    My new "used" car!

    They state they inspect the vehicle, but my vehicle was not inspected. I thought they had rectified the problem (vehicle was supposed to have been inspected by CarMax); but I no longer trust this company with my vehicle. There's a 90 day warranty - but if the company is intent on not being transparent with you (the customer) - what's the point?

    This is me with my new car.

    Today we purchased a Lincoln Costair. We first looked at a Honda Acura but it didn't have all the bells and whistles I was looking for - such as heated steering wheel and cooled sears. we were working with Gregg Slade . He was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. We left there with smiles on our faces. We will recommend this business to others.

    For your own safety, please, DO NOT come here. I would give negative stars if I could. My husband financed a car here and purchased every package available from insurance to warranty. He was sold a car with a re-tread tire that unraveled while we were commuting. This literally shredded the computer and totaled the car. His insurance at the time, suggested by Carmax, did not tow it and we had to use one of my AAA roadside assistance calls for my car that I owned. Once we were towed there, the girl at the front desk was incredibly nasty to us and told us we must have hit something (we were driving on a straight road with no obstructions) and the tire just combusted. You can also see from these photos that the rip is clean and right down the seam of the tire- in other words a retread that was never mentioned to us once at purchase. I really regret not fighting this more- as Carmax hit our driving records with "act of nature" and made it difficult to finance another car. They also wanted us to pay $500 out of pocket even with the warranty and full package purchase. We had this car 6 months is all. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

    The experience started off great. They didn't have a car within my budget at the location(Parker,CO), I did some research and found a vehicle at the Denver location. I requested a transfer on March 21st, it took a week to get any sort of update. On March 28th the sales person I was working with informed me there's an issue with the title and the vehicle can not be sold in Colorado. I wonder what was the reason for the lies. I guess buyer beware. Don't waste your time or money with dishonest people

I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

Just a few days after driving the car off the lot, every warning light on the dashboard came on and the car stalled. I immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with the manager, Paul, who told me to bring the car back and assured me they would take care of it. After inspecting the vehicle, I was told it had misfires and fuel injector issues. They claimed the issue was fixed, but just a few months later, the exact same problem occurred again. This time, I spoke with Nate at Denver Auto Mart. He said it was related to a previous recall completed by the former owner and suggested that defective parts may have been used. He advised me to take the car to a Honda dealership. I followed their advice, only to be shocked when Honda diagnosed it as a fuel pump issue--with a repair estimate of $1,600. I've owned this car for less than a year and have driven it only about 6,000 miles. I believe Denver Auto Mart was aware of these issues prior to the sale and simply chose not to disclose them. This entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I expected honesty and integrity from a dealership, but instead, I feel misled and stuck with an expensive repair on a car I trusted was in good condition. Please use extreme caution when purchasing from this dealership--better yet, stay away from this place. In my opinion, customer care and trust are not their priorities.

Got the car titled for me in the state I am from and was super communicative with me through the whole process. Got an Uber to buy the car and they had everything ready for me when I got there in and out in 20 mins. While waiting for the title to be processed they even got me another temp tag. Which I really appreciated. Would recommend and really appreciate the sales guy to the finance guy and gals who helped me out. Thank you all so so very much.

    Selling my vehicle to Carvana was incredibly easy and stress-free…read more The initial offer was exactly what I was hoping for. They did reduce it by $300 after inspecting the hail damage (fair enough), but even then it still met my goal and what I realistically expected for the car. The pickup agent was kind, professional, and very organized. He called 30 minutes before arriving, showed up exactly when he said he would, completed the inspection using the Carvana survey, presented the updated offer, and had me sign the revised paperwork on the spot. The bank wire was sent immediately, and I received confirmation from both Carvana and my bank that the money was on its way. The entire process took about 30 minutes total and required maybe two minutes of my actual time. No dealership, no waiting around, no pressure. After the pickup, I asked if I had needed to clean the car beforehand. Turns out I didn't. I had spent three hours cleaning it for no reason -- so learn from me and don't stress about needing to clean it.. The convenience and peace of mind were amazing. I'd absolutely use Carvana again. I was also stranded because of a bad battery which I had to make the decision to replace without going through carvana. My coolant was completely empty and I had to get it serviced.
