though. I watched him walk out of the walk in with two hand fulls of raw meat patties and place them into the charbroiler with his gloves on then with the same gloves he was preparing burgers. He was touching produce with contaminated gloves. I called the corporate office and they said they would take care of it and call me but that hasn't happened. read more

Worst service ever. Gave us burnt fries and just a handful of fries. Went to complain and the lady started arguing with me that they were not burnt when I was showing it to her. She continued to argue with me after she brought my new ones. read more

It was 3am going from one job to another and I decided to stop and eat here ignoring the other reviews. Let me just say the food was basic, I ordered a three piece chicken strip combo they were generous with the fries which may have been a moot point considering how dirty the place appeared, if I had more than 30 minutes to get from one job to the next I would have asked for a refund and left. read more

Ok. This is last entry for these clowns. The first time I came here I must have caught them on a good day or something because everything went great! BUT, as is unfortunately typical of fastfood, they keep screwing up the order. As I'm writing this, I can hear the manager apologizing for screwing up yet one more order! Surreal! I'm not typically an overly patient person (contrary to popular belief.......whaddaya mean you don't know who the hell I am?!? Nm.) These people have screwed up my order, get this, 5 days in a row! Today was last time I feel like putting up with this nonsense! Is there anything worse than somebody who's only job is to get what's clearly printed on a screen/receipt put it on a tray and send it off but can't do it WHILE you are on a time budget??? When I used to think of carls jr I used to think of pricey burgers but really good service. I liked how you guys used to be above the rest when it came to providing accurate, speedy, and friendly service amongst the local fast food chains. BUT this location bombed it for me. I'll drive the extra 2 miles elsewhere and be treated as a valued customer than to be remind of the upsetting yet ridiculous incident that happened last week. The girl in the drive thru was rude because she didn't want to do 2 separate orders for me and even said with an attitude that we can either go through the drive thru a second time and complain the next day to a manager or we can cancel our order all together . Then when she and some help came to my vehicle to bring my food out, I discovered that she ordered my food wrong. She wasn't the slightest apologetic and then proceeded to go back in and charge me for more food and bring out the rest of my order. Horrible attitude and effort. I'm blown away.
