My car was fairly filthy when I passed by this car wash, so I decided to give it a quick wash here. I chose the $11 option. They have two workers outside the entrance that will give the car a quick mop before it enters the actual car wash. The car wash itself seemed pretty quick, but my car was still dirty when I exited. So I rather get my car washes at the dealership, but when I have to pay for it, I at least need it cleaned. Have been to this car wash at least 3 times in the last 2 months and it leaves not only not completely washes but with stains. This place is a complete ripoff. Overpriced for nothing. They barely dry your car, they rarely, if ever have air fresheners, and they have about 6 vacuums for everyone to use and 9/10 those vacuums don't even work. Also what her marker they use to write on your window doesn't even come off. I have their graffiti leftovers on my windshield for months now. My first experience was stellar, got a standard car wash a couple of months back and was satisfied, the customary vacuum station is also great. This time. I was not as happy, paid for a better package and my car did not come out clean, I ended up going over work the machine and hand washers missed. It's like they didn't even clean a portion of my car. If you like your car clean, you're better off doing it yourself at a self service spot. read more

The quality of the service provided was terrible. I paid $20 for a car wash and it came out with mud and dust still all over the car. The service included a wipe down by 4 people that did not remove the dirt either. Finally, they provide stations with cloths and spray that I had to spend an additional 20 minutes cleaning the car myself. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone unless you want to be ripped off for $20 and clean your car yourself! Horrible place. Do not go. read more

The staff is so rude and disrespectful, and they never clean the facility and most of the rags to clean your car smell and are always dirty, the vacuums don't work too good either. I've been a member here over a year. Never a problem. Today I they had a special half off extra services. I got the full package, taking forever to get out all done, that's good, but the lounge stinks so bad. They use Fabulouso or something to clean and my nose wing stop running. It's 50 degrees today or is be waiting outside. I wish businesses that deal with the public realised that over half the population has non-allergic rhinitis and these strong chemicals that smell good reek havoc on us. I am a member and decided to get a total detail package today. I had a really wonderful experience and wanted to share it. I had gone out to eat at Cheesecake Factory the day before and lost 2 $20 bills thinking I accidentally given it to the waiter. The person detailing my car today was so incredible and one of the most honest people I have seen in a very long time. Her name was Vicky and she pointed out that there was money under my seat and it was the two $20 bills I had lost the day before. I was so touched by her complete honesty that I happily gave the money to her to express my total appreciation. I totally thought it was the only thing to do to pay back a little of her fantastic work ethics. DO NOT GO HERE. it is a waste of money. I used to go to the Carmel car wash religiously and loved it! They were nice and friendly and did a great job. This new place is a scam. They barely clean your car, everyone's rude as fuck, and they don't do the inside of your car anymore. The worst part is the super aggressive people in the front when you pay - pushing you to get the "better" deal. I knew I was overpaying when I paid 40$ for a exterior wash (this was apparently the upgrade and better then the basic). I stated over and over that I just want ONE wash because I do not come here often enough for the monthly payment to be worth it. I was given the monthly payment and have been getting charged for 2 months now. I've tried calling to get this taken off (no one to talk too) and emailed and can't get in touch with anyone read more

First time at this place and I must say so far so good but that's only cuz it's a beautiful day outside .. you drive your own car thru the carwash and then drive back around and park it in a spot so they can clean the inside .. the sitting area is outside under a tree and umbrella .. a handful of chairs next to a table with coffee (if you are thirsty) waiting outside is nice but it could be not so nice if it were cold outside or even a hot day would make it unpleasant .. as of now they have a woman working on my car that seems to be doing her thing ... At this point anything is better then what it came in looking like they seem to definitely need a bigger lot because they are double parking spots at this point to get cars in and out ... The auto spa is doing a decent job in car cleaning. Do NOT sign up for the membership. It is hard to cancel. Did try it at the location, but the system was down and apparently a new monthly cycle had started and I had to come back the next day. We don't like those kind of practices. I tried online, but server connection problems . Finally I called and after looping thru their message and waiting for a representative I finally hung up. BUT then...they called me back. This is the second time I bring in my car and after $150 the truck still looks like a kid washed it. So many spots everywhere that I had to clean my self. All the glass windows dirty and with streak marks. Bugs all over the front bumper, grill and window. The vacuuming was halfa** and the inside cleaning was sloppy with dust all over the dash. If I could give zero stars, I would. I just had the first experience at Carnation Auto Spa on Edmonds / 3040, and it was a horrible experience. We took both a truck and a car. The truck did not receive all cleaning paid for. The machine broke the driver's side casing around the mirror on the car. The manager, Ivan, tried to say it was already loose; however, the video clearly shows it was just fine before going in and hanging off when leaving. Worse experience ever for a car wash. Avoid this place if you want to get what you pay for and also not have parts of your car broken. read more

This has to be one of the worst car washes in the area. They run you through there like it's a fast food restaurant. I have the monthly complete wash and dry package, however they leave you car out in the sun after the wash and gets water spots on it when h then I have to go back and wipe down myself or re-wash. When you try to find a manager or tell someone the issue, can't find a manager and no one speaks English. I literally had to get out of my car in a line of 20+ cars, get my own towel and dry my car off and everyone just stood there and looked at me. This is becoming a weekly thing now.
