They had an employee on his first day working the register with no assistance. He rang up my entire order incorrectly and others as well. The manager was no help at all. We have had bad experiences at Carl's before but we thought we'd give it a chance today... Lets just say it wasn't a good second impression. We ordered two triple sliders and two drinks. The man changed the order to a box that came with fries and a cookie, we didnt mind and we just continued to pay. I went through drive thru and their speaker was broken. Which is not an issue for me, however you don't know the speaker is broken until after you have been in line and do not have the option to leave. Literally was in line for 30 minutes???!!!! Very well managed location. Bathrooms and dining area are very well maintained. At least on the day I stopped by. Isn't that the main purpose for these places, bathroom stop right? LOL Anyway, dining area is well lit and pleasant they also have some televisions. Of course there is a streaming version of a MTV type program, along with Carl's Jr highlights on them. Let's just say the moment you call and speak to the manager and that person sounds high over the phone you know service is going to suck. Went to get the kids some food for dinner and the drive manage to miss a whole kids meal being placed in my bag. Called back to just get a refund for the order or be compt for inconvenience, the "manager" states he can put a note for next to for the meal or come back and get it. Came here with my friends last Friday on our way to an event. I was SHOCKED on how TERRIBLE the service was here. I ordered for my friends and me after waiting in the drive thru for 20-25 minutes. I paid then was given our food, however we were short 1 side of fries and given onion rings instead. The cashier went away from the window while I was double checking the food. When she came back I told her that the order was wrong. She rang up the fries and told me the price. I reminded her that the order was wrong and that I wasn't going to pay an additional amount. "Please take the onion rings back and instead give me the fries I ordered" I told her. She got the manager and then I handed the onion rings to the manager. The manager also tried to ring me up for additional fries after ACCUSING me of eating the onion rings, stating that she had counted the onion rings before giving them to me (even though they were given to me by the cashier). I insisted to her that I never ate the onion rings then she said that either I can pay the additional amount for the fries or take the onion rings back. I really was DUMBFOUNDED while she placed the onion rings back in my hand and told me to have a nice day before closing the window in my face. My friends and I drove off to our event and we were all DISGRUNTLED about how poorly we were treated. We attempted to call the Carl's Jr. to speak with whoever was in charge. However the only manager there was the same one that mistreated us. We asked for her name and SHE HUNG UP ON US. We called back several times and they refused to answer the phone. Again we were amazed in the WORST way possible at how bad the customer service was. We attempted to call corporate and were told that our complaint would be sent to the regional manager. We were never contacted again and it has been 4 days. It goes to show how much they care about their customers. Do yourselves a favor and never come here. It's not convenient, it's not quick and it's not friendly. They treat you disrespectfully and they may force you to pay for food that you never even ordered.
