Only reason we came is because it was one of the only establishments open on Xmas. But for normal business hours ask yourself, "why?" With so many authentic Mexican establishments in the area. I wouldn't came back to this chain. Low quality food that looks nothing like what is displayed. read more

Came here for a quick lunch and to surprise our baby girl after school with her own fiesta taco pack. Never been to this location before and with only a few cars in front of us at lunch time, we decided to give them a shot. Love their crispy crinkle cut fries, fish tacos were just ok, husband enjoyed his bbq brisket fries except we weren't huge utensils. I deducted a star because I think it's ridiculous that you can't customize your own party pack like Taco Bell. For $16.99 we were forced to take 6 yucky bean and cheese burritos when all our girl will eat is hard shell tacos. Maybe it would have been better ordering her a meal or the tacos ala carte, but when I asked, no other options were provided. read more

"New Chicken Options Starting at $5" (banner) does not list individual pricing, only that the three items start at $5. The large Del Taco menu also does not list the prices of these items. No where on either menu, inside or out, are these menu items listed by price. I spoke with the manager (Sheryl) who instead of apologizing for the mixup or lack of follow through, talked to me as if I was in the wrong. I did not want anything from them but only to inform them of the oversight. In this case, Manager 1, Del Taco patron 0. Next time I will think again about patronizing this Del Taco. read more

I enjoyed the fiesta pack that I had bought and had delivered by an uber eats driver. That was brought to the household for my friend and I while we're watching movies. That really helped us during a time of need. We were absolutely hungry and we both enjoyed that moment of calm. read more

I come here to eat lunch almost every day when I work. I work here at stater bros and when I have 30 min lunches. Del taco food service is fast and efficient!! I get the small tacos and drinks. Food is always warm and tastes good! The hot sauce makes it better as well! The service here is amazing and the customer service is on point, always greeted with a smile and the manager Geannia she is so nice! Plan to come back for a while. Honest 10/10. read more

The problem with the store is the manager Sarah. She allows the food to go out sub par. The burrito was cold the beans were hard and cold not to mention they didn't even wrap the burrito and just threw everything in the bag. The inside of the burrito was all over the bag. They don't know how to order because they're out of cups which was not a big deal but all Sarah could say was we'll wrap the burrito over and over again. Why would you let your food go out like that in the first place. She's a real nitwit and shouldn't be in the customer business. The poor young kid at the window tried as hard as to make things right but she could've cared less. They really need to get a new manager because she sucks. read more

Tonight we got Del Taco, I ordered a bean and cheese burrito. Towards the end of the burrito while taking a bite, I felt something hard I squeezed with my teeth and looked down because it's odd to feel something hard in a bean and cheese burrito and I saw a HUGE insect! The wing was sticking out. I immediately felt disgusted and I handed the burrito to my boyfriend who took a picture and opened it up to find that disgusting HUGE insect in the photos. I am in shock! I normally like this location during the day, but last night around 10pm we went through and my son (7 year old) like the bean and cheese burritos... specifically with no sauce. I am an avid connoisseur of del taco, I have been to thousands of locations and never once have I had an experience with a manager at any location like this one. The audacity of any establishment to blame costomers for their food being mad wrong amazes me, I will never return to this location ever again. If I could leave negative stars I would! so I first ordered a Fiesta pack a week ago, this led to an intense case of food poisoning that followed to the next day while I was at work (almost had to call off) then last night on Halloween I went out, came home to my mom who had ordered a Fiesta pack and has been up all night sick out of her mind. I don't know if its cross contamination or what the hell happened in the kitchen that makes 6 simple tacos and 6 bean and cheese burritos so deadly but I advise to stay away from bulk ordering. Also, they would not service me because they stated they were "closed" but the hours of operation posted said they are open 24/7.
