As far as Carl's Jr.'s go, this is a good one. I've only ordered food at their drive-thru so I'm not sure what it's like inside. The food is always hot and well cooked. The staff is friendly and asks if we want sauces. Food is ready quickly! Not Carl's Jr.'s fault but the parking lot is very oddly designed. Just make sure you follow the signs. read more

Okay, not quite good. This is ridiculous, I order a Famous Star combo. As a former Assistant Manager fir the chain, I know EXACTLY how a Feamous Star is CORRECTLY built, and what we got was a joke. A two inch wide slice of tomato, and 3/4 of a similarly sisd slice of onion, and about half a much lettuce as prescribed. The irritating part is I like my Famous Stars with extra pickles, lettuce, tomato, and onion, and they want to charge for each... after not even giving what the corporation says in their guidelines? Do they deduct the value of tomato and onion from my wife's when she says she doesn't want them? Isn't it defrauding customers to charge for extra, then not credit the same amount for deletions? Back in AZ I got tired of one chain pulling this, delivering an inferior product that looked nothing like the menu board, and threatened to sue. The RM came in and fixed it. don't order the french toast "dips" they are dryer than the powdered sugar and for some reason you have to ask for syrup...they are called dips but come with nothing to dip them in? kinda seems a little bit like false advertising. not wasting my time here again, i wish i was over exaggerating but i'm sure my pictures do me some justice and save you time. read more

Every time I've been here thru the yrs the people hsve siesta been very friendly, very efficient & very helpful. As a 54 year old and being a fan of my Carl's Big Country breakfast burrito for years this had to be the most disappointing burrito visit I ever had. This time we had this new bacon burrito and I would have to say whoever prepared and wrapped this burrito had no clue on how to make a burrito. It's as if it was wrapped inside out, it looks like it was folded, squished with their hand and wrapped on the package. Of course I didn't expect it to be hot after driving to go get it but the cheese wasn't even melted. As for the cheese I could be wrong but there was a slice instead of shredded cheese. After literally 10 attempts to call starting as soon as I walked in the door nobody had answered their phone. I finally drove to the location around 10:30 am and asked for the manager, they said the manager had just left so I left my number and had no call back all day. My last call in the afternoon and was told again the manager was not there. I think there was no manager there all day. I work out of state and am gone for months at a time and where I work there is no Carl's Jr that's why I'm so disappointed. I make a good living and am not looking for a free meal over a $5 burrito. Without management and discussion to employees when preparation is not up to par how will things improve to there customers. Worst service I've ever experienced. I went inside to place an order, after being passed by twice by the same employee, observed by three others, the drive thru employee asked me, "do you need something?" I had been inside at the counter for 7 minutes at that point. I told her I would to place an order, she told me that I needed to go through the drive thru to do so. I went through thr drive thru, and by the time I'd reached the window I'd been at Carl's Jr for 25 minutes. I had my payment collected by the same employee that walked past me twice without acknowledging me while I was inside. I was then told to pull into a parking space to wait for my order. I politely declined citing I had already waited inside then was instructed to wait outside. Another employee demanded I pull forward. I again politely declined. My order was simple, consisted of 3 items commonly ordered, and I had already waited 25 minutes, so I felt I may be forgotten if I pulled I to a parking spot. My window was pounded on, and I was told to move into a parking spot. I again politely declined. She refused to serve me, canceled my order and said, "now you can leave!" I don't think I deserved that considering I had already done what she asked, and had waited 25 minutes for a cheeseburger, fries, and fry sauce. She refused to provide my order, and then glared at me while I counted my refund. I went to a Wendy's after being refused service from Carl's Jr teenaged staff member, and as I drove past on my way home from Wendy's, the car that was in front of me was STILL waiting in the parking lot. read more

Not fresh. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich this evening with a combo. My spicy chicken tasted like it was made yesterday. Tasted stale and kinda chewy. After one bite I threw the rest away. I work in the industry and at my workplace, the standard for food freshness is very high. This is unacceptable. Arrived at the restaurant at 11:05 pm on a Saturday, only to find that the drive thru was open and not the dining area, which was ok. We pulled into the drive thru and waited behind another car for at least 5 minutes before we heard them help the people in front of us. This took another 5 minutes. At long last we got up to the terminal, and we waited and were not greeted until my sister said, "Hello?" To which the response was "yeah, order when you're ready." Ive worked fast food before so I thought, yeah, that's okay, the girl in the drive thru must be annoyed that we're here an hour before close. Placed our two separate orders and were given clipped, curt answers in response. You know how you can hear someone smiling when they speak? I could hear her frown like a megaphone. We pulled up and waited behind the first customer. And waited. And waited. We saw no one at the window. After 10 minutes I asked my sister to back out and go to McDonalds or any other place, but she was insistent on her cheap below-average-but-still-okay-ish food. Despite my growing annoyance, we stayed behind the other car for another ten minutes. It was now 11:26, and I was understandably irritated. There were at least two people in the store. Unless they shut off their grills an hour before closing (a big no-no in my food experience) I still can't think of an excuse. At 11:30, the car in front of us rolled out and we pulled up. We were greeted coldly and with no semblance of kindness, she merely stated the prices and returned our change. Then she closed the window and disappeared again. 11:33. Our food comes out the window in two brown bags without so much as a "good night." Upon opening, no receipts to be found. Every time I have stopped by a Carl's Jr, they have asked me if I want my receipt. This time, no questions, no pleasantries, nothing. We ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and a double cheeseburger. All four had a tiny amount of sauce (mayo and ketchup respectively). We ended up driving home to apply our own condiments. By the time we ate, it was 11:40. 35 minutes in a drive thru, with only 2 cars? Ridiculous. Poor customer service. We felt like an annoyance to the employees. You're still open, you still have to deliver on your service and sense of urgency. TL;DR disappointed but not surprised. Go to McDonalds, right down the road, or there's a Wendy's, a Taco Bell, a KFC all just across the freeway. Dont waste your time here. read more

This has got to be the slowest fast food location in the world. Every time I come here, whether I'm the only one in the drive thru or 10 cars back, it takes a lifetime to get your food. I love Carl's Jr. and this location is close to my house but this was the worst experience I had at a fast food place ever and I want the whole world to know a about it. First of all I had to repeat my 2 item order 3 times to the the person working the register. 30 minutes later I'm being handed items that aren't even mine but the guy is sorry because he "haven't slept in a few days". Another 10 minutes pass by and I have my order. All is well. I get home and my hand breaded chicken still has raw uncooked batter on it. Isn't cooked and it's absolutely horrific. Carl's Jr is pretty much my go to fast food when I want a quick and cheap burger. I never expect excellence when I hit up a fast food place. This location is on my way home and never super busy. The drive thru isn't the fastest but not the slowest. Food is always the quality I expect and I. Never disappointed at all. If there service was a bit faster I would give them 5 stars. Came through at 10:10pm - cashier could not remember which drink was which and had to wait 20 mins for chicken strips.

Horrible horrible place, the people are incredibly rude and the food leaves much to be desired. It's worth the drive to go anywhere else.

Stopped here after bowling league yesterday to gwt dinner on the way home. They werent busy at all. Ordered a steak burrito, burger combo large and a chicken tender combo medium. Went to the window to pay the lady there was rude. Thats fine with me but she then gives me my drinks and my bag of food. I drive home and find out she only put a burger and a burrito in the bag. No fries no chicken tender meal. Called them and the guy that answered told us we need to come back and he will give us the food after they make it. I told him i cant comeback since i have to get up at 3am to go to work. Terrible service at this location and its sad because Carls Jr. Used to be great. read more

I had ordered Burgers from carl's in the past but Only from the one On entertainment and Overland down by Costco and across from Chuck O rama, They were always good and the people there were nice, zero complaints. This place though OMG! wtf. 1st we were dining in, we ordered two meals with the fish sandwiches , supposedly beer battered Cod, what we got after having just walked from the counter to the table with this mess was unbelievable. it looked like someone had sat on them, the fries were short, hard and cold. when I went back up to he counter casually as to not make a scene, and described what was up I was looked at for a second and then told hmm, well sorry .. thats how they are. and that was that. the counter person just went in back with no resolution. If I was alone i would have raised some hell but I was not and I didn't want to ruin the great date we were having so I left. but i will be reporting this BULL CRAP everywhere I can. seriously. these sandwich buns were thinner than the super thin supposed fish, the lettuce was wilted and old looking, mine actually had a big brown spot in the middle, and the tarter sauce was translucent like mayo that was left too close to the stove for a few hours. imagine that now and you will get it. read more

I told myself a trip before that I wouldn't be back but tonight I made an exception and decided to give them another chance. I have no idea how this location is still in business with the quality of food I've gotten there. My wife ordered a #10 the last 2 Times we've been there, if you don't know it's a lettuce wrapped burger, both times we've gotten home it's a regular burger with a bun. The fries tasted and the temperature of said fries has me thinking they cook as many fries as they can when they open and that's the fries you get at 7pm as well. This is the foulest Carl's Jr that I have ever been to. Gross does not describe the experience. First, the food we ordered was cold, I mean cold (Fries. Chicken strips, etc...). Second, there were only two employees working when we came in by the time we left. We sat down at 7 pm on a Tuesday. Two female employees came in from outside the store, placed their purses under the counter and started working with the food without washing their hands. We used to go to Carl's Jr. just for fries or the zucchini coins, but NOW with the Beyond Burger, my husband can eat here regularly. Every time we go to Carl's Jr. now, we both get the Beyond Burger and it is delicious every time. (The customer service has improved at this location as well).I can't tell you how much this means to us as vegetarians, you don't even understand how long it has been since I've been able to go to a fast food place and order a burger without having to say "without X, with X." I literally go up to the window and order the Beyond Burger and I'm like "That's the plant based burger right?" And they're like "yeah!" We aren't treated like we are weird for wanting it.
