Service is always great at this location and they are in the middle of renovating their drive thru lines. I'm curious how it will look and if it will help with traffic congestion driving past the drive thru lines. For now they are still open for drive thru and they have someone running the orders out to you. The only issue is if someone in front of you doesn't get their food then you have to wait till they get their food to move your car forward. Also if the customer in front of you checks their bags then you have to wait for them to finish and leave. Right now you just need patience when going through the drive thru lines. I visited Chick-fil-A on Monday and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I normally order medium fries with salt, but this time I specifically requested them with no salt. When I received my order, I literally had about eight waffle fries in the container. I brought this to a staff member's attention, and she spoke with the manager on duty, Anthony. He initially told me that this was the normal amount of fries given for a medium. I explained that I frequently visit this location and have never received only eight waffle fries with a medium order. Anthony then told me that I received less because I requested the fries with no salt. I strongly disagreed with this explanation. Whether a customer orders fries with salt or without salt, the portion size should be the same. If anything, I expected the same quality and quantity of food regardless of that request. What disappointed me most was that there was no attempt to make the situation right. Chick-fil-A has always had a reputation for excellent customer service and going above and beyond for its customers, which is why this experience was especially frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers should receive a consistent portion regardless of whether they request salt on their fries. read more

Forewarning.... Do not order from this location and especially curb side for pick up. We waited 20 minutes and our order status on their app was no longer showing any type of status. We watched while all of the other curbside orders delivered and assumed they accidentally gave our order to another car. We went in to find our order sitting on their pick up counter. We came here during the peak lunch hour on a weekday and it was unsurprisingly packed! The parking lot was full although it's a bit tiny and cramped, the line to order was busy, and the dining area was lively. Fortunately, it seemed they had the staff to support the lunch rush and many of the orders seemed to be pretty small and simple. What was surprisingly was that they individually walk up to you and hand you or order as opposed to you having to walk up to a counter or rack to pick it up. They do have a mobile app that occasionally will have deals and rewards available to redeem and allows you to order in advance for either curbside or in-store pickup. We chose the latter as we had to hop over to another location afterwards. The app is pretty easy to use and has vibrant colors and pictures to help with the ordering process. The menu is quite simple; you're basically going to come here for the chicken sandwich - and you pick either the spicy or non-spicy variety and get a choose or choose to go with it. They also have sides like waffle fries to indulge in as well. What's nice is that the sandwiches come protected in a cardboard box so it doesn't get squashed with the rest of your food. The sandwich maintains its structure and temperature quite well. With each bite, you get a good crisp and juicy piece of chicken meat and the tang of the pickles and sauce that goes with it. The spice on the spicy deluxe isn't too hot but it does give a nice kick for those who rarely take heat in their food. The sandwich in itself is quite filling which makes the price point for the sandwich seem fair. It's not a whole lot of food from the looks for it but it does keep you full for a bit. The location is clean and well lit from the many windows. There were plenty of tables and chairs but many of them were occupied by patrons. I have never written a review before as a food service worker I never felt the need to do it. I've never felt annoyed or disrespected enough to leave a review but today I went to the Chick-fil-A location and I went through the drive-through and ordered. A young lady whose energy was already off, which is understandable. She is outside in the heat, where it takes a turn is when I ask if she could ADD lettuce to my sandwich, she says yes, repeats the order saying ADD lettuce she proceeds to ring me up. I grabbed my food and drive home. This is about a 20 minute drive from my house I go home open the sandwich and realize that there is no bun on it. It is only lettuce and the chicken. I am obviously annoyed at this point because I already drove there now I have to drive back and nobody answered the phone when I tried to call. I get there and a man helps me out who I presume is the manager or supervisor he ask what the problem was. I tell him what I want bread, chicken, lettuce, and pickles. That is it. He proceeds to tell the kitchen staff what to remake. He repackages my food and I walk back to my car and check the food in case of anything, as soon as I grab the box I feel it is very light. I open it immediately, realizing that it was again only chicken and lettuce. I am very angry and annoyed at this point that I have to repeat myself for a second time after I already explained the situation and they gave me the same thing I had also asked for them to remake the other food as it was already cold because I had to drive back. They said they would, but the food was still cold when I entered the car overall a very bad experience.
