I ordered online, and while everything was mostly to be expected, my son's chocolate milk was already opened. There's a tab to pull, and like most, you'd pull it to cleanly take of the tinfoil, but it was punctured in the middle to appear as if it was ok, so of course that's already a huge red flag. I came here for lunch on my short break. I got a double specialty burger. when I got back to the job site I found it only had one Patty however it was an excellent tasting burger. I was disappointed that I had paid for both patties but only received one (honest mistake) so after work I stopped in and not only did they give me another patty. They made me a whole fresh burger. I am crying FOUL for the corona price gouging fraud committed by Carl's Jr. Local restaurants are forced to close from government mandates but fast food chains still operate drive through service so Carl's has taken advantage of this. We are grateful that "our Carl's" was open through the COVID. Our orders are always special requests. They consistently prepare it to our taste and restrictions. They ACTUALLY LISTEN to your order. We eat at other West Jordan Restaurants, both sit-down and fast-food. This store is CONSISTENTLY SPOTLESSLY CLEAN...restrooms and dining room. There is heavy competition for "low-carb" and "lettuce wrap" in this neighborhood and they shine above the rest. Delightful!!! read more

Places like these are meant for teenagers or college students...even then they still don't listen and mess your order up! When does it end?! The soda machine with Strawberry Fanta has been malfunctioning for a week and still is not fixed. That's my boy's favorite drink.

Unfortunately this is the most convenient location on the way to my home... I have gone here many times and have never been impressed with this location. Today took me over the edge to finally write review. First, this location regularly closes an hour or so before their actual closing time. When you do get service, they always get the order wrong. Today, I pulled up to the drive through and was told to wait.. which was fine but no one else was on the drive through so it was a bit odd. Ten minutes later, I am informed that their credit card machine is down. That was fine because I had cash (but really? Make me wait 10 minutes without telling me the credit card machine was down). Whatever, I expect this location to be a bit shaky knowing their history. I order my food, nothing special, two combo meals with criss-cut fries. I pull up to the window and give my cash, then wait 15 more minutes for my order. They give me my a bag full of our food and forgot to give me the drinks so I remind him. We get our drinks and I realize when looking at our food that he only gave us one order of criss-cut fries. I tell them that they made a mistake and the man just says "sorry, I only charged you for one" ... REALLY? After making me wait so long you just say that you messed up and I not fix it? This may seem dramatic but there have been multiple issues with this location. Go to ANY other Carl's Jr. they are fantastic! I'm going to write a great review for my favorite one. This one should get a complete staff overhaul. It's terrible. Don't go here. The extra 5 minute drive to a different location is worth it. read more

The restaurant was almost empty on a sunday afternoon and we ordered 1 burger and 1 combo. It took them 20 minutes!!! So much for "fast food". We got our order and my burger was wrong, something completely different than what I've ordered. I asked the cashier for a refund, becase I wasn't willing to wait for another 20 minutes or so. I work in the customer service field and I know when we dont do things to our company standards nor the customer expectations we offer "something" to make up for the mistake. This Carl's Jr. is close to home, the customer service is always on point, always respectful, no interruption while ordering & they ALWAYS hand out Fresh food which is absolutely wonderful! An exceptionally big parking lot. The one & only reason I am giving this location a 4/5 Stars is because they almost always forget to give me my sauces & napkins.. I am a Drive thru type of person most of the time and those two items are pretty essential for me! read more

Usually this is the best Carl's in the valley BUT NOT TODAY. The manager must have changed along with the employees. My burger literally looked like someone stomped on it! How hard is it to make a burger without making the bread into paper! There weren't many fries AND they were cold and oily. Usually they are really good. I hope management is reading reviews. Horrible customer service and they are SLOOOOOOOOW!!!! Don't ever go if you are wanting a quick lunch. It'll easily be twenty minutes before you get your food. Even if you don't like your job, pretend you do so the customer doesn't feel like you're mad all the time.
