The lady that helped us was very nice, although I felt a vibe from her that she knew she was giving us old food. When we got the order I tried the fries first and they were warm but hard; I hoped that the burgers would be better. And they were not. I went for the drive through option because it was are and coming back from Santa Clara. However the food was good and it's usually clean even when I took the inside to eat. The worst! I don't expect much from fast food places, to be honest, but today was the last straw. I went specifically for the burger "MADE FROM A PLANT"! It is not as good as the Impossible Burger 2.0, BUT, it is $6.00 cheaper! That puts it into the ballpark! The Impossible Burger is a char broiled wonder, and It is absolutely incredible! Ay Yi Yi I like Carl's Jr., and so I was excited when I finally went here with my family on Saturday. I can understand, though, why there are mainly negative reviews for this location. Our total was $24.56, and my wife and I were just marginally satisfied with our food (my son is only 1, and he just had some snacks- one of my hookers offered her tata, but she quickly retracted it when my wife shot her a look). I ordered twice, but only received 1 receipt. Our first cashier was friendly and quick (she impressed me). Our second cashier was nice, but kind of slow (I only ordered 1 item, and I didn't like that she made me repeat myself). I was mad at myself. I remembered to bring my camera, but forgot to charge the battery earlier. It basically died right away. I would have otherwise posted at least 2 more photos (I feel even worse now because my photo is the only one). If you eat inside, your food will be brought to you (our server was friendly). If you want any condiments, make sure you ask. I didn't realize at first that there's no condiment area, and so I had to ask for ketchup at the counter (I was given plenty). (I feel a little bad for the staff here. Our first cashier found herself busy catering to some customers. I'm a big believer in cashiers only serving as cashiers.) There are 2 fountain machines. They're small, but they each feature 10 selections. Before we left, I got a refill of Cherry Coke. It was good overall, but a bit watery. There are also 2 nice TV's inside. Commercials for Carl's Jr. play every so often (for the most part, good music is played). It was clean inside when we went (one reviewer went here when things were "nasty"). The seating capacity is 18 outside (it's in need of some repair, but the area is enclosed and fairly spacious), and 64 inside (I counted the chairs, but, to be safe, I had a blueprint drawn up and asked someone from NASA to send me satellite images). I smiled when a Pet Club employee ate her lunch outside (she looked nervous when we walked by, but it's not like my wife and I were going to report her). Ted's Drugs is also part of the shopping center (my wife and I laughed because it made us think of an old coworker of mine). The parking lot is old and somewhat tight. There are a good number of spots, though. Note: All prices include tax. Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger (Medium Combo- $8.70): 8/10. My patties were a bit dry, but otherwise fine. I received a decent amount of bacon, and the slices were meaty. My small onion ring fit perfectly inside the large one. They were both pretty good. My fries were tasty, and my wife helped herself to some. As I thought, my meal didn't quite fill me up (that's why I ordered some other items). Single Memphis BBQ Burger (Medium Combo- $8.48): 7/10. My wife liked her burger overall (she could have done without them, but thought that her pulled pork and crispy onion strings were good), but will order a regular one next time (she "should have ordered what [I] did"). "They suck." My wife ordered Sweet Potato Fries. I had one, and it was bland. She wanted to try them and quickly regretted it. Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders (3 pieces for $3.70; 5 for $5.44): 8/10. They're tasty, but tiny! As a result, they're overpriced. Hand-Scooped Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich ($1.84): 8/10. The sandwiches were just introduced late last year. My vanilla ice cream was nice, and there were large chocolate chips. The sandwiches are a bit small. I also found my cookies to be a little doughy. Chocolate Cake ($1.84): 8/10. My wife devoured hers, but the cakes are quite small. You can also order chocolate chip cookies or various shakes and malts. I didn't see any slices, but Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake may be available too. I wish the menu at Carl's Jr. was more diverse. I partly prefer Jack in the Box because of how many selections there are. You can also have breakfast at any time. This location isn't terrible, but it needs some work. If I could give this location negative stars, I definitely would. I stopped by this location around 8pm to order food thru drive thru. The person taking order could not understand the order so I decide to go inside. Even worse experience. The location was full of people so I thought it was just a busy night. It was not. It was all the employees and their families sitting around to do potluck and do gift exchange. What was more disappointing, the male Manager and employees made handmade sign stating "Charbroiler is broken-store closed". How stupid is that? All employees in uniforms were sitting in the common sitting areas, eating and hanging out. They could care less for customers. I am positive I will not go back to this location or recommend anyone.
