When I called back, I was informed I needed to sign a waiver related to my sensitivities. I completed the waiver promptly, but I never received clear follow-up confirmation to finalize the booking. I followed up later that same day and again over the next two days by phone, but received no response or update. I completely understand if a company decides they can't accommodate a request, but losing communication with a potential customer after having them complete paperwork felt unprofessional. A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. Sharing this so others, especially people with fragrance sensitivities or accommodation needs, know that communication may be inconsistent.

The one who cleaned the kitchen did not do a good job. The inside of the fridge (which was requested) was not done at all. The counter were wiped down but were not clean at all. The cleaner did do a decent job on the stove though. They also arrived early, which most of the time would not be an issue. However, I wasn't able to sequester my cats before they arrived, and they freaked my cats out. The heavy chemical smell did not help them. Unfortunately, I don't think I will hire their services for a deep clean of my kitchen again. I may decide to give them another chance when I need a deep clean of the bathrooms.

They arrived on time, and overall the house was clean upon completion. The carpets were cleaned with a potent cleaner that myself and my dogs are having difficulty (so not just a steam clean). Upon checking house cameras everyone wore sneakers and work boots within the home (we are a no shoe household). They were seen standing on top of the white couch in work boots. The carpet cleaners turned the cameras to face the wall so they were not visible (upon talking with maidly, they said this had to be done bc they didn't want to get the camera wet when cleaning the floor. It does not make sense, bc the camera (and Google home device next to it that was not touched) was not moved, but turned around from behind to face the wall. They also did not clean the carpet in one of the bedrooms. Bad experience, my house smells like the bathroom at a gas station, not trust worthy, attempts to gas light in response to bringing this to their attention. My house is quite big with lots of windows. They cleaned some of the really dirty windows twice to make sure they're absolutely clean. They came with a van full of professional equipment, including a water filtering system. Diego explained that filtered water leaves no streaks on the glass after it dries. They used a rotating tube-shaped brush roller designed to clean solar panels. Although it was not part of the job, they used the pressure washer to clean the gutter covers, exterior walls and eaves along the front of my house and even pressure washed my long brick walkway as a bonus. I didn't realize how dirty it was. I would definitely hire Always Clean to routinely clean the entire exterior of my house. Their price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work that Anderson and Diego did.
