Worst service I've ever had. I ordered 2 street tacos and a 5 piece chicken tenders Togo. It took 22 minutes and when I got in the car and left my wife open up the bag we had 2 tacos and a chicken sandwich. I've said before I'd never stop there again, this time I mean it. Never again. read more

It's fast food. That said, it's not as if anyone in their right mind would walk in and expect something that astouding Nevertheless, this restaurant managed to kill every hope and dream I had when I walked in. First of all, it was empty. Which is always ominous considering this is technically a hub for truckers and travelers to stop and refuel. Second, the employees acted as if we were wasting their time by studying the menu. I'm sorry that I don't know what I want 5 seconds into my visit. Not only that, they stared- STARED- at us the entire time with contempt. We waited for 25 minutes for 5 meals. 25 minutes. The food was sloppily made. Fast food is not a paragon of gourmet cooking but come on. My food should not look like vomit. To top it all off, I paid an extra 2 dollars for a handmade bun that they didn'thave. Don't know why this place gets such crappy reviews, everything was great. We got our food quickly, everything tasted great, and the service was fine. If you're passing through, and looking for a good place to eat in Needles, this Carl's Jr. is a great choice. read more

This was my first stop in town not only did they not have enough staff my food wasnt hot as the cashier said our food all got to the table at separate times and they didnt have house dressing ... Poor service , manager was taking our order stopped in the middle to take the drive through order with two other people at counter then she brought us wrong order, when she got our order she came have way over went back to take a order left our food on counter my wife had to go get it. The restaurant is always dirty, The bathroom is always filthy and worst of all the service sucks. They are soo slow if there are instructions on how to put a nurger together they don't have them. Normally I would never bother with feedback or reviews but this place clearly needs help. On top of everything they have a very familiar tone when they speak to you, when they bother to acknowledge your presence. I'm done with this place. read more

Absolutely disgusting place to eat even for a fast food joint. Flies are everywhere, all the tables are dirty, had smudges all over the doors and windows, bathrooms dirty, workers would rather stand around and chit chat. Had to wait 15 minutes for a cheeseburger. All in all it's better to go to the jack in the box or push through to Barstow or Kingman. read more

Excellent this place has gone down hill for a couple of years. As I continue to go to this location it has defiantly gotten a whole lot better in these past months the night people have improved tremendously as my food got order fast. Some people on here have had a horrible experience but it's gotten better with taste and the new crew has been amazing defiantly a power group holding up the wits of that restaurant. read more

This Carl's Jr was horrible. Don't get me wrong, I love Carl's Jr. They were very, very slow. It took the guy 5 times to get our order correct. It also took about 30 minutes in the drive thru to get our order. When we got our order, everything was correct. Fast food is meant to be fast, not a 45 minute experience. read more

This was not a good experience. Bathrooms and restaurant were both dirty. Soda was watered down and flat. Food was tasteless. Waited 20 minutes for food. Will drive and hour further to Kingman for In-N-Out next time. I used to be a Carl's Jr employee and our store was super clean. This place was disgusting. read more

I have been to this location a few time when I was passing through the area, twice back in September and then a few days ago. On a previous occasion the service was slow but they were very apologetic saying they had just had a whole tour bus of people come in so I was patient. This past time a few days ago was awful, they had 2 employees in the cooking area and one guy to take orders for the drive thru and the walk ins. He never greeetes us or said I'll be right with you, then when he finally came to the register I thought he was ready to take my order so I started to order and he said wait a minute and then left again. When we finally got our food at least 15 minutes later it was gross. My western bacon cheese burger had no bacon on it and the bun was super dry, my dad's sandwich came with stuff on it we were told did not come on it and we all agreed our food just didn't taste good. I don't think I will be wasting my time or money here again. read more

When I saw how dirty the door was when we walked in and a spill on the floor unattended to we should have turned around. The most disgusting experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We got most of our money back for the food they didn't know they were out of when we ordered it. Hmmmm! Take pride In your job no matter what it is and provide a spotless place for people to enjoy their food. How you have a grade A is beyond me! I never take the time to write a good or poor review but this is a time I just had too! I hope we don't get sick from what little we did eat. I just waited 35 minutes to get my family's food. then I waited a few minutes more to get the shake I order et. the pace was very understaffed. the person at the register was helping not only the busy store bur taking drive throgh orders. he was very nice and polite. the problem was how unorganized he seemed. when finally the food came it was Luke warm and the fries were so dissapointing. read more

Yummy food. Always dirty inside and out. 20 to 40 minutes to get your food no matter how busy or not. Most of the time they forget your order items, and didn't give you a receipt to prove your order. Which means 40 more minutes wait. Plus last time both my orders of fries were placed upside down in the bag. read more
