Disgustingly filthy from the bathrooms to the floors to the windows. Trash cams ALL overflowing. Bathroom worse than a gas station. Disorganized staff. Ridiculously long wait (at least 15 - 20 min). Ordered onion rings, but they gave us fries and said it was becsuse they would have to start a new batch of rings. Substandard food. That's 1 hour and $18 I'll never get back. We stopped here on our way to Arizona, pulling a trailer with our 2 dogs. The employees were very friendly and I decided, since it's New Years Eve, why not splurge a bit!! I ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers, fries.... you get the picture. We climbed back into the truck and started down the road only to discover that whoever the 'cook' was actually forgot to add the burger patties to the burger. And there's no way we could back. I have been to this Carls Jr quite a few times. Why? I don't know. I don't think the employees care too much about what's going on. Apparently it's way too difficult to get an order right once in awhile, or to make an order in a timely matter. The only reason I'm reviewing this is because it's just about every time I have gone. 15 min in the drive thru? and there's only one car ahead of me? We went here to satisfy my dad's coffee fix. I decided to get some breakfast so I got a bacon and egg burrito. I should have gotten the sourdough egg sandwich because the breakfast burrito left me feeling greasy. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and accepted my mom's coupons. There were only 2 workers; the lady taking our order and the lady cooking the food, so it was a slow process. We received a free burrito for the wait. Literally the worst Carl's Jr. I've ever been too. Last 2 river trips Ive decided to give this spot a shot on our way out and each time the food has been disgusting and the service horrible. Burgers cooked to a crisp, fries taste old and hard. This last time was it for me.. decided to give it one last shot on my way out this morning for breakfast before the long drive home and I pull into the drive thru at 10:18. The lady working the drive thru tells me she will be right with me even tho there are no cars in front of us. Literally 10 minutes later she says sorry for the delay what can I get you, I ask for the for the bacon egg and cheese breakfast burrito and she tells me they are no longer serving breakfast.. I asked if she was kidding and she said no we stop at 1030, at this point I could t believe what I was hearing.. I explained that she just had us waiting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and now that it was 1031 she wasn't going to take my breakfast order. She was super rude and shady. This place gives Carl's Jr a bad name. Fire the entire staff and put this spot out of its misery. Never coming here again. Wish I could give it negative stars! read more

I had a terrible experience here and I have never been disrespected as much as being here. Just to start off the cashier messed up our order 3 times. Then when we got our food 3 out of 6 of us had the wrong order given to us or our food was cold. Then when we took back the food, the "chef" was basically refusing to take it. When he took it back, it was not until everyone else was finished with their food until we got the food back. When we did get it back it was as if they just threw the burger in the microwave. When we called them out again the manager was very rude and the employees were talking crap to us. They told us to go somewhere else and one of the employees even said that they could meet us outside. Basically threatening us. I could leave 0 stars I would. What kind of well known establishment doesn't have a diaper changing station in their restroom. Especially in a place where most of your customers have been traveling for awhile. As a pregnant mom with an infant I had to kneel on the floor and place her on her mat in order to change her diaper. Passing through to get lunch. Wow!! I have never seen a manager loose so much control in a fast food restaurant until today. Every sandwich coming out was sent back for at least 5 min. Guy in drive thru just left. Screens were full of orders with minimal people in the store. My order was wrong 3 times. Everyone that was working lost the ball and were in panic mode you can tell. One girl just went to a register and put her head down. I felt sorry for them. Food was good once it was right but wow if I was the owner I think I would do some training. I stop through Carl's Thursday night 10-18-18. Keep in Mind I was in a bad mood when I first arrive. I've been traveling on the freeway for a while and was very hungry and had to use the bathroom. I was welcomed with a hello and welcome to Carl's. And I headed straight to the restroom upon me approaching the restroom the person in charge was in there cleaning and asked me politely to wait just a couple seconds. She quickly hurried and clean the restroom and was able to let me in right away. Then when I approached the counter to order my food again she welcomed me with a great big smile and asked what she could get for me, there was something about her personality that just made me feel welcomed and feel a lot better from my long trip. The food was great and the atmosphere in there was really awesome the employees all got along and we're laughing and having a good time and making a customers feel comfortable. read more

That said, it's not as if anyone in their right mind would walk in and expect something that astouding Nevertheless, this restaurant managed to kill every hope and dream I had when I walked in. First of all, it was empty. Which is always ominous considering this is technically a hub for truckers and travelers to stop and refuel. Second, the employees acted as if we were wasting their time by studying the menu. I'm sorry that I don't know what I want 5 seconds into my visit. Not only that, they stared- STARED- at us the entire time with contempt. We waited for 25 minutes for 5 meals. 25 minutes. The food was sloppily made. Fast food is not a paragon of gourmet cooking but come on. My food should not look like vomit. To top it all off, I paid an extra 2 dollars for a handmade bun that they didn'thave.
