We had a party of 10 people and service was actually pretty solid. $10 bottomless mimosas are cheap and higher quality than the Lola's. Food was decent at best. My main issue was with the arcade games they have. They're a bit janky. One of the basketball hoops was stuck so you could only play one at a time. One of the ski ball machines wouldn't take tokens. And the hockey table needs some help. The air was barely blowing and the actual pushers would stick to the air hockey table because the bottoms fell off. I've been here three times now. It's got great potential, and I really want to love this place as I have a strong love for retro games and arcade bars, however Carousel has to make some drastic improvements on the service side. I came here last night with 7 friends at 6:10pm, about an hour before the Coyotes game started. This was the only place that could sit up, and our goal was to have a drink or two before heading to the game. Our server Alecs said that if we ordered food, it would arrive in about 25 minutes, so a few of us ordered some burgers while ordering some beers. It did take about 20 minutes for the food to arrive, but what was most shocking was that the burgers came to the table before any of us had a drink arrive. Finally after nearly 30 minutes of being at Carousel, most of our drinks arrived. My friend was still missing his beer, and it took another 10 minutes for Alecs to tell him that the beer is no longer available and that he'd have to order a different beer. After he changed his beer choice, she came back a few minutes later and completely forgotten what drink he wanted and had to ask him again...finally when his Kiltlifter arrived, it was 7pm and the Coyotes game had already started. Oh, and one of my friends never even received the burger he ordered, after being told that it was on its way to the table. He hadn't eaten all day, and ultimately just told her not to bring it if it wasn't even made because we had to leave. We were late and anxious for our checks, which took a long time to arrive. Once we received the four checks, there was major issues on every single bill - such a disaster. It took awhile to get it all resolved and we even recommended that the server rights down what we all had and starts fresh, however she tried handing one of us her own for us to write it all out... Needless to say, we were very late to the game and missed the entire first period, all due to the poor service we had. I lwill be back to Carousel again before a Yotes game, but I will only be ordering a drink at the bar and playing some games. Food was not good- I ordered the toast and even that wasn't great like how do you mess up toast. Avocado toast was dry as ever because I guess there approach is to be stingy with spreading on the bread. The cream cheese toast for the second option was also extremely dry like your charging almost $15 for two pieces of bread the least you could do is be liberal with spreading the first layer of what makes it more then literal TOAST. None the less my wife got the chicken and waffles again heavy breaded chicken with a thin piece underneath all that breading waffles thick and dry not even syrup could save it. Got the almost bottomless mimosas for both of us and they legit are served warm from a pitcher PRE MIXED like wtf had I know trust me I would have definitely opted out. $100 tab for toast, hot drinks, not to mention the broke AC and floor fans that where moved around depending who was on the floor. Our waitress was too busy to give adequate attention to our table. Had a chat with the owner in regards to women's safety in their establishment and I was kicked out after I Expressed my concerns, three security guards walked me out .
