MINUS ONE MILLION STARS!!!!! Pulled in the drive-thru lane at 6:30pm, and the menu board - and window - are completely dark. When the order taker asks what we want, I ask "Are the lights out?" and he responds (after clearly NOT listening) "Side salad - anything else?". Really good customer service, came here before my train left at the Amtrak station down the street. Had some really good breakfast burritos and decent coffee, or maybe I added way too much creamer i don't know lol but overall really nice and comfortable seats and tables. Every time I order I stand in front of the register and watch the cooks prepare my burger. Yesterday when I went I witnessed the same person who was at the register taking my order had to cover for the cook, so she went from taking orders at the register and she started preparing my burger. Old high school spot that I decided to come in with the family. Wife had the craving for the el Diablo burger that her sis recommended so had to give it a shot. The place has had a makeover since I've been here last and like most typical fast food joints has the same casual ambience. The menu too has gone through some new upgrades with some burgers that will quench your appetite. Some downfalls were the overcooked onion rings and the burgers that tasted as if they were sitting for a bit. Pretty typical but got the itch in, I myself tried the American burger, kind of weird with the hot dog and chips in the middle. Burgers were real thick and a hot mess so you will definitely need some napkins. Service was pretty good and will bring out your food and provide condiments and sauces upon request. Above average service for a fast food joint and area isn't the greatest. In all had a good time out. read more
