I would give this location zero stars if I could. I attempted to go through the drive thru here and had to park and get down because the line was well into the parking lot. I only go here because they offer low carb burgers for husband and I do a low carb diet. I ordered 2 lettuce wrapped thick burgers which came out to $13.34. I get my order and drive home and sure enough there is only one burger in the bag. Stupid me I didn't check the bag and of course, the one time I opt out of getting a receipt is with this order. It's weird that the guy even asked me if I wanted it as if he had something up his sleeve. I drive back and tell them they only gave me one burger and the guy, I believe his name was Pierce, accuses me of trying to get another burger for free. Really?! I asked to speak to his manager and of course management isn't there. At that point, I just asked for my full refund as I didn't not want them to spit in my food that they should have got right in the first place. I've already placed a complaint with their corporate office. They need to replace their whole entire staff at this location if they want it to survive. Wow! I was surprised to see such a low Yelp rating on this place but I agree wholeheartedly! Service was subpar to say it nicely! We were dealing with the shift leader and I was just in awe in how she treated us! One of ordered off the menu and she said single, double or angus! We asked for an explanation of what she was asking and she just rolled her eyes and repeated herself! We had no idea of what she was asking so we just said whatever the Normal burger was! Update, 1/6/16: this place really doesn't show any professionalism at all. I ordered a number 9, to which the cashier replied, "is that the western bacon?" I told her no, I want the number 9. She replied "which one is that?". Really? They don't even know their own menu here. -------------------------------- Customer service here is usually ok. Today, it was not. I asked for a cup of ice water, and asked if I could pay a little more for a larger cup. Most places have an "upcharge" button that they will use for this purpose. Usually around 50 cents. Not here. They tried to charge me nearly $2. For a cup of tap water. TAP WATER. The cup costs the business around 10 cents. That's close to 2000% markup. For TAP WATER. When I told the cashier never mind, just give me the free tiny shot glass of water they offer, and she still tried to charge me a dollar for it. This is a very greedy and disrespectful business practice. A little compassion for someone who only had coins to pay with would have gone a long way for good customer service, but this place is apparently incapable of compassion. Update: I decided to lower my review to one star, because of the attitude I got from the cashier. She stood next to the closed window for 2 minutes before opening it. First time here...last time here. No napkins on our table. Went to next table and got what was left in that one. Ketchup container is empty. Asked for it to be replaced. Kid said ok and then did nothing for 15 minutes. Then gets a broom..but never refills Ketchup container. Oh...and our meal? And 14 minutes in we hear them ask if they got the western yet (my burger)....and the reply...NO. are you kidding me???? Now 17 minutes in and no meal. We went through the drive thru. The guy didn't offer to upgrade our sandwiches to combos, he had a bad attitude and was really short with us. He ignored us when we asked for Fries and a drink. When we got to the window we asked if we could add one large order of Fries and he said he wasn't allowed to do so. I've lived in the area over 8 years and have yet to have a good experience here. My orders are never correct and they are extremely slow.

Came through this drive-thru. They made my order incorrectly (asked twice for no cheese, got cheese.) Came back through, politely (at first) let the completely rude employee at the window know that I was given the wrong order and handed him my order so they could remake it. No big deal, right? He told me in a very rude irritated tone to bring my receipt and come inside or he wouldn't help me. I said, "What? I have the receipt right here. Why do I have to come in?" He dropped the hamburger in the window sill and slammed the window shut in my face. NOW I was pissed. Flagged another employee down who opened the window, and I asked to speak to manager. Got a refund from the manager who seemed nervous that I was visibly upset, and I asked her to bring the original guy back to the window so I could ask him why he treated me that way. When the dipshit came back to the window, he yelled "COME INSIDE!" I said, "WHY?! I HAVE THE RECEIPT!!" He said "I DUNNO." Not wanting to waste anymore of my time, I told him exactly what he is - a little asshole who should be IMMEDIATELY fired. Being a business owner myself, I would instantly fire anyone who treated a customer so poorly.
