Nothing about the car's condition was disclosed to us. We were told it had a clean title, but later discovered signs that it had been previously damaged and repainted. This information was completely withheld during the sale. Very disappointing experience and not what we expected from a dealership. Super unprofessional! Booked an appt with me to test drive a car they didn't even have on the lot and confirmed with me an hour before. The salesman I was working with, Pat, and another salesman work actively chewing tobacco and spitting it into clear soda cans, which was visible to anyone who was walking in. Looked at a vehicle on Cars.com. The price said $36990. Dealer said they are a no haggle dealer so the price was firm. Then came the work sheet. $36990 plus tax and licensing. That's fine. However, cleverly hidden between the tax and license was accessory fees. I didn't ask for accessories. This dealer forces you to purchase a security device (which also helps the back and dealership track your vehicle) for $1000. Locking wheel nuts for $200, film for your doors and 3m coating for your seats. All totaling $3000 extra. They were ready for my disapproval with a copy of a sheet that looks like the law. I had a wobble on my Nissan Juke whenever I accelerated to 50 MPH. Jiffy Lube stated that my CV Boots needed replacement for $1,000, so I took it over to the Nissan Dealership to get to the bottom of things? I explained the situation and left it with them on my day off. I proceeded to sit in their waiting room, as I had nothing else to do. About 4 hours, and $195 later, the Service Advisor called me over to go over their Repair Estimate. It was the CV Axle and Boots that needed to be fixed, and the Bill came to $3500.00 in total. Wow!! I thanked them for their time. I made it over to Beaverton Les Schwab, where they did a Great job fixing it, and only for $475.00! I'm not surprised by the Dealer's high amount, but what blew me away, was that my front Nissan Juke Floor Carpet inserts, that have been there since I've had the car, were gone, and they were replaced with the shabbiest piece of rug I've ever seen? We test drove and bought a used Ariya from Beaverton Nissan. I was very disappointed that after we said we were buying the car they "certified it as pre-owned" which increased the price. They then tacked on a $995 fee for a bogus insurance extra ($5000 if the car was stolen and not recovered within the next 5 years) and would not remove the fee. We bought the car we wanted but be aware that they're going to charge you at least an additional, unnegotiable $1000 that is not disclosed in the price of the car. That was the cost to remove the radiator cap and spark plugs and put them back and use the code reader on it, due to the shop rate. I have been through many Sales Persons and by far this one was the worst I've ever experienced. I'm 42 now. This is my experience. I talked with Meagan first (wonderful person) and was looking forward to see her and she said she will let me know of the vehicle when its ready to be shown. I got the text from Lisa same day that I can come in early when the store opens at 9am. Meagan wasn't aware that Lisa talked with me. I went there at 9am with my wife, 5 years old, and a 4 months old, hoping this would be a good experience, but I was totally wrong. When we got there I was greeted by Lisa. I said we're here for the Sienna and is Meagan here? She replied Meagan is busy and went to her office. While she was in the office we were looking for spot to sit down. Next thing we heard was a yelling from the office from Lisa saying "I need you in here!" At that moment she gave us a weird vibe. We felt awkward and looked at each other like this is the person we're going be working with? So we gave her a chance. I went for a test drive myself and my wife feeding and changing the baby's diaper, so we can kill sometime hoping another person or Meagan to come talk with us, but no luck. I went in the office. We talked about the car, test drive, and price. The asking price was $40, 690. I was hoping to get some discounts, but if not I was ok with it, at least I tried. So I asked, can you do $38,000? She went to the manager and manager said no. That's ok. She came back with some papers and got on her computer and started putting in my personal information and asked me 3 times my SS#. I did not give her my SS# and told her "Do not run my credit check." She then gave me the papers and told me to sign them. I said what's this can I read it first, please? She replied "That's it, I had enough. Sign the damn thing!" I was shocked. We haven't even reach a deal, yet and she wanted us to sign papers. Manager came in, but at the time he did not know what happened but the price negotiating. I messaged Meagan after we left the place and asked her to let the manager know of the situation and what happened. The manager was professional and on point when he was with us in the office. Meagan she's an awesome person to talk with. She's informative, knowledgeable understanding. Lisa on the other head totally the opposite. She is unprofessional, impatient, rude, and bad attitude. What kind of a Sales Person would say such things like these to customers? We would love to buy this car and buy it for the asking price if it wasn't for Lisa. I don't think we will come back to Beaverton Nissan, even if they sell it for any price. It will be my first and last time here. read more

Poor customer service: I have a 2018 Premium/Platinum Nissan Pathfinder Before I go into my most recent experience, there was another time I came here and they said that I needed to either replace my engine or have it disassembled and flushed out for $15,000 due to a clicking noise that they claimed was due to not having changed the oil after 7,000 miles. I found this suspicious (I had changed the oil at 3,000 miles at a different location so I wasn't buying that story). Over the next 3 months I changed the oil every 2,000 miles and added in an Oil flush each time... the noise went down by a significant amount without their $15,000 fix. I suspect that they were just trying to take advantage of me, very dishonest. Alright so, I came in on May 24th to schedule a service appointment for the following day at 7am. The person at the front told me that they would have rental cars available in the morning for my appointment. So I come in the following day May 25th for my appointment at 7am and no one was available to help, took about 7 minutes before they were ready. I was then approached by Ivan, the Services Manager asking me what we were going to do to the car. I said well it has 100,000 miles on it, what should we do? He said well it's your car so you should know what you want done on it...... That really was not the answer that I would expect from a Nissan Employee, I have a Nissan Pathfinder, a Nissan branded vehicle and he could not tell me what recommended maintenance to perform on the vehicle after 100,000 miles. Furthermore the part that really did not sit well with me was the fact that he did not appear to remotely care at all about helping me, no customer service, no eagerness to help, just someone who either did not seem to know how to service his company's cars or someone who did not care at all. Side note: There is also a recall on certain parts of the automatic transmission for my model Pathfinder and he didn't even mention that to me I had to look it up myself once I got the notice in the mail. So, I asked him to please check the brakes, the tires, the Spark plugs if they need replacement (Was going to say oil change too but after my prior experience with the engine recommendation I did not trust them to do that). After all that he then said they wouldn't have rental cars available until 8am. That directly contradicted what the front desk staff had told me the previous day. So I decided not to come back later and to try to reschedule for the following week however as things stand now I am very distrustful of this Nissan location and have serious doubts about their services expertise and concerns regarding their lack of professionalism. I do sincerely hope that their management can rectify this experience and offer a solution if they want me to come back and if they still want my business. The only positive thing about this place (and the only reason they should even get one star) is that their interior and exterior detail work is pretty good. read more

I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for a diagnosis. I had 2 issues - a check engine light and a rear wiper motor that needs replacement. They charged me separately to diagnose each one, which cost me over $320. When I had the same issues diagnosed at a separate Nissan dealership, they charged me for one diagnosis fee, which was under $160, and the quotes were less than half to fix the issue with the check engine light.
