One thing to note: jalapeños are automatically added to the bánh mì, so be sure to request no jalapeños when ordering if you're sensitive to spice. The seasoning and flavors in both bánh mì sandwiches were excellent, and all of the vegetables served with the bánh mì and egg rolls were fresh and crisp. In my opinion, it's often the little details like fresh produce that reveal the quality of a restaurant, and this place definitely delivered. We arrived around 7:30 PM and were a little concerned that we might feel rushed since it was getting close to closing time. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The staffs allowed us to enjoy our meal at a comfortable pace, and we never felt pressured to leave. The dining area had two TVs showing family-friendly programming--one featured a Vietnamese cooking show, while the other was airing FIFA coverage on a news channel. It created a relaxed atmosphere, and we enjoyed a calm dinner with our 3- and 6-year-old children after a long day at the lavender farm. I also tried the Orange Thai Iced Tea. It was refreshing, though I didn't really notice much orange flavor. There are two individual single-stall restrooms available, and both were clean. Families will also appreciate that high chairs are conveniently located near the sauce and drink station. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely return. Next time, I'd love to try their pho!

This Yucaipa Waba Grill is a huge disappointment. The employees here have little to no sense of customer service and communicate poorly, making you feel like you're inconveniencing them just by walking in to order food. Instead of being greeted or helped in a friendly way, the overall attitude feels dismissive and annoyed. One particular male employee with longer curly hair stood out for being especially unprofessional and uninterested in helping customers. There was no urgency, no friendliness, and no effort to make the experience pleasant. The cleanliness of the store is also a major concern. The location feels dirty and poorly maintained, which is really unfortunate because it's the closest Waba Grill to my house, only about 0.4 miles away. The three booths available for dining are old, torn up, and visibly worn. Ripped seating is not just unappealing, it's unsanitary and gives the impression that cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities here. This location seriously needs to get back to the basics. Management should take notes from the Redlands and Highland Waba Grill locations, where customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism are handled far better. Until this store improves its staff attitude and overall condition, I'll be going out of my way to avoid it. read more

I have gone to this place a million times. It is one of my family's favorites. But after today I'll never go again. Our order was all wrong and when I called the store to tell them The manager Scott called me a liar. Yes you read it right he called me a liar. Oh did that hit me wrong and I went off. I hung up on him and shortly after my daughter called back to get corporates number Scott told her they didn't have one and told her that her mother was a liar. Now I'm really mad. Poor poor poor customer service. And the sad part about it was I didn't want anything except to let them know to be a bit more careful. read more

I would like to go here to pick up a chicken bowl, but instead I find myself going to Flame Broiler because WaBa insists on cooking chicken on the same grill they cook fish. So, instead of eating a chicken bowl, I'm eating some funky, stinky, yucky chicken with fish taste bowl!
