Review for the new Beyond Burgers... They really did a good job with these. The texture is even more or less the same as I remember Carl's Jr., which have a thicker grind than a lot of burgers (again, at least from what I remember). I've had them from this location three times. Two times they were a little drier (not as good). The third time they were cooked less and were much better. As for the burgers, they could be a little more generous with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. But, I give huge kudos to Carl's Jr. for creating such a good veggie burger, which is something that us vegetarians have waited a long time for. That in and of itself is enough for a good review. My only complaint is that they should just have a separate "Beyond" menu, where you say, "give me the beyond X," and they just do it, rather than having to explain you want to substitute patty by patty. Service here is a little slow, but the people are nice. Four stars. read more

When I got to be window to pay/pick up, I was worried that since it was late, the food quality would suffer. But it was so far from that! The burger was fresh, tasted great, and the fries were the same. Clearly made to order at this hour, hot, fresh and with a good amount of salt. Fast food is best when it's hot and this was! Ordered the #1 combo w/ fries and medium Coke. They were busy but never stopped smiling and never got frantic- just efficient. They handed me my cup & I taste-tested the coke (you know at some places it can be too syrupy or too fizzy with little taste) but, this was just right and perfectly cold for a 102 degree afternoon in Vegas. Tables were clean and comfy. Soon my food was brought to the table and I was asked if I needed anything else. Nope. Just ready to bite into this delicious looking burger. I wasn't disappointed. I love Carl's Jr because they flame grill their burgers, which makes them taste like home. Sesame seed bun was warm & soft. Shocked this location has 3 stars! Went tonight, no one else was in the dining room but my mom and I. We placed our order and every time we added an onion ring order the girl behind the counter said ugh another one! The fryer makes it lady not you! So we wait, then another woman puts our entire order in ONE bag - she puts it on the counter and walks away, I walk over and it topples onto the floor! My mom tries to get her attention and nothing we finally get her attention. In a huff she prints our order again and tells the other workers to do it over, we even said just the fried food as the burgers were still In their wrappers. The other woman (who complained about the onion rings) says we have to do it again!? We wait, the young man puts all our food into one bag (face smack) but this time he handed it to me. Who puts 2 burgers, 3 onion rings, chicken tenders, 2 fried zucchinis and condiments in one bag!? Funny, Yelp says to keep in mind this is covid time and they are doing their best pfft yea right! I'm not really understanding why every single time I order them on DoorDash at night time, the food always comes very cold & undercooked. This problem with ordering fast food at night time & employees not caring or doing the work right is really becoming an issue. It doesn't matter what time of day you work, the job should be done the right way every single time. This has happened to me from this location about 4-5 times now & I give up on giving them my business. This time I ordered a chicken sandwich, they said they were out of chicken sandwiches, instead I got a cheeseburger not how I asked it to be made, it was very undercooked & cold, did not taste good at all. Then even the fries, same issue every time, they were very cold & very hard. That is just not okay, somebody could get food poisoning due to this. As I said I'm done giving this location my business. I am mad that Carl's Jr. now offers the breakfast burger 24 hours a day. As hard as I tried to resist my favorite breakfast sandwich, the Carl's sign called for me. Pretty much all Carl's taste the same. The nice thing about this place is that it is new. The reason I am giving this place 5 stars is because the staff was very nice. This location is always out of half their drink options and you tend to wait long in the drive thru (at least 10-15 minutes). Today we waited over thirty minutes in the drive thru line because there isn't enough staff. We couldn't get out of the line because the other cars in front of us we waiting for their things. I experienced a horrible service at this Carl's junior that I go to frequently not only were we havent received the items that we asked for but when we went back to talk to the worker who was working, he not only slam the window in our face he also threaten to call the cops which he did , and blamed us for barbecue that he didn't give us. The food is OK. I work nearby so it's an easy walk. The wait time is horrendous. I went back the other day, around 10 am, ordered the $5 chicken strip meal to eat there. I waited 20 min. The fries were hot but the chicken strips way overcooked. I've had these before at other Carl's Jr. But this place is worst I've tried so far. They are short-staffed, with two people working a lot of the times. One to cook, the other to take orders for both drive thru and patrons inside. I honestly don't know how they compete with the surrounding new business including Cane's and Del Taco. Cane's is always packed but the wait time is usually shorter because they have a bigger staff. The staff here is very nice but they lack the supporting staff to attend to guests properly and provide proper food. It's a nice area, I hope they get better. read more
