Ordered via the app for drive thru pick up. Surprisingly the items weren't as expensive as I thought and they had some really good deals. Pick up took longer than time estimated food would be done. I had special requests on all my burgers but only to add things such as extra jalapeños, extra onions, and grilled onions. So whyyyyy did my burgers all 6 of them come out dripping wet and inedible?! Then another burger came lettuce wrapped which I never asked for! Not sure if that was a sign for me to stop being a big back but that was the messiest one out of all of them especially since it was lettuce wrapped. Literally the absolute worst establishment I've ever been to. The manager Delila is very unprofessional, abusive and does not even know how to treat customers with respect. Its extremely dirty, the food gave me food poisoning and they've had countless issues to cause them to lose business i would not ever visit this establishment. I won't make this mistake again. This has been a go to restaurant due to the lack of quick things in our area but this is the last time I come here. It was 4:30 in the afternoon and there wasn't much business there. I ordered three piece chicken tenders and a side of fried zucchini in the drive thru. When I got to my destination and picked up the bag I realized how saturated the bottom of the bag was as well as the puddle it left on my seat. The only thing I can figure is they used a regular spoon to scoop the zucchini out of the fryer instead of a slotted spoon or letting them drain. I was not in such a hurry that they couldn't have taken two minutes to drain the darn things. If I wanted zucchini grease soup I probably could have made it myself. read more

I've actually always had a good experience at this Carl's Jr. The service is nice and food is just what I expected. Ordered a meatless burger for my vegetarian wife. It showed correctly on the screen but when I got home with her lunch she opened up to see the remnants of meat juice and pieces. Carl's Jr is one of my favorite fast food burger places, but this location is ridiculously incompetent. Placed our order (super simple since all 3 meals were the same) and a cool kid's combo. They tried to send us on our way without any of the drinks and we had to ask three times before they gave us 3/4 drinks. Waited for the 4th, then we had to change out the kid's combo drink because they gave us sprite instead of fruit punch. I'm not a genius, but I don't think it's rocket science to follow a drink order from a screen in front of your face. They overcharged us over $1 (just regular meals, no upgrades) for each meal combo AND the Cool Kid's Combo had no sauce for the chicken stars (asked for BBQ), and NO TOY, what a bummer this place is.
